The waiter didn't check on us and we had to flag him down multiple times. The ceviche was the last dish to come out because they forgot about it and the chunks of fish in the ceviche were huge! We also ordered the wok ribeye and half the meat on our dish was literally pieces of fat, so we paid $50 for a few cubes of meat and fat. It was quite loud in the restaurant as well and there were so many people working. Servers, maybe a manager and so many others just walking around. I would come again to see if the restaurant can redeem itself, but I was really disappointed all around. Im giving 3 stars because the food itself tasted okay, but everything else made this experience in enjoyable.

For happy hour, we got their happy hour sampler which included, 2 spaetzle cheese balls, a pretzel with sweet mustard, pickled veggies, and a cheese sausage/brat wrapped in pastry dough. We also ordered some jager fries (fries with mushroom gravy/jager sauce, cheese, and green onions). The wrapped sausage was the standout! We also ordered two half liter beers - I love the selection of German beers and local beers. This being a biergarten, of course we went German. Overall, a beautiful way to spend an afternoon! I would definitely try non-happy hour menu items and try to make my way down their beer list.

For the price there should have been 4 or 5. Fried chicken with mashed potatoes, sautéed kale. This was delicious, we don't often order fried chicken but this was cooked just right. My sister had the goat cheese salad as her main, it was very good with little balls of fried goat cheese. Drinks: Good wine selection, I had my usual glass of Savee Sea Sauvignon Blanc. Dessert: We split an amazing dessert, the Sticky Toffee pudding Sundae which is caramel and vanilla gelato with a toffee sauce, whipped cream, pecans-- so good! next time I"m getting one for myself.

The wine wasn't so good, but the service was excellent and we ate outside because the inside was already full at 5:30. They have heaters and then it started sprinkling and we were concerned, but then they brought these huge umbrellas and put them over us and we were good. Service was also excellent--friendly, attentive, and made us feel taken care of without being overbearing. Overall, great food, great service, and a great vibe. Definitely a place I'd come back to and recommend to others.
