Came here last week for a mid-day pick me up. I was walking and got a few drinks for some coworkers. A few people were in line ahead of me, but the workers were quick and got my drink out in around 5 minutes. I sat and waited on a bench inside, they were even kind enough to put it in a bag with drink holders since I was walking. I haven't been to Jamba in a long time, so it was sad to see their cups are beyond different now and don't keep things as cold as they use to. Plus, the prices are outrageous. $8 for a small? Yikes. Good for a sweet treat but can come here regularly with those prices. Overall, 4/5 stars. read more

This is my first time ever actually leaving a review on any platform. To say the least i am extremely upset by how the customer service was, ( as someone who works in food as well). The customer service was honestly horrible, not only were we not greeted we were not acknowledged by the employe at all.Me and my friend ordered two bowls , a strawberry one and a , acai bowl , when we got the food we noticed a big difference in the amount of portions we both received. The açaí bowl had not even an inch of smoothie and when we went to go ask if they could add more because there was hardly anything the employee just said , " yeah and its frozen too" and didn't do anything and proceeded to leave. Not only that but as i was waiting patiently to go ask the employee if she could add more of the smoothie another customer was there waiting at the register, we stood together for a good minute and the employee just kept walking back and forth avoiding us, i understand there is a kiosks but that doesn't mean every customer wants to use the machine. I had to call the employee over to get them to recognize the lady that was in-front of me in line because she wouldn't look our way. Needless to say i was extremely disappointed and me and my friend decided to leave the place since it got packed and it didnt look like the employee was going to help us out. The people who work there are great- very kind and friendly. The smoothies are delicious but a little bit tainted by the fact that the store itself is filthy. Went here this afternoon to take my daughter to get a smoothie. Initially, I wasn't enthused with the taste, but didn't complain. Then I was getting chunks of banana and what I thought was apple through the straw.. It wasn't apple at all. Holy shit- plastic in my drink?! You've got to be kidding me.. I am pretty sure I swallowed some thinking it was fruit skin, but when I tried to chew in a piece and it didn't break down, I spit it out and to my surprise it was a piece of plastic (maybe a bag) and you can clearly see the letter "S". I used to go to this location all of the time, the unprofessionalism here is real. I work in the food industry and have for years. A few things that help- having your hair up when on shift and by product. Saying hello instead of ignoring customers to gossip and complain about your job, "we're only getting 17 hours a week", well I'd hope for at least the time you do get to work here, you would have a better attitude for the short amount of time you're here. Product coming out for customers was extremely sloppy and the girls didn't have their masks above their noses while making drinks. I was greeted with, "what can I get for you", instead of anything else. If you expect gratuity, actually try. I work for gratuity as well, it's earned. Honestly if I could rate 0 I would. Why is it a 25 minute wait for 2 smoothies with 3 people working? The people behind the counter were more worried about their conversations than the customers. The entire time they were talking about other jobs and what they paid and not paying attention. Giving them a one-star because I got insanely sick after getting the pumpkin smash smoothie. I SPECIFICALLY asked the kid working is what was listed on the store menu was all that was in the smoothie, pumpkin, frozen yogurt, and milk. He said yes. So I got it and drank it, later to get super sick to my stomach because as it turns out it's not just pumpkin in the smoothie, like the menu at the store and the kid working said it was. It's a pumpkin spice base. I'm allergic to a few things that are usually inside of "pumpkin spice" type blends. So thanks, for making me very ill, if I could give you 0 stars I would. Then, I looked up and an employee was drinking leftover smoothie directly from one of the blenders used to prepare customer smoothies with. Okay I love Jamba Juice. Normally it's one of my favorite places I actually used to go to a different one quite often however this one is close to my home so I started going here. My "drink" that always was super full at other Jamba Juice's is always lacking and I feel like I'm not getting what I pay for. I am not impressed with the staff. They've never been very friendly or helpful with suggestions. There are always like 4 employees there but only 1 working? So it always seems to take FOREVER to get my drink. Also I asked for a substitution of peach for strawberry in something and when they made it it was pink (which it wouldn't have been otherwise because I've done that before at other places) and I said "did you sub the strawberry" and the girl there was like - oh sorry...I didn't even offer to fix it. I also asked once what drink had the beet in it because there was a picture of it right on the glass and they just shrugged. Pick a different location, or make your own at home. read more

