My husband had the Poblano Chile stuffed with cauliflower and an enchilada sauce. He is not a vegetarian, but he thoroughly enjoyed it. There were sliced squash on the side. We spent the afternoon talking with other visitors and enjoying the beautiful day. The proprietors are friendly, and knowledge about the local wines they offer.
