Finesse built about around 300 feet of fencing for us, including several different segments and four gates of different kinds (to suit the location and purpose). I got four bids and they were the highest by a small margin, but I chose them because I was impressed with Marvin and his detailed quote with annotated satellite view of the property and the work to be done. They did high quality work, and were willing to work with me on a few complications that came up during the building process, including rerouting some underground water lines that were in the way. As they are not cheap, I did use a different contractor for a separate segment of fencing that was even longer and where details did not matter as much. Our fences were falling over due to storms and high wind. The project started with 4 neighbors and due to the connecting nature of fences, it ended up to involve 6 other neighbors. Marvin replaced our fences with a competitive price. His quote was detailed and clear. He coordinated and sought agreement across neighbors. He carefully prepared the job site (measured and lined things up with strings). He communicated what he's about to do, every morning. We wanted the new fence to match the existing fence height, but Marvin made clear it may not be possible due to ground level differences between neighbors, which was hard to know, until the old fences were demolished. Some areas can have ~8" height delta. At the end, he was able to make it work, to our expectations and even reduced the price. read more

Contacted the company to see if they could come and look at it and see if anything can be done. As of today, no one has made an attempt to come assess the problem. Very disappointed to say the least.
