We had such a wonderful experience with Ramon and his crew! From start to finish, they were incredibly patient, thorough, professional, and kind. They took the time to make sure everything was done carefully and paid attention to all the little details. They were respectful of our home, communicated well throughout the process, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with the finished result. It's not always easy having work done on your home, but they made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. We are so happy with how everything turned out. We highly recommend them without hesitation! If you're looking for painters you can trust to do excellent work and treat your home with care and respect, look no further. We would absolutely hire them again! read more

From Aug 22nd to Aug 24th, I consulted with three independent painters. All three independently told me that the method used to remove the wallpaper was not appropriate. They explained that applying primer over the remaining wallpaper backing paper can seal it and the adhesive underneath, making proper removal significantly more difficult. I was also told that, in the worst-case scenario, portions of the drywall may need to be removed and replaced if the backing paper and adhesive cannot be removed without damaging the drywall. To respond to the Color Pro Inc. owner's comment: He sent me a refund offer the next day (Aug. 20th) and acknowledged that I had paid a total of $20,000 under the interior and exterior contracts ($10,000 for each, respectively). The exterior painting had not started. He offered to refund $13,800 while retaining $6,200 for what he described as materials, labor, preparation, and drywall subcontractor costs for interior painting work. Regarding the interior work, the work performed by his crew was essentially to peel off the vinyl layer of the wallpaper and apply primer over the remaining backing paper and adhesive, which was again an inappropriate method for wallpaper removal. In addition, the drywall company owner who was on site on the morning of Aug. 19th told me that the walls were not ready for retexturing. The proposed refund was conditioned on my signing a written settlement agreement releasing all claims arising from the project and termination of the agreements. I have retained the written correspondence documenting this offer. Since the matter is currently under review through my legal service, I am not planning to disclose the email itself. In addition, although the house is large, the interior painting contract covers only the walls and approximately 20% of the ceilings. There are no particularly tall walls except in the stairway area. I can provide detailed measurements later to clarify the actual scope of the interior painting work if needed. read more

We had Color Pros Inc. paint the exterior of our home, and we were very happy with the entire experience and the finished result. One thing we really appreciated was their attention to detail. We had our garage doors replaced around the same time, and Ramon helped us choose and match the trim color so everything would coordinate beautifully. He was helpful throughout the process and made sure the colors came together the way we envisioned. The crew also did a great job with the preparation and paid close attention to the details, especially around the trim and other areas where clean lines really matter. They worked hard, kept the work area organized, and cleaned up afterward. Communication was easy, and we always felt comfortable reaching out with questions. Exterior painting is a significant investment, but we truly believe you get what you pay for when it comes to quality workmanship. We wanted the job done correctly and wanted a finished product we would be proud of, and that's exactly what we got. Our home looks completely refreshed, and love coming home to our freshly painted house. read more

I hired Ramon and Color Pros to do some light exterior painting that I needed and wanted done prior to the expected storm season. He was able to fit me in to their schedule within a week afterwards since it aligned with other local work they had. He assigned Soltero as the the main point of contact to do the work and he worked quickly and efficiently to get the paint prep work done on day one and then painted two coats on 9 windows (trim) plus a few other areas in under 4 hours on the next day. Did a quality job and the paint looks good. Also did a repair to one window and it matches up great to the others too. One thing to note is you do pay for your own paint although they do have the ability to get you a discount at some places (ask them how). They do cover the rest of the items needed such as caulking and primer. I would recommend Color Pros if you're looking for a local painter who is timely, efficient, and does quality work. read more

I have used Ramon and his crew many times over 25 years. Never has their work been anything but top of the line! They all are professional, punctual, and leave your area with wonderful paint and also no mess! Beautiful precision and I highly recommend Color Pros! read more

Great experience from start to finish! They did an amazing job painting the exterior of our home. The work was completed on time, and communication throughout the project was excellent. What really stood out was their customer service after the job was finished. A year later, Tesla upgraded one of our inverters, leaving a small exposed area where the original paint had been. The owner promptly offered to repaint the spot, which I really appreciated. I'm extremely pleased with the quality of their work and their commitment to standing behind it. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them! read more

We used Color Pros, Inc. to paint the exterior and interior of our home. They did such a spectacular, and I do mean spectacular, job on painting the exterior of our home that we definitely wanted only them to do the the full interior painting of our home. When Ramon and his fabulous and incredibly trustworthy team painted the exterior of our home Ramon made several suggestions in how the paint could be applied to make our home look more updated and newer. I must say ALL of Ramon's suggestions were spectacular and indeed updated the entire look of our home. Talk about curb appeal... Wow!! We did extensive remodel inside our home and Ramon and his guys were the team to do the interior painting. Not only did they just paint walls and doors but they redid the look and feel of our staircase, family room mantel and cabinets - they are so very rich looking!!! Cannot say enough of how beautiful and upgraded our home looks now. I am continually impressed and oh so pleased with the expertise and professionalism this company shows. We find their pricing is more than fair for such an awesome and rich job. Thank you again Ramon and crew!!! read more

