Great spot for a weekday lunch deal! You can get a salad, large corner slice of Detroit style pizza (cheese, pepperoni, or rotating daily special), and a non-alcoholic drink for less than $15. A great deal I'm this economy! The server was nice and food came out surprisingly quickly (full disclosure the place was not busy during a Monday lunch hour)

Great food, great service, ambiance was solid and plenty of parking. Ordered a Detroit style large pizza for $23.00 but you can split it for two flavors! Decided on the Brooklyn Bridge and Prospector. Flavors were good overall just lacking a little bit of salt. A large was too much for two people to finish in one sitting so was able to bring it home and reheat. Love that they have instructions on the box to reheat it. Nice and crispy on the second day and not dried out!

Service was fantastic. Great pizza joint. We tried both a Detroit and Tavern style pizza. Both are good for different reasons. My favorite is still a thin crust. And gotta add honey where you can. This particular location reminds me of a former Wendy's.

Half and half: Sweetie Pie and Brooklyn Bridge

Called in for a large half and half pizza to go around 7pm on a Friday. Half Sweety Pie and the other half Brooklyn Bridge. It was a 30 min pick up time, which was honestly pretty fast for a busy night! It was a quick and easy pick up and nice to see they keep pick up orders in a food warmer until you get there so everything stays hot. The inside of Blue Pan was busy but felt very cozy with the warm lighting and music playing on the speakers. Pizza stayed hot during the 12 minute drive home and was delicious! The amount of ingredients was good, the dough was fluffy and crisp on the edges and the presentation just makes for a good looking pizza. These pizzas are pricey but nice to treat yourself to every so often since I can't deny how good they taste!

Stellar pizza! We had the Parma Italia and the Brooklyn bridge, both Detroit style, and we were blown away but the flavor. Love the crusty cheese on the perfectly cooked crust, although it was a little dense. The best part of both were the chunks of cheese- ricotta on the Brooklyn bridge and burrata on the Parma italia. Highly highly recommend and this will probably be our new go to pizza place.

Fast service. Detroit style "Louie" had roasted tomatoes, spinach and sausage in perfect ratios. I had it with a root beer and it perfectly complimented it. Nice patio seating also. I was craving good pizza and this fit the bill. Don't forget to ask them what the monthly special was. I forgot and saw it afterwards, but I would've loved to try a pizza with peaches on it.

Such a good option for some ZA. It's not right on the main street in downtown, but if you're looking for good food venture just a tad further and get some Detroit Style Pizza at Blue Pan! The service was good, the place had no line which was awesome, and the food was awesome. They even allow kids to "make their own pizza" with dough, sauce and cheese which the kiddos loved.

Blue Pan is such a gem, if you're a pizza fan. They've got options and we def needed them with 4 picky eaters in our party of seven. Seating? We waited for less than 5 short minutes and were sat in their enclosed patio. Our servers were friendly and patient - it's small details like this that always catch my eye when I'm with larger parties. The entire process of ordering and keeping things topped off was great. We never had to ask for anything. They happily spilt our check as well and took great care of us. And now, let's talk pizza. My guy and I ordered the smaller Detroit style pizzas: 3-1-3 and Prospector. These are gigantic and we def took away left overs despite doing our best to tackle these. Both were so tasty yet different. Fresh ingredients made all the difference. I'm a fan of fresh arugula on my pizzas and if you've not considered it, the 3-1-3 has your name on it. What's maybe my favorite thing about the Detroit style pizza, aside from it being deep dish, is the cheesy goodness baked into the crust. Both pizzas were fabulous when we had them there and later as leftovers. And if deep dish isn't your jam, check out the NY style. They've got you covered. Their cocktails were great as well. Lots of craft beer options and wine as well. Overall, if pizza's your thing, you need to add Blue Pan to your list.

The pizza and service was amazing here. It ended up being pretty expensive, so not sure if we will be back, but it was really yummy. They have a ton of options to customize everything so it was really easy to make vegetarian pizzas as well as to include and remove any ingredients. Our server was very friendly, patient and accommodating to customizing the pizzas as we wanted.

