Went through the drive thru for an açaí bowl. The bowls are always good. But this is the 2nd location where the people working are the worst. Guy had zero personality. Literally h as need me my order and didn't say a word. So rude. read more

Ordered through the app. The smoothie and wrap I ordered was ready. They have a shelf for app orders when you walk in. The space is clean and bright. Would order from here again. read more

the Indian workers (did not get their names otherwise I would have put that instead) were soooooo incredibly rude and completely do NOT belong in customer service jobs. I have never been treated so poorly in my life! I am still in shock for the way they spoke to us, and I will NEVER return to this place again based on this experience. Corporate should SHUT this location down, or at least fire the awful racist workers. read more

We just really want to love this place. My partner and I order from here 2-3 days a week... sometimes pickup, sometimes through their delivery service. Today we went in to order with a handful of "free smoothie/meal" cards that the distract manager gave us for the constant mess ups we've been getting. (Mess ups mostly being the delivery driver forgetting the bag of our food and only bringing smoothies, resulting in us having to leave the house to get them.) Not only did the cashier not want to take the cards, but the order itself took almost 30 minutes to receive. We were late to our son's baseball game because two paninis took that long to make. It was not busy, there weren't a ton of orders, and the cashier kept repeating our name (that we gave her for the order) over and over and looked confused when she approached us. If we are one of two couples in the building, how hard is it to keep us straight?? As someone in the restaurant industry who takes 30-40 tabs at once on a busy night, it's frustrating. Pay attention. It's not hard to keep two couples straight and get the food out in a timely manner. We love the food and smoothies here... it's super close to home, too. It's just so disappointing to always have bad experiences. We appreciate the district manager for sending us coupon cards, but if the staff doesn't even want to take them, what's the point? read more

I will never go to this location again! Terrible place, I am a black person who has been kicked out twice just for sitting there minding my business. Racist workers, white worker said she was uncomfortable thinking we were staring at her while I was sitting with my dad and the day before I was locked in before being kicked out. They allowed other people to sit in there while I had to leave, terrible service and racist workers. Drink was terrible anyway. read more

I came here all the time and everything was good. Last two visits, got the wrong item and they were unconcerned and today my yogurt bowl had very little yogurt. Customer service and food quality has gone downhill read more

You Must Get a Smoothie! They are all amazing! Strongly recommend ordering online for pick up - super quick with no waiting. Sandwiches are great too. Our favorites are jerk chicken and veggie / hummus. Great places don't need long reviews :) read more

This is the first time we've been to this location since it opened. The staff was really friendly and quick to get our order ready. This location also has a drive-through which we didn't realize so we will definitely be using that next time. read more

The $13 açaí bowl is literally a frozen cup of already made açaí with some toppings thrown on it. Not remotely fresh. It's food prepared the laziest way possibly that impacts the taste and freshness. For the price, it's outrageous. read more

I will never go to this location again!! I visited this location on Friday, 8/30/24 and the service was horrible. The two girls working were beyond rude and acted like we were bothering them by being there and placing an order. If you don't like your job, quit!!! Why is customer service so horrible these days?! And this isn't the first time I've had crappy service here. One time I waited for a bit in the drive thru with no response so I went around to the front and walked in to be helped and waited around with no greeting or mention like hey sorry we couldn't respond to you...what the hell?!!!! The staff at this location SUCKS. read more

I work nearby and always wanted to try but kept forgetting. Today I decided to stop by and I'm glad I did! The smoothie was delicious and gave me energy. The sandwich was soooo delicious!!! I got the southwest one. I'll definitely be stopping by again read more

First time coming here I didn't know what to get and the worker taking my order gave no recommendations. Apparently there is only one size and way too much for one person. At the window it was a short transaction and didn't even tell us how much it was... Tastes like Jamba Juice so just go there, much better service anyway. read more

Came by for the first time to order a wrap and was disgusted to see the employee prepping food and smoothies eating a bag of chips while he was on the line. Literally putting chips into his mouth and seconds later pouring a smoothie and placing a lid on top. Extremely unsanitary. I've worked in the food service industry before and know for a fact this is unacceptable. Won't be back. read more

I've been getting deliveries from this place for some time now. I agree with some of the reviews. The portions aren't consistent. What upset me most is on a recent order they forgot my açaí bowl. I called and they acknowledged it. The guy I spoke to, I'll be nice and not leave his name, said he'll leave a note for the manager and I should receive a refund in a few business days. I'm still waiting. There's two more TSC's in the area. I'll be ordering from one of them going forward. read more

