When we said no, he just closed the tap and gave us the bill before our food arrived. The menu has a few categories to suit people eating at different times. I like the Pan Fried Red Fish which came on a bed of white rice and bak choy soaked in some mild curry sauce. The Wagyu Burger came with some interesting purple bread but my friend said it wasn't good at all as the beef patty was not juicy that it didn't seem like it's wagyu. The Winter Experience is a Christmas-themed set-up - very tastefully and beautifully decorated - with Christmas music (even 2 weeks after the New Year). the tables along the edge have small in-table fire pits AND a tall heated furnace - you will not be cold in December. these tables do require a minimum spend of $50 per person, which we came into this expecting that regardless - however, it sounds like you can sit at any of the other tables without this minimum spend, though you will only have a blanket for warmth. the sunset was beautiful, though keep in mind that we do live in a city, and there are other tall buildings around, so don't set your expectations too high.
