The next day which was on Easter Sunday I received a phone call from Rene apologizing for the miscommunication and even offered to come to our place that morning to give us a quote. Upon arriving to our home that morning, Rene apologized again and gave us a fair quote and although they were very busy they squeezed us in and gave a install date of a few weeks out after the visit. We had a hole in our fence after some windy weather, so we were anxious to get the fence redone quickly and they were able to start the project in a couple of days. WOW Just wow, i requested a quote last Friday, They came out this morning on time tore down the old fence, and had an 80 foot section with 2 picture frame gates installed by 5PM. The fence came out so good that all of my neighbors stop by to look at it and take photos of it. J's fencing installed the fence with High Quality and at the time they said they would. The attention to detail is great. They installed pressure treated wood at the base in order for the redwood not to come into contact with the dirt. The supporting poles are dug in almost 3 feet with cement footing to support the fence. The fence is solid and beautiful. It feels and looks like it will last 50 years. I couldn't find anyone else to help because it wasn't a big job. I had been turned down by 5-6 other fencing contractors. He was personable, efficient, and did a wonderful job. To make things more complicated, I live out of state and have a tenant in my home. I was able to send him a photo and he was able to give me a quote.
