Hey. There's a TCBY on the Northside. Which, really, isn't any closer to me than the one in Glendale, but hey, it's nice to have options. TCBY is (now) Self-Serve Yogurt machines with the typical Toppings Bar. Both the Hot Fudge and Caramel, from their heated pump dispensers, were runny at this one vs. thick at the other TCBY location. The yogurt, however, was good, as TCBY yogurt is. Note: These are franchised locations, and have different rules, pricing, and loyalty cards. They're not interchangeable. This location's loyalty card is for To-Go PINTS ONLY... Kind of annoying, since To-Go Fro-Yo, half melted on the car ride home, then refrozen into YogROCK in my freezer isn't all that appetizing. The fruit on this location's Toppings Bar looked fresh. They have two different "Poppers" flavors and the mochi was fresh, too. They also have Cookie Dough Bites, Brownie Pieces, and Cheesecake Bites. Missing are the freshly cut Pound Cake Squares that I love from the other TCBY location. On the "Candy, Candy, Candy" side, everything was stocked and there were a decent amount of options including cereals, dark chocolate chunks, crushed candies and more. When comparing the two locations, I prefer the South Denver TCBY to this one, but not so much that, I won't be stopping by this location when I'm close by. read more

Not bad. Flavors are OK. For the most part, they treat you well. All the sugar in this product is just so unhealthy and dangerous according to the latest studies. Plus it doesn't taste like really yogurt but more like ice cream. read more

They had my favorite flavor so they won me over right away. Due to going during covid they made it for me which was cool.

Offering first 6 oz free today for what was apparently National Yogurt Day! While they don't carry sour flavors I tend to like, the ones they do carry are very good. I recommend strawberry. Very kind employee too. read more

Place was super clean and staff was friendly. Good topping selection. Only 3 stars as I prefer a lighter natural yogurt and all of these were very heavy, milky and texture more like soft serve. Flavors were pretty plain today with an artifical taste. Chocolate, vanilla, vanilla honey, chocolate almond, white chocolate mouse, strawberry, mountain berry, orange and one other. Only sorbet style today (orange) was very "icey" and wet. Blah. Neither of us finished our cups. Red Mango is still my fav by far. read more

It's not quite like I remember it when I worked at a TCBY for my VERY first job ever (20 years ago... yikes!), but it's still got some great features. It's now "self serve" like most of the new yogurt places these days but many of the old flavors are still there (HELLLOOOO white chocolate mousse!). Good selection of toppings. They also have waffle cones which I saw as a definite plus. Many of these new self-serve yogurt shops do not offer a cone or cup option. It's giant bowl or bust. They wil also mix in your toppings if you'd like, and they even have their own name for their version of the "Blizzard" or the "Spoonbender", but I forget what it was. I would have liked to see a table or two outside. All the seating was indoors. read more

Wow. Walk in and employee was sitting on the floor behind the counter texting. As we were sampling the limited amount of sub par flavors another employee replaced the first employee that was on the floor. When going to pay for the fro yo the second employee finally looked up from her phone to only roll her eyes when asked if they had whipped cream. With an attitude handed us the dirty can of whipped cream. Crusty chocolate. Save your money dont come here. read more

I'm not usually a chain fan, in fact, I actively seek out locally-owned businesses and eco-friendly joints... so I'm going to have to call this my guilty pleasure spot. Since I don't live too far way, TCBY is definitely tempting for my soft serve loving soul. When I first moved to Denver, I hadn't had TCBY in almost an entire decade. Seeing one so close made me feel like a curious little kid again. Here is the skinny... The Grand. TCBY's white chocolate mousse is made by angels. pure & simple. I swear they have a discount for yogurt lovers on friday (or something like that?) Lots of flavor choices, swirl mixes and toppings The yogurt tastes milky, not fake, like some other shops I've been to The Average. Self-serve machines are kind of annoying, but not a deal-breaker It's pretty darn busy on the weekends I usually take my bowl home, because it's not a place with any real atmosphere Unmemorable staff The Unfortunate. I miss the parfaits I got here 10 years ago... *sigh* I feel judged for my giant-bowl habit... ;) All in all, this shop gets 4 stars because it is such an old brand that I feel a little nostalgic every time I walk in. The flavors were pretty tasty although there weren't too many to choose from and the toppings were good as well. The two girls working the night I went we very unprofessional. They were only talking to each other, would say a few words to me (and other customers I saw rung up), sitting on the counter and eating on the counter. read more

I have a "soft spot" for soft serve ice cream and or yogurt! I happen to be in the area and stopped at this location.. I was delighted at the variety of flavors they had, as well as highly impressed with the cleanliness of this location. A couple days later I was looking at the back of a recent grocery store visit receipt and noticed a coupon for this location. I was already planning on going back and that sealed the deal! read more

I absolutely love this place. You walk in and have a lot of different soft serve and hard served (if thats a word) yogurts and they also have a mixer if you want to blend your ingredients in your froyo. They have a ton of different options, and you can find something for anyone in your family. They are always clean, and respectful. Looove this place read more

Before I say anything just wanted to state that I am a frequent customer at this TCBY - it's the closet to me and I haven't minded coming here in the past. As for today 2/26/17 @ 3:30pm (roughly) I came in with my husband and noticed there are two new faces I haven't seen before (it's been a while!). The lady in the pink shirt was squatting down ignoring the mess and customers until I stood by the area where there are flavors that can be scooped. She then got up and started to clean the mess while ignoring that I was waiting (patiently) to be helped- to be honest the self serve flavors aren't my favorite ones unfortunately. By this time my hubbie was waiting for me waiting to be helped...after she noticed this she asked if I needed anything...I shook my head yes. She told the other lady in the blue shirt (who was actually busy helping ring in customers at the register) to help me. I could tell that being asked to help was a little much for her since she had this upset face. I asked for two different scoops and placed my bowl on top of the display. She than grabbed my bowl (placing her fingers into it - which I didn't see her wash; mind you after touching the register/money and such) she placed it behind the counter just to place a single glove on her one hand (??) than moved the bowl back on top of the display and filled it with the two scoops I asked for. While she handed back my bowl to me she used the hand without the glove and again had her fingers inside the bowl. I ended up throwing it away. I'm hoping after this incident that the owner of this establishment will take some time to go over the proper food handling procedures with all employees. read more