This place is a must! The pizza was excellent and I'll be craving it days from now. The Detroit style pizza was light and airy and very flavorful. Be sure to check out the seasonal pizza. Kids were able to order ingredients and make their own pizza which they thought was super fun and occupied their time. Staff was very friendly. We sat on the covered/screened in outdoor area. Make sure to ask for honey, hot honey, or a variety of homemade ranches to dip your pizza into. Also bathrooms are non-gender specific and clean. Can't wait for my next trip here!

I've loved blue pan for a while and just learned about the Golden location! Just as great as the Denver locations! Service was excellent and the food is always delicious! We ordered the caprese salad, which is fresh and so much flavor! We each got a small Detroit style; one was half Brooklyn bridge half Greek and the other was half Brooklyn bridge, half Diavola. The Brooklyn is a fan favorite for obvious reasons, it's so good and you can't go wrong with this one! The Greek was good, but would probably not order again, and the Diavola is a little spicy but really great flavors and the hot honey pulls it all together! Dip the crust in their garlic ranch and it's perfection! The only complaint was we waited much longer for our food than other tables that arrived after us, and our pizza was lukewarm by the time we got it.

Not normally a fan of deep dish but they do it well for sure. The crust is lighter than you'd expect and it has a perfect chewy texture to it. My son got the make your own kids and gobbled it down. Not much atmosphere really, pretty loud and feels kind of like a Pizza Hut. But food and service were on point and I would return.

That's super rare in bagel shops!! They had a massive menu with tons of options for bagels and cream cheese, breakfast sandwiches, and non-bagel things like smoothies. I got a ham egg and cream cheese on a GF bagel and it was divine. Others in our group got breakfast bagels and bagels/cream cheese in different varieties. We also got the strawberry banana apple smoothie that was so refreshing and healthy. I've actually been here a handful of times before, but always stuck to the pizza and pasta (which are great). I honestly can't believe I overlooked the sandwiches for this long. I went with the chicken parm sandwich and it was outstanding--crispy, perfectly breaded chicken, rich marinara, and just the right amount of melted cheese on fresh bread that holds everything together without getting soggy. Easily one of the best chicken parms I've had around here. I reluctantly traded half for the sausage and peppers sandwich, and honestly... it was just as good. The sausage had great flavor and snap, the peppers were cooked perfectly, and everything tasted fresh and well-balanced. It's rare you order two different sandwiches and can't decide which one you liked more, but that was the case here. One of the sneaky best deals: you can add a cup of soup for just $2. I tried the rustic sausage and potato soup and it was excellent--hearty, flavorful, and felt homemade in the best way. What stood out beyond the food is how consistent everything felt with what others say: high-quality ingredients, generous portions, and that authentic, no-frills Italian deli vibe. You can tell they care about doing simple things really well.

They were pretty busy at around 5:30 on a Saturday evening and we were lucky enough to snag a table since they also take reservations and some were being held. The service was great, she gave us her recommendations and was very very patient while we all decided what plates to share. They give you some small plain bread knots when you sit down and had no problem, giving us a refill, even a side of marinara sauce for dipping when we asked. We started with the Caprese appetizer, which was fresh and delicious lightly, garnished with the balsamic glaze that sets the flavor off, not too overpowering. We shared three different pastas - the penne rustica, the shrimp and artichoke, and the pesto tortellini. The rustica was definitely the best, it had such a depth of flavor, and the sauce was a perfect rosé of creamy tomato, with the vegetables helping set off the textures and flavors even more. The other two pastas were good, but I wouldn't prioritize ordering them again, the pesto tortellini was so rich and creamy, but lacked any pesto flavor, which was surprising since it was vivid and green, and so visually appealing. The shrimp and artichoke was good, but didn't allow me, I felt like the artichoke needed more seasoning or something to bring it out a little in the sauce and pasta mix. The owner Nancy was such a sweetheart. She was so attentive and came over to us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. Next time I'll be trying the Bolognese :)
