Our rear porch needed a rain gutter. Not a huge project but important to us. Jonathon at QG&SM responded and discussed a few options before we agreed on the exact seamless gutter design. He sent me a precise quote the next day and completed the job in a few days later. I am very pleased with the process, service, and attention to detail. It all worked out perfectly for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Jonathon and his install crew for your home gutter work. read more

Jonathan was an amazing contact. If you're seeing his company, seeing photo examples of their work, and wondering at this point if you should contact him for help - you should. Don't be deterred by the low number of reviews right now. The 5 star experience is real and this isn't his first rodeo. We had contacted a few roofers and gutter specific companies to get quotes to replace old gutters that had broken seems and damage on our house that already had a new roof installed. A few were responsive but Jonathan's quote was very competitive and fair. He's not a salesman, he's straight forward, honest and wants his work to speak for itself. It does. Jonathan was very responsive over Yelp, on texts, scheduling a site visit and ultimately accommodated us on a day the next week less than 5 days later. If you are looking for a reputable place to get your gutters replaced or repaired give them a call. It's just a matter of time when many more 5 star reviews come in. read more

The guys came on time Did a great job and did it really fast Everything went according to plan They cleaned up after they were finished and left the house looking better than when the arrived read more

I contacted Quality gutters through Yelp for a small simple "Add One Downspout" to my exisitng gutters. I know many times small jobs are often unimportent or insignificant. But Jonathan promptly contacted me, I sent several pics of the location. He responded with a price, which he kept. He said he could get this job done on a day I had off from work. Be sent two professional polite persons on time with everything needed to finish the job. The two guys knew exactly what the job was and had all tools and materials to finish. The spoke with me directly on a couple of options to consider, then listened to what I said. They did everything as agreed in less than two hours once we agreed on the options he presented. They cleaned everything up, nothing leftover. Done! I would recommend this company for gutters or downspouts read more

We had Jonathan come to our home in Walnut Creek to fix some gutters that were draining away from the downspout as well as replace some sections that were leaking. In talking with him, I learned that his father trained him in the profession. Personally coming from a family business, I can say that learning in this way, is often the best. A father usually wants their son to learn the right way and do it their best. Jonathan certainly does quality work and I could see how his work was better. The prior work was fine, but the last guy cut corners, and saved money by skimping on materials. Hence the reason we needed the gutters fixed. Jonathan is very nice and responsive to get a quote as well as stay in touch before and during the job. I'd highly recommend him. I feel confident his work will last for a long time. read more

Great to work with a group that is responsive and flexible Worked on a custom downspout to attach to existing draining. Fast to quote. Reasonable pricing that did not change when they were on site. Appointment was 72 hours after first contact. Thanks read more

Jonathan was gracious and flexible enough to have his crew complete some additional work we needed after they arrived for a scheduled job, even though it was us who screwed up by not asking in advance! They did a great job installing gutters and customizing a downspout. Highly recommended. read more

I had a very special custom Gutter that had to sit directly on a wall because of a property line. A previous company was only able to make 10 foot sections which failed right away that was made out of plain sheet metal. Quality Gutter's was able to make a 20 foot long sections custom-made and on top of that, was able to use high-grade material that was painted/coated. I was able to choose what color I wanted as well! Super fast turn around! They can make the impossible possible! read more

Great service and price was reasonable compared to all other quotes. Very responsive and arriving on time.