Employees will leave things out of your shake I asked to add a vitamin after I paid they told me they couldn't modify my receipt to add the charges I told them they could and they were able to but never added the vitamin to my drink. I love the new GM when I was in about a month ago, but the new staff? Terrible. They stood around talking while I was waiting to place my order, I was not welcomed in the way that I know Jamba employees are suppose to welcome guests. One of the team members looked like she knew more than the shift lead. The shift lead did nothing but stair at me while the others were chatting , not taking my order. One of the employees while at the register cussed in front of myself and other customers. I've had some bad experiences here that I could get over, but this was the worst by far. My family and I had a really good time here. It was our first time here or to any Jamba Juice and after reading so many not-so-good reviews, my expectations were low and I told my husband what to expect according to all the reviews I'd just read...But it was the exact opposite! The employees were very friendly and helpful. The smoothies were pretty good. My kids loved them and we just enjoyed ourselves the whole time. I have been a frequent customer at this location for over four years. I just received my order, and upon reflection, the customer service was not great. I have worked in food/customer service for years on end, so I'm very familiar on the dos and don'ts. My customer service experience has also made me very understanding to those working in the field, especially food service. However, I walked in today, starting off with a simple question "does the location accept Apple Pay?" The employee gave me a sharp no, to which I responded I would easily place an order through the app. As I was placing the order, I figured I'd tell the employee what I was ordering in case she was interested in starting the order. I noticed she started preparing an order as I was standing in front of the drink station, but I could tell she was irritable (if it was because of me, I have no clue) because of the nature of her tone and how short she was with me. After I had placed the order, she didn't say a word to me until she had the breakfast sandwich I was really excited to eat prior to my experience with her, and those words included a meaningless and ironic "have a good day." I have a long day to get through following my morning stop at Jamba Juice, which makes this experience all the more significant. To spell it out, my mood is just not as great as it was before I walked in through the doors of Jamba this morning. In my book, however, this one not-so-great experience does not discount all of the great experiences I've had here, especially with one longtime employee (lighter skin tone and black hair) whose name I'm spacing on right now. My being stunned at this one experience should speak not only for my current state of discontent brought on by this small, yet significant experience I had this morning, but also for the positive standard this location typically and noticeably follows. I visited this Jamba juice with my husband where we were met with a guy who had a horrible nasty cough working the cash register. He was not welcoming but we gave our order hoping someone else would make the 2 smoothies we had ordered. To our surprise he was the one who walked over and put his hands on the lids of our cups and then put his hand on the straws to put in the cups. My husband and I needed to get out of the store seeing it, and $13 later we threw them both in the trash without even a sip taken out. No way were we going to take a drink after all that coughing then touching the lid and straw. Needless to say we won't be going back to this Jamba Juice ever again. I would have to agree with the other reviews of this location for the most part. I haven't ever had issues with the drink taste or quality but I may not have gotten the 3g boost I paid for. This store has no life or energy to it. Everytime I go in I feel like Im imposing the kids are on their cell phones and barely make an effort to hide them. It has been a while since I worked there myself but I know that was not allowed when I was there. They don't suggest items. I believe these are franchised so that may make a difference. after going to waffle house, my friend, his friend, and i decided to head over to jamba juice for a sort of dessert. the place was clean and looked pretty nice, the staff weren't really talkative but i tend to like that more than having some kind of automated response from working a minimum wage job, the only real problem is that they're so expensive when it comes to what they do. i got the peanut butter moo'd and it was probably one of the best smoothies i've ever had regardless of how easy it probably is to make and probably better since there wouldn't be an initial need for soy to be added. the cinnamon apple pretzel on the other hand, as good as it was, there wasn't much of a flavor or any real defining characteristic that really regarded it as an almost $3 pretzel. read more
