It seems they now only have this boss lady with poor service attitude...unfortunately she simply doesn't know how to make boba teas and left to run the shop. Hopefully, they will figure out staffing to improve. Until then...save your money from money tea and venture onwards to find better tasting teas! The tea flavour is quite delicate, with options to substitute the milk and adjust the ice and sugar levels for certain drinks. Those who are lactose intolerant can rejoice because the oat milk substitution is free! Further, some drinks are caffeine free and available hot. It looks like there is only one size for drinks though. If you do opt for pearls, I find that Cha Yuan's have a nice chew/QQ to them. So far, I've only tried the milk teas and lattes, with my favourites being Matcha Latte ($6.50) with Coffee Jelly (+$0.75), Hojicha Milk Tea ($6) with Grass Jelly (+$0.75), and Brown Sugar Pearl Latte ($6), all substituted with oat milk. Cha Yuan is more of a grab and go, but there is some bar seating by the window should you choose to stay longer. Usually, there is only one staff member - at times, two - attending to both the till and the drinks, so there may be a slight wait. That said, the service is great, as is the quality of the drinks. But the tea itself was good. And she liked the boba, which were sweet and mushy, but without being overly mushed. I myself stay away from milk teas (damn you Lactose Intolerance!), so I normally get fruit teas. I got the mango fruit tea, with my usual 50% sugar. Even then, it's still a lot sweeter than I'm used to. But there is a good amount of tea flavor, so it didn't taste like I was drinking mango water. I even ordered some popping boba, which popped well. It was not mushy at all, and had quite a give to the texture. So for me, 4 stars means the tea is delicious, and I would want to come back. We got Strawberry yogurt and Mango coconuts. Strawberry yogurt was delicious. I was actually surprised a lot of mochi inside. Strawberry yogurt was decent and really loved to have it with mochi. Mango coconuts also had a lot of mochi inside. This one is more sweeter than strawberry one. I should adjust less sweetness next time. Still It was good. They also gave out sticker with every drink order. I got Nezuko and Tanjiro. To collect all stickers, I will revisit for sure. And they will offer Demon slayer original goods, I can't wait to get them!

I'd never seen this place before, so I decided to check it out. It's small but super clean and bright. It was giving an inviting vibe. There is seating available. They weren't busy when I arrived. 4 people at tables and nobody in line. I was served rather quickly. In terms of Slush, there was only 4-5 choices. I decided on a Lychee Slush with half pearls & half jelly. I don't know what she thought, but she seemed kinda confused ( it came with the jelly ) and she warned me that pearls were extra - which of course I know! Maybe because I asked for half and half ? Anyway no worries. It was nearly $9 (which is just as much or more then a frozen peach Bellini!! ) but with the add on I wasn't surprised. I used the washroom while she made my drink. It was very clean as well. My drink didn't take very long. It came in a nice cup (more sturdy of a plastic tumbler then normal ) and it had a cute little decorative item on the lid. The flavour was ok. I wasn't overly impressed but it wasn't bad. The ice was nice and smooth, but it could of used more Lychee for sure.