I requested service and the reply was unable to service, so I guess they do not do gutter repairs. They did send a message to come out once, but I got no replies after that. read more

Jonathan and his team live up to the company name--they are truly a quality company. Jonathan is professional and fair with his pricing. He is quick to find solutions for all your gutter needs. I live on a hill and had a couple of downspouts that needed to be relocated as well as a gutter that needed to be patched. Jonathan used quality materials and quickly hooked my home up so it's ready for any rainstorm. I would recommend Quality Gutters & Sheet Metal Service to everyone! I'm a happy homeowner because of the excellent work Jonathan and his team provided. read more

Jonathan and his crew from Blue Ribbon Construction removed and replaced the 33 year old gutters and three chimney caps on our large two story home in Danville. After checking their business license and insurance status, we selected Blue Ribbon Construction over two other companies because they responded immediately and completed an in-person estimate the next day. Their estimate was very competitive with the other two estimates we later received. Jonathan kept us informed throughout the process with verbal updates as well as photos of the work before, during and after. The entire process was seamless. We would not hesitate to recommend Jonathan and Blue Ribbon Construction for any future gutter work you are considering. read more

Great job, very responsive, highly recommend! They were able to add addition work and still get it done the same day. Awesome job!

Wow, I'm so impressed by Jonathan from the bidding process to the work completion! I became realized that my gutter needs to be replaced while carrying on house exterior painting. I called quite a few gutter contractors and some of them even said that the gutters cannot be replaced without moving the front row of tiles, which would cost thousands of more on top of the expense for gutter replacement. Jonathan came to take a look at my gutters and confidently said that we do not need remove tiles to replace the gutters. He educated me on the different shapes of gutters and helped me make the choice for my house. In addition, he provided very competitive quotes for both gutter replacement and new gutter guard installation. When I was ready to hire him, I asked him whether I need to sign anything or make any deposit in order to secure the job, he replied that this is not a huge job which requires any deposit or contract, I can just pay him after the work is completed and I'm satisfied. He does offer 3 year installation warranty. Many contractors would require deposits for this type of job! Jonathan and his crew showed up on the day and were able to complete everything within 6 hours whereas other contractors told me it would take 2-4 days! I can tell Jonathan is very experienced and very efficient and is very easy/pleasant to work with. Highly recommend! read more

Top notch workmanship and courteous service when we had a new gutter system installed on our backyard office structure. Highly recommended!

Johnathan was super responsive and a breeze to work with due to his great communication and straight forward professionalism - Quite honestly I was surprised because his level of work ethic is a rare find these days... He arranged for a site visit within hours of our first inquiry and worked with us to develop a custom design that worked perfectly with our custom craftsman eaves. This meant building and hanging samples for our review and feedback and then making a second set of mock-ups for final approval...On installation day - Johnathan will be there, on the ladder, running his crews, making sure everything is perfect !!! I did get multiple bids and can save you the time as our price for his attention and custom service beat out EVERYONE else. I told Jonathan to give my name to anyone in the area as a reference and maybe we'll meet when he brings you by to see their work. read more

Jonathan is the owner, and he is professional and friendly. He communicates clearly and responds promptly to any questions. His price is not on the lower end, but I felt that for the time and service performed, it was more than fair. After our first heavy rainfall a couple weekends ago, I needed rain gutters added to my extension in the back of our house because I had to deal with some flooding in my backyard. I took the time to scroll and research on Yelp and I found these guys. I could tell Jonathan was quite busy, but he was able to make time for my request and completed the job with his 4-man team in about 30 minutes (just one side, approx. ~28 ft. in length). Super easy to work with, great communication, and trustworthy. Long story short, I recommend contacting Jonathan if you need rain gutters installed. read more

While in the process of installing a brand new fence on my property, I ran into an issue with the existing gutter being too wide and interfering with the posts being upright and level. The big box stores could not provide a gutter that would fit as this was going to clearly be a custom size and length. not only did I need it to be fair and reasonable, I needed it quickly and in a color that would match the existing downspout and gutters on the home. I reached out to multiple vendors, and ended up going with Jonathan as he was responsive, attentive to my needs, made a site visit on the very same day of my phone call, and had the gutter done and completed by the end of the day. The turnaround time and Communication was impressive, and the gutter fit perfectly. He was able to fabricate a custom 20 foot length, 3 1/2 inch wide gutter in brown with custom end caps. It was precision craftsmanship that will undoubtedly stand the test of time. When it comes time to needing new gutters on the rest of my home, I will be a repeat customer. read more