Ramon is very accommodating and knowledgeable about current color schemes. His team is absolutely top notch. There is no comparison to my last house painting job. His team is meticulous, spent the necessary time to do detailed caulk and prep and made sure I was happy with the work. I found no issues to fix and they cleaned up everything. They even came right back to finish the job after discovering I needed some chimney repair work done before painting them. I couldn't have asked for a better result. So glad I found Ramon and his team and that's always a concern when having your house painted and committing to spending the necessary money. read more

At 9 years old, our home was in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint. It hadn't been painted since being built, and the hot sun here in Morgan Hill really crushed it during that time. The upper half of our home was supposed to be brown, but the sun turned it into an ugly shade of pink/purple. Additionally, we had a 5 year old pergola that we never restained after it was built (supposed to every year). It had some weather damage and was in need of some attention. Like the house, the sun really got to it. Our neighbors had hired Color Pros two years ago - they were the first home in our neighborhood to paint their house since it was built. We finally reached out to Ramon and Color Pros to do the same, per their recommendation. We couldn't be happier with the results... Ramon was super easy to work with. He came out, took at look at things, and had an estimate to us shortly after. We signed up with a deposit and got on the schedule. Ramon's team power washed our home and pergola, and a few days later got to work. They started on a Monday, and wrapped up Thursday afternoon. They ensured to stick with our HOA's color scheme requirements, using the right paints and colors to keep us out of any trouble. I work from home, and they made this super easy. They mostly left me alone and focused on their work, while I was able to focus on mine, and I appreciated that. We will be hiring Color Pros again to do some additional work inside our home. Ramon and team will be our go-to painters - fair pricing, professional work and very easy to work with. Thanks Ramon and team! read more

Great price and quality work. They explained in detail what would look best, which made a big difference! They were on time, professional, and very careful not to get any paint on anything but the house. Also great advice for prep work on house before painting. My house is 50 yrs old and after they finished it looks like a brand new build not an old house with a new paint job. read more

I would highly recommend Color Pros, and it's only been a week since my project has been completed. I had a hard time getting in touch with any contractor to paint the exterior of my home. I was contacting companies my neighbors had just used, other ones I had found online and I was getting zero response from all of them. Then I remembered a friend that had the interior of her home painted by Color Pros. I asked her if Color Pros did exterior as well and she said "absolutely". I called and the owner of Color Pros answered my call. It was so nice to actually speak with someone. He had me send him a text with my name, address and email. From there we scheduled a date for him to come and look at the exterior of my home to provide me with a bid to paint. He arrived on time for our first appointment. He was extremely professional, easy to talk to, and explained what the process would be if I chose to work with Color Pros. I had some questions and he answered all of them without making me feel rushed. Not long after that appointment I received the proposal for the project. I obviously accepted and signed the proposal, provided a deposit check and anxiously awaited for my paint project to start. My dates arrived and from start to finish, it was seamless. The crew that worked on my house arrived on time everyday, they didn't leave any garbage lying around my property, and were very organized and efficient. Any hardware that they needed to remove in order to paint was replaced just the way it was before they removed it. In a nutshell... I couldn't be more pleased with the finished product. The whole process was EASY! Money well spent on a job well done! Thank you Color Pros! read more

Ramon and his team went above and beyond our expectations in repainting our whole interior house. Ramon helped answer all of our questions patiently and set the right expectations for us. His team was efficient, professional and most importantly, masters at their craft. We were so lucky to find Color Pros at the last minute and were able to get squeezed into his schedule within 1 week. We could not be happier with the end result of our home and get it on the market to sell. Thank you again to Color Pros! I will happily recommend them over and over. read more

Ramon and his team did an excellent job at our house. The existing texture of our house was pretty bad, but color pros team did a great job at painting the entire interior of our house. If I could give Color Pros Inc. more than 5 stars, I would. They definitely deserve it. Ramon is professional, knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. We had been putting off having the inside of our home painted for years because neither my husband nor I had a clue on where to even begin when it came to picking colors. Ramon's ability to look at the big picture, his sense of style and knowledge of color made us feel 100% at ease once we decided on what colors to use. I had NO IDEA how many different shades of gray existed and how some shades looked better with our hardwood floors than others until Ramon showed me on the color wheel. From the moment we met him, we knew that we had picked the right company for the job. Oscar and Sotero were amazing painters and all around great guys! They showed up on time every day, did amazing work, were very thorough and cleaned up each day so we would still be able to have a nice, livable home to come home to every day after work. They take pride in their work and it shows. Bottom line, if you are looking for an amazing company and crew to paint your home, these are the guys for you. Competitive prices, pristine work, and an amazing end result! Thank you Ramon for a job well done!! read more

