I was a bit disappointed that the menu didn't seem to match up with the purchase kiosk. I really wanted to try their matcha tiramisu but found it was gone from the menu. I settled for a brown sugar pearl milk tea instead. I thought the drink was good. It might have been a tad too sweet but I got used to it after a bit. The pearls were solid overall. It wasn't an amazing experience but I'm willing to come back again. I do wish the menus are a bit more up to date as it was a bummer to not try something exotic sounding that appealed to me.

Compared to Richmond or Burnaby, there are really not that many bubble tea places in West Vancouver so it's great that they have a location at Park Royal. Chatime franchise often runs promotions such as $10 for 2 drinks and fairly reasonably priced. Cha stands for tea in Mandarin -- treat yourself and enjoy your "Cha" time, take a tea break here!
