Found totally by accident. Looked like your basic small cafe but looks were total deceiving. We ordered the Grown Up Grilled Cheese, Cheese Burger (includes 2 patties & bacon), Potato Salad and Fries. Fries were the most perfectly cooked we have ever had. Potato salad was a slightly different style but incredible & is a meal in itself. Could of stoped with just that. They killed the Grilled Cheese & Burger. Never have better even from the finest restaurants. When ever we are near here again we will definitely go out our way to come here. read more

I have to admit, I really didn't expect much coming out of this kitchen. However, the chili cheese fries were amazing! The fries were fried to perfection and the chili cheese sauce was meaty, thick and delicious. Also huge portions! My family and I also had some shakes. They were very malt-like which is how I prefer. There isn't much to the "shop" portion of the building either; slim pickings. There is a display of when the park plants fish in the lake next to the register. The ladies were really nice and helpful too. Can't wait to come back fishing so I can stop by for fries and shakes. Next time, I'll dine in and hopefully explore more of the menu. read more

This is a great place for breakfast, or burgers. The meat comes from Swingles. Burgers are handmade. Homemade potato, macaroni salad. Super nice people who work there. The biscuits and gravy were good, and I am a true critic of B's and G's since my husband makes the best. read more

Weren't expecting much from an empty cafe at 9:30am on the weekend. Instead got friendly, fast service and a couple great bacon cheeseburgers with perfectly -cooked fries. Recommended! read more