Totally satisfied with Ramon and his team at Color Pros! Very professional, on time, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. Read all the 5 star reviews and said "Yeah, right". Guess what? They really are that good. The owner, Ramon, really does respond immediately to phone calls and is very professional. The handyman they recommended (Pepe) to replace some wood rot, is an amazing contractor and can pretty much do anything. The painters, Oscar and Sotero, are both very competent and do fantastic job. They painted our house in a couple of days and it looks amazing! They even spent time cleaning up the mess when they were done. It turns out, good customer service is not dead. Hire these guys!! We dealt with a wide variety of contractors during a stressful home renovation and Ramon and his crew were one of the few bright spots in the whole ordeal. I knew their work was good, but comparing it to the touch-up paint job our general contractors did, it's even more apparent the Color Pro guys are real professionals - and trust me, you do not want to end up dealing with someone of less caliber if you're committing to a big paint job! Pricing was very similar to other painters we looked into, and I am SO happy we went with Color Pros. From day one Ramon has been nothing but upfront and helpful, from patiently helping me pick a wall color, painting a "test" wall so I could be sure of my decision, working around our crazy schedule, and even recommending a handyman to fix some of the structural issues our less-capable contractors bungled. His crew are amazing, and worked insanely long hours, holidays, and weekends to squeeze in some last-minute work so we could move in on time. Their work is top notch (and we have very high - maybe borderline OCD-ish - standards.) There is a reason for all these high ratings - If you need painting done, you cannot go wrong hiring Color Pros! read more

It doesn't get any better than Ramon and his crew! Ramon and his crew painted our rental house, our new house and also our stair rail. They were very detailed and took their time to tape off everything off. No shortcuts were taken. Ramon was very patient with us while choosing colors and we were not easy to please! He helped us think about the color palette and gave us his professional suggestions which all turned out great. Ramon has a great eye for color. Thanks Ramon :) read more

We are very pleased with our experience working with Ramon and his team and are very happy with the result. Ramon is one of the most professional people I've interacted with and stands out in many ways, in particular for his clear communication. His team did a really thorough job and even patched up all the drywall issues like holes and rough patches. They worked long hours to get the job done ahead of schedule too, which we really appreciated since my wife is expecting and due any day now. Overall they made the process very easy on us. We're definitely interested in working with him again in the future and are considering an exterior painting next. read more

Ramon and his team did a great job transforming my house. Previously it was drab and boring and now it just pops! I LOVE the way it looks! * I called Ramon on Monday morning and he came later that afternoon to give me a quote. Say goodbye to waiting a week or 2 just to get a estimate. Pricing was also competitive as I checked with 5 other vendors before calling Color Pros. * I had wanted to get my house painted before the holidays and even with their busy schedule and the rain, they were able to accommodate my schedule and make it happen. * He bought 7 guys and they were able to finish the job in 1 day which I thought was amazing. They taped up all the windows/exterior fixtures and made sure paint didn't get anywhere it wasn't supposed to. Definitely paid a lot of attention to detail which I appreciate. After they were done, they cleaned everything up and left the house just as they found it. * I also knew that I wanted a 'grey' house but I wasn't sure what type of grey. Ramon was helpful in the color consultation and suggested what he thought would look best on the house. Overall extremely happy and would recommend to family and friends. Outstanding! This was the third time that I have used Color Pros to address my painting needs. Each time they have exceeded my expectations. This time I needed a rental property painted on the inside. Ramon came and looked at the property and asked the proper questions so he would know what I wanted. He also realized that I wanted to get the property back on to the market as soon as possible so scheduling the work would not be straight forward. He juggled his crews schedule so that other contractors could come in and do their work without tripping over the painters. The guys he had painting my place were great. They certainly were highly skilled painters. Always polite and friendly and hard working. Never left a mess. If I could give 10 stars, I would. But to be more specific, I'll mention 5 ways Ramon and his crew were outstanding in painting/restoring my 3-story townhouse interior + garage: 1) competitive pricing and transparent quote - I knew what I was getting and didn't feel like I was over-paying. 2) excellent consultation and advice from Ramon - considering that I didn't have a clear idea of colors or theme, I was amazed at how quickly Ramon was able to gauge my taste and guide me through the color wheel to select a palate that suited me. 3) attention to detail - this cannot be over-emphasized. I am fairly persnickety, but Ramon has an eye for detail and his team has excellent work ethic, which combined to deliver clean, sharp lines, good coverage, and smooth finishes. 4) available and approachable - Ramon gave updates, and was always responsive to my questions and requests 5) on time and on budget. No issues whatsoever. For a 5+ star experience with your paint project, call Ramon at Color Pros! read more

Quality. Professional. Timely. These are the three words that best describe our recent experience with Color Pros in the painting of our house. I contacted Ramon and he met with me within an hour of my call. We scoped out the project and I shared with him my vision for the colors. He provided me with options (both in colors and finish) that I had never thought of considering and I am so happy he did because the house transformation is nothing short of remarkable! The crew was incredibly prompt and began work in a very precise and orchestrated manner. Attention to detail was evident in every stage of the project from planning to prep to clean up...everything was completely flawless. The crew went above and beyond our expectations and we are still finding areas that were done that cause us to scratch our heads wondering how they were able to be so thorough. We now find ourselves getting excited each time we arrive home because it feels like we have a new house and we love it! The only downside is that we didn't complete this project sooner! Five stars is not enough! read more