Portions are always off. It's never a balanced serving. No consistency, especially when it come to the açaí bowl. One day you get more açaí with very little granola or fruit. Other days you get more than half granola with very little açaí, or is some cases you don't get fruit at all.. this location is by far the worst when it comes to servings. read more

Overpriced sugary smoothies. No nutrition info listed on their menus. I had to dig and find it online and my smoothie had over 90 grams of sugar and the kids size had over 60 grams of sugar! Lots of unnecessary added sugar. No thank you. The only reason for the second star is that is tasted ok. I will not be returning. The staff was also not informed when I inquired about the nutrition info and sugar content/amount. read more

Finally a Tropical Smoothie nearby. Ordered in the app, it was ready and waiting when I got there. Friendly staff, clean store. Now I can get the Detox Island Green delivered too! Love it. read more

Placed an online order today. I showed up after the 10 minutes I was told to show up. Upon arriving it was apparent the employees were not checking online orders, and thus weren't aware of my order... I was then informed they did not have the plant based chicken I had selected as a modification to my order (if they were on top of their online orders they could have called and I would have cancelled my order entirely). No sorry for making me wait an additional ten minutes for an order I no longer would have placed. Never coming back. read more

I am normally a patient person, but 35 minutes for two smoothies is too long to wait in a drive through. I went inside to discover 4 employees two of which apparently just arrived and was told a manager had just left. I could see them packing up orders to go but Noone was working on waiting customers! This is inexcusable in my opinion. There were a few customers waiting inside but most already had their order. If I'm gonna pay 8 bucks for a smoothie I don't want to wait over 30 minutes.... sorry thumbs down. I love your smoothies but Jamba is more conscious of my time as a customer. read more

I am thrilled that we have a healthy fast food option in our neighborhood! Their smoothies are quite tasty and the wraps are delicious! Skye was extremely friendly and helpful, I can't wait to come back! read more

Food and smoothies are very good. They are packaged with staying lids and non leakage bags. They taste amazing and are healthy

If I could give this location a negative I would. The smoothies were icy syrup that didn't even have flavor. Not only was everything overpriced but Taco Bell has better food. The avocado grilled cheese was no only soggy and moist, there were things in it that I could not even identify. Apple kale slaw was DROWNING in dressings to the point where it looked like soup. ABSOLUTELY NEVER AGAIN. WIsh I could get my $30 back. read more

I went in recently to check this place out for the first time, and I was so surprised by the service. I was shocked to see the environment between the staff and what looked like the manager. The supposed manager was loudly yelling and belittling the staff enough for the entire store to hear. I was also constantly being abruptly interrupted when asking about the menu options as it was my first time trying this place out. Needless to say, I don't think I will be coming back to this location specifically, and hopefully will get better service elsewhere. read more

I walked in and the worker, named Alora was so nice. She had a great service, recommendations where fantastic, and over all made us feel welcomed. I will be returning again and again read more

slightly off... i was recommended this cafe by a friend but when i walked in during the lunch hour i was immediately thrown off by how empty the building was, although it had a nice energy otherwise. i ordered a mango smoothie and quesadilla with a side of corn, which was decent enough, but the worker who helped me did not seem to be having a good day. moreover, the price was far more than expected-- my total ended up being $17.00 for three items. overall, i probably would not return to tropical smoothie cafe but it was enjoyable enough to earn three stars. read more

I don't recommend this place at all. I ate a chipotle chicken sandwich and got extremely sick. I ended up at the ER and got told I have Rota Virus and was throwing up and more I don't want to say on here from this place. I had a weird feeling when I was eating the sandwich but I was hungry and also didn't finish it. I started feeling sick a few hours after eating this. These people must not be washing their hands, aren't being sanitary, or following health and food safety protocols and/or are serving bad chicken. I'm scared to try to eat chicken anywhere else now. I've been extremely sick and I do not recommend this place. Based off the reviews prior I see this is no surprise. If I could I would leave negative stars because I have literally been bed ridden the last 5 days. read more

We were excited to try this place since they opened. We tried to place an online order but it kept saying that they were closed. My wife called to see if they were open and why the online system said they were closed. The girl that answered the phone just said very abruptly that the online order system is broken and it's in store orders only then hung up the phone. Not the best first impression. We'll probably give them another chance some other time. But for tonight we ordered from somewhere else. read more

TWICE I've gone in there and walked right out when I saw the employee (two different people) with HAIR hanging all over their face! I just won't take a chance with a hair in my food, but this seems to be the case everywhere lately, except maybe Chipotle. Aren't there public health standards in Colorado?? We've lived here for years but I'm noticing this more. So disappointing!! read more
