I hired Javier and his team for a full remodel of a 4,000+ sq ft home with very high ceilings and complex architectural geometry. They worked continuously for five months, applying level 5 smooth finish to numerous walls and ceilings. While there were a few missteps and revisions to the initial estimate, I'm ultimately satisfied with the final result. Javier and his team did a spectacular job on drywall repair and replacement! I had plumbing work done downstairs and he made it look flawless! I was really concerned about the replacing the Sheetrock completely for the arch, but he made it look brand new! I was unable to be there at times due to work and he sent me videos and photos of the progress to ensure no shortcuts were being made. Hired Partida Drywall to patch holes in our walls left over from old crawlspace ductwork we removed. They did an excellent job over 2 days of work to patch all the vents, sand, texture, prime, and spot paint. They even fixed a few spots near the work areas that needed touchups. I hired the Partida team as part of a complete overhaul of my garage. I loved how they were honest through the whole process and as well as accommodating for "chicken and egg problems" while working with my Garage Door replacement, flooring replacement, and electrical work with the other contractors. Specifically, Partida helped with demolishing previous crappy shelving, gutted the wall, removed floor tiling, reinforced frames, water proofed the bricks and installed insulation, added dry wall and patched and smoothed out the drywall in the ceiling. They also painted the base color both walls and ceiling. It was a big job but they were able to accommodate the whole process. They are definitely worth the hire for honest quality work. read more

Six months ago, Javier and his crew helped us finish 4 recently installed skylights from inside our bedrooms and bathroom. The overall experience was fantastic. Javier is very professional but he made us feel the warmth of a friend. He knew the details of the job inside out. To say these guys are "good quality" is a gross understatement. They did extraordinary work on a variety of dry wall projects for us...patching & matching around a newly installed whole house fan, redoing poorly done texturing jobs from plumbing repairs, texturing the wall behind a recently removed bannister and fixing cracks and seams from 30-some odd years of house settling. Most impressive was the work they did restoring a bedroom that was right on top of a corner of the house that had settled 4" over the years and was recently releveled.
