Broken unclean toilet. Bartenders rude. Drinks are very expensive , in plastic tiny cups. Free water, but cup is 2$???? And they won't refill it. Rediculous. The place is very old. No go.

Have you ever had a terrible experience without even having to go to the place? Won a giveaway tonight (last minute notification) for VIP PASSES, BOTTLE OF CHAMPAGNE, and TABLE SPACE and this club literally ruins my friends and my night! My friends also wasted money on Uber rides in hopes to enjoy a nice evening out with VIP seating and bottle service, and boy were they wrong. They respond back hours later stating that they only accept the giveaway claims at 7pm ( which they never informed me from the get go) and then they said they'll take back the champagne offer and only give us free cover! Wtf we can get free cover before 10:30 In general and cover is only $10 anyways! Lack of accountability, no empathy, unorganized, and hidden agendas made this giveaway not worth it one single bit. I was messaged at 4:06pm about my winning the giveaway and was essentially given 2 hrs 54 mins to respond and find 5 other people to join me (on a Friday evening, mind you!), and I didn't even know that 7pm was the deadline. I was told for the very first time about the 7pm deadline to claim the win, at 9:30pm (2 hrs AFTER the fact!) This was hands down the most effed up giveaway I've ever been a part of, and I've entered tons of giveaways; this certainly takes the cake for the absolute worst. This giveaway is a reflection of the venue and its staff. For an event space you guys are horrible at following through with promotions, when it really should be the opposite smh. Way to put your best foot forward, Opal!

Visited the place for a friend's birthday party and it was quite fun: good sized club with good music. We had a table and I noticed that the staff kept on checking how many used glasses we have and replacing them without us asking them.  The downside: the floor was sticky all over the club. We got there around 10 pm and from the moment we stepped into the club, our shoes kept on sticking to every square foot of the club: entrance, dance floor, at the table, near the table.  Not sure why, because I've seen staff wash all the slipped spots right away

Nice space for dancing, but unfortunately the cocktails weren't good. There was also no sign or notice at the entrance about what type of event was happening. After paying the entrance fee, we realized it was a special celebration for a national holiday from another country, with music in a language we didn't understand. We didn't feel like it was the right event for us, so we left the club after about an hour.

I luckily won a bottle service for Opal Social Club giveaway on Instagram! I recommend checking their Instagram for events and giveaways that are happening. They have a few deals like the $5 Cazadores shot deals on Fridays and alcoholic boba happy hour from 9-10 PM! Besides Cazadores shots and champagne, I tried the Bootea Me Down SIP Alcoholic Boba (Mango Green Tea + Tequila) and it was pretty good! You can't really taste the alcohol in the drink, but it is very sugary/sweet. I think I would've liked this as a regular mixed drink and take out the boba! The honey boba was chewy, and surprisingly well for it being at a nightclub. My first thought after leaving the club was that the service here is amazing! All the workers were very attentive and made my girl group feel safe! This would be a great spot for those who want to go out but not go into a super crowded club. My only concern about this place is that the bathrooms are pretty nasty. Like "I'll wait to go home and use the restroom" or worse than a gas station nasty. It made me wonder what the cleanliness maintenance is for the nightclub.

Summary: overpriced drinks and bad crowd. Sad to report that this is NOT the same Opal nightclub that I used to remember & used to love. Way different post-pandemic. I understand they are under different management. The crowd is SO young. And drinks are way overpriced! I went on their grand re-opening weekend (last Saturday night) and it was not that much fun. I was disappointed. Music was way too loud & lacked variety. I arrived early before 9:00 pm to avoid the cover charge. The crowd was way too causally dressed. Saw some people even in sweats (what happened to the dress code?) I admit I was more casual than usual that evening (black jeans, black heels, & a cute tank top) -- it was cold. In the past, I would definitely wear a mini dress with high heels or whatever. But back to the review... So I go to the bar to order a shot for my friend & I (we like kamikaze shots because they're more light than say, a tequila shot) and the bartender is like, "we don't make those here." She did not offer to make me something similar- like a lemondrop or something? So I order two vodka cranberrys instead... it was like $17 each! Or maybe $18? - trying to remember my credit card charge. That is way overpriced! After tipping that comes out to almost $20 for a drink? No thanks. I will definitely NOT be returning here.

Birthday girl had a great time exploring, playing and eating. The team were so easy to work with from the email correspondence on my Cinnamoroll themed table vision to day of set up. The staff were super quick & accommodating when they were assisting me with the set up. They helped me string up and put a HBD banner and set up my little one's high chair and way more like help bring stuff in, stock the drink fridge, set out the pastries, etc. They just knew what to do & did it straight away. I was amazed by the speed and professionalism! If only I had this level of set up at every birthday party. Barely any dictation or answering questions was needed. What a hugeeee lift off the mental load! There's a dedicated drink fridge in front of the register that kept our drinks chilled and easy for guests to grab. The food table is nice and long so it held a lot of food & we had A LOTT of food. We opted for the photo package too which was nice because usually being the host means you're too busy to take photos and get photos taken of your family. Overall, I highly recommend this place for your little one's special event! I only wish that this place was bigger so that we could invite more friends to our event. However, being smaller means more intimate events and those who are invited should feel super blessed and lucky to have made the cut!

I think if they put a fresh coat of paint on things or maybe invested in some newer toys this place would be 5 stars. With that being said, even in its current state it's still worthwhile coming if you have small children!

I calmly told her that "If you criticize my clean up, you have to clean it for me." My polite way to ask her to mind her own business. She went berserk and told me off to the studio guy E, accusing me of being rude while she was the one who crossed my boundary. Being a poor mediator, the guy sided with her without investigating. That was because he spied on my clean up in the past too, which was uncool! It made me uneased. I felt picked on. His behavior of one-sidedly consoling the bully, instead of remaining neutral was off putting. There's a constitutional right of "freedom of movement " that no one shall obstruct your free choice. I was glad I stood up for myself. Clay, no matter how careful you are with, will be inevitably left a few traces in the sink, and it is not a big deal. Everyone does it and everyone has his/her way of cleaning. No need to nitpick and be pathetic. To be bullied and snitched by someone who thinks she has the right to tell others what to do is disheartening. Pottery making shall be a peaceful time to create without being disturbed. To instruct people what to do as if acting as a social warrior puts a damper on freedom and creativity. They should put a sign next to the sink, that reads, "Please mind your own business when cleaning, as people like to be left alone." The entire community center is funded by tax payers' dollars, government-operated meaning it's run differently than privately-owned ones, and is more authoritarian in my opinion. As a paying customer, I'd like to access to my creative outlet without being disturbed yet my experience was tarnished by busybody commie control freak and a biased worker. I don't meddle with other's business and others should not meddle with mine. I also found some of their instructors controlling. They need to respect personal autonomy. Clean up is a very personal thing. If everyone does exactly the same thing, they can move to North Korea. It was a dissapointing experience. Move on to other options for my creative pursuit.
