What sold us on this company was that they felt genuine, were able to price on the spot, and their pricing was competitive. Carlos and team are not only professional, but a real treat to get to know. Having people in your home for an extended period of time is not easy and is stressful, so it's always best if you feel like you can trust the people walking around and having access to everything in your home, and that was a big deal to us. I'm super happy I went with Master's Touch Painting for my house exterior. They were very responsive and reasonably priced. Carlos and his team were very well rounded and experienced. They not only paint but could deal with other repairs (like stucco and wood). It made it very convenient for me since I only had to deal with them and not multiple contractors. Their bid was competitive compared to other bids. They worked hard and were considerate about how they handled things on our property. Like proper prep work and cleaning up. You can see the craftsmanship and attention to detail in attached pictures. He was very reasonable as well. Accommodating to fix a few minor related things as long as I paid for materials. Things that I asked for, he kept true to his word and delivered. Near the end of the job, there was an unfortunate miscommunication that led to the house water being turned on and it caused a leak in the master bath due to the shower handle being in the process of being replaced. It damaged the master bedroom flooring. When I informed Master touch paint of what happened, I was very concerned this would cause a lot more headaches. But once they got my message, they were very responsive and agreed to fix the damages. They had another project that they moved onto, but would come in the evening to work on the repairs. They not only fixed it, but did it with the same care and quality that they stand by. Carlos has definitely earned my trust and respect. Carlos and Joe are two of THE best contractors I have ever worked with across numerous projects, and most notable of all is the care in which they put into their work. If you are looking for high-quality, professional, thorough, and well thought out work then this is the place you want. I cannot say enough good things about their work ethic, flexibility, and working style. Right off the start they requested to come to my house for a free consultation and to discuss the details of the job in person thoroughly. The request I had was not a straightforward install: there is an access panel door that needs to be covered, a railing banister to cut around, non-right angles at every corner, and a smoke alarm. They discussed every piece in detail and thought through the best way to approach this. The quote they provided was very fair and they completed each part of the job with such detail and care, I am beyond happy. Along the way we ran into multiple issues with the wallpaper itself (sourced from another company) and Carlos and Joe both continued to adjust and update the plan no matter the challenge. Each time they were more than willing to support additional steps, do extra work, and come up with solutions to every single challenge. In fact, they actually pointed out extra items that would need to be considered for a perfect install (things I had completely missed) which they took care of at no extra charge! And to be clear, some of these were fairly large things that they wanted to support in order to complete the job as perfectly as possible. It is extremely clear to me that Carlos and Joe and the whole crew take pride in their work and this is nothing like a "quick-buck" that you see from so many contractors/companies. They want to do good quality work and they went so far above and beyond what was expected I am truly amazed. All of this while being some of the most friendly and kind people I have ever met. I needed to remove 40 year old wallpaper from two rooms and a hallway, and have them painted. After attempting to do this myself ( worked 3 days and got nowhere.) I contacted Master's Touch for a quote. They came out at 9:00 AM the very next day.
