Probably some of the best pizza I've had in Colorado. The crust is phenomenal. They will let you buy their dough to bring home as well. Everyone was really happy with what they got. Small issue that I did find a hair in my salad, which is always off putting. But the staff was really friendly and they have booster seats and high chairs for kids! Coast little pizzeria tucked away on a mountain road. Staff is super nice and helpful. They don't have beer so run next door to Piney Wine and Spirits say hey to Brisket the Great Dane and grab a couple beers to go with your pie. We got a half and half of pepperoni and Shawn's house which has pesto and chicken. Then a side of cheesy bread. Solid choices! The crust is the bomb! The food was exceptional to say the least! We stopped by SaBella's because Beau Jo's Deck was full (Note: We only went for the river ambience more than the over priced pizza) From the first bite, it was clear this place takes pizza seriously. We had the meatball sliders, garlic knots and Italian salad. Those garlic knots are crack! So damn delicious. The meatball sliders were so flavorful. We are visiting from Los Angeles for 4 days. We definitely are going back. The chef came out and you can see his food is his passion. You felt how much love he puts in his food by the way he explained the way he made the garlic knots. They are super attentive. We went to the wine and spirits shop next door and bought wine and beer. The restaurant let you drink it there. They asked if we needed glasses instead of plastic cups and if we needed a corkscrew. Please tip them in cash because their register isn't set up to accept tips. read more

My brother and I stopped here twice last week, It was wonderful experience both times service and ambiance were fantastic and food was delicious. They brought it out to us surprisingly fast considering how busy they were. Meatballs were amazing Highly recommend the "noms" as a starter. I give 4 stars because they are local....not a chain. So I will support them forever. The crust is amazing. And the meatballs are fantastic. But in my opinion they could be better. So here is my advice to the owners and you can do with this what you want. Again the crust and sauce are awesome. But I think you are a little stingy with the toppings. The mushrooms that I got were seriously the width of a piece or paper. And the spicy sausage is a sliced sausage, not like clumps of minced meat that you get for say in Chicago....but that's subjective. As far as the pizza goes I will be back again but I need to be able to taste the toppings....not disect them as I'm looking for them. You don't have to go crazy....I understand food costs but at some point you may want to revisit them. Which bleeds over to the fantastic meatball. But if I buy 4 meatballs that's 12 bucks. How much is a pound of ground beef or pork if I go buy it. I'd cut that price in half and you would sell 3 times more. Again just one man's opinion. All in all a great pie with very nice people. First off, my apologies for the lack of pics, I was too hungry and eager to stop and take a pic. But if you're ever in the Evergreen area (or even if you're not) make the drive to SaBella! We came here last summer and it was great so we revisited again today. My boyfriend and I went here after a paddle boarding day and we were quite hungry and this place did not disappoint. We ordered a 16 in pizza with pineapple, banana peppers and onions which was great! Then we ordered two Italian salads, which are freshly made and pretty big portions so we almost could've shared it. We also got their meatball plates which were everything I was expecting and more, so so so good. The combination of the red sauce and ricotta is truly chefs kiss. I had never had tiramisu so my boyfriend got one for us and wow it is so good and it was a great first tiramisu, so light yet so tasty. One of the employees brought us out some of their garlic knots which we had not ordered so that was a super kind gesture but oh my gosh these were the best garlic knots I've ever had. Most of the time garlic knots tend to be kind of hard to rip apart or get stale after a while but these were soooo soft and easy to pull apart and super yummy, even after 20 min of sitting at our table they stayed so soft. So the food is so amazing but on top of that the staff is so kind and care lots about the quality of their food and your experience so they truly deserve all 5 stars (but truly they deserve more)! I met a friend here for a late lunch. The pizza was delicious. I ordered Shawn's House pizza. The crust is light and airy. The ingredients were fresh. The red sauce was light, fresh and just the right amount. Mike, the kitchen manager greeted us. He was very friendly and personable. We also met the owner, Mariah who was also very friendly and personable. It's worth the drive. I live in the Denver metro area. Parking is not the best so it's best to car pool unless of course you order takeout. There are about 8 tables for seating inside. It's only been open for several months. This is a new pizza place where the old one was. Little has changed on the inside. Has a Bougie name now. Pizza is really good! I like that the pizza has a bit more sauce than usual. Just tried SaBella for the first time. What a great addition to the food choices in Evergreen! Pizza is all about crust, sauce and toppings and all were extraordinarily good. They claim to ferment their dough for two days, and we believe it. It's chewy, but not tough and the pesto and tomatoes were great. The roasted garlic cloves were a nice touch. We hope that our neighbors will join us in frequenting this place and keep it in town! The tiramisu dessert looked homemade, with real whipped cream along all of the traditional ingredients. Delicious, fresh New York style pizza, with great, friendly, fast service and I'm happy. Went there with my granddaughter for lunch today and was so happy we did. It's not often I give 5 star reviews but Sabella certainly deserves it. The restaurant is nice and clean. We were greeted by a very friendly man (sorry I didn't get his name) and we were made to feel very comfortable. He gave my granddaughter chalk and cleaning cloth and said she could draw on the table. This pizza restaurant has taken over the space of High Country Pizza. They opened in September and we ordered their Combo for pick up the other evening. We tried to eat at Campfire in Evergreen, but after we waited 15 minutes for our order to be taken, we ended up walking out disappointed that we were left unserved and hungry. Looking for pizza, we came across SaBella 5 mins down the road in Kittredge. We were immediately greeted with a friendly smile and a place that was ready to accommodate and serve us. Heather was totally flexible with us and made our decision easy. The garlic knots are insanely delicious as are the balsamic basil meatball sliders. Gotta try those both for sure!
