My experience with Pure surprisingly exceeded my expectation. We came out to dance, we got to dance our hearts out. EDM was exceptionally danceable, not too annoying as I previously dreaded I might not like the music. After a few of them, I've got my dance move back. Overall music was mid, it engulfed tempo but lacked melody. The only memorable piece was "Danza Kuduro". That was the highlight of the night. I wish DJ leveled up his musical taste. Respectful and courteous staff from bartender to securities; ample dance space; tidy and well organized setting; reasonably-priced and refreshing mocktail; and clean restroom, this place's dope! Came on 1/24 night that Hoang performed and it was so fun! My friend was celebrating a birthday so we got a table and we were treated like VIPS for the whole night. With a table, we got bottles services and a designated area with seating. Depending on how many bottles you purchase, your area will vary but more bottles purchased means better seating area/view of the stage. My group had a fun night, I would recommend for anyone who wants to splurge a little for a special occasion (birthday/graduation). Unfortunately, none of those elements were present at the event, which was quite disappointing. Without them, it did not really feel like a Holi celebration. The ambience of the venue was great and the setup had a lot of potential. However, the experience fell short because the key elements that were advertised were missing. The DJ's mashup also did not quite match the Holi rave theme, which made the overall vibe feel disconnected from what was expected. Overall, the ambience was the highlight, but the inaccurate event details and the music selection made the experience disappointing. read more

AVOID THIS NIGHTCLUB AT ALL COSTS. THEY SCAM YOU. We planned a birthday here for my brothers, they ordered bottle service which covered 10 guests. Everyone else was on the guest list. We arrived and waited in line before 11 PM which is when guest list closes. We notice the line absolutely DID NOT move at all. The line finally started to move right at 11 PM. They told everyone guest list was closed and instructed us to pay $25 cash or pay for their TIER 3 tickets online. At this point when I was told this the time was 11:05.... coincidence? I think not. This club purposely waited until the guest list was closed until they started allowing people in just to turn them down and make them pay. My family inside told the club was COMPLETELY empty as well which didn't explain why their line didn't move at all? They were never letting people in from the start. The music and vibes here are usually good when they don't play EDM. I like the DJs here that play hiphop and reggaeton. The bouncers at the door are also very nice and efficient and they usually don't make you wait outside for too long. However the drinks at the bar are pretty expensive ($13 for a shot, $15 for a small drink), and the bartenders are not that great, but otherwise vibes are good most of the time. read more

The venue is a small to mid sized space that hosts a variety of DJs/performers. The sound system is pretty good and they do a decent job with the production. There is a single bar and a good number of tables for the "VIP" experience. The tables are located closer to the stage as well as along to sides of the venue. They have decent space around the tables. I've never had the bottle service but it seems pretty standard. I've been to a few EDM shows and one R&B night. The EDM shows had bigger crowds compared to the R&B night but they were not super packed either. The bartenders are normal and service was fine. The security can be weird at times and they seem to randomly enforce a "dress code" which doesn't make much sense in 2024 but I digress. I think Pure is a good smaller venue for you to see artists that you like and the themed nights like the R&B night can be hit or miss. read more

My bestie and I have been to Pure 10+ times and it's been great! They bring some pretty lit DJs to the South Bay (which would otherwise be pretty dead). Main DJ usually comes on around 12:30AM to 1AM and ends around 2AM to 3AM; plan your night accordingly! Drinks are not unreasonably priced. If you can split the tab on a table here at Pure Nightclub with a group of friends, I honestly think it's worth it. I've been to trap, hip hop, and EDM events at Pure. It's always been a good time (when I get a table.) The lighting and sound system are crazy. Live music events at Pure are much more intimate than a typical rave or concert since you're so close in proximity to the DJ and your group of friends. Just be warned, if you're planning to go through general admission, you're probably going to be waiting in long lines all night to get inside the club and buy your drinks unless you go up to the second floor bar. Expect to be cramped in like a can of sardines on the dance floor. There are only two restrooms, one men's and one women's. You'll probably have to wait at least 10 minutes in line to relieve yourself from drinking alcohol all night so brace your bladders and plan on socializing with people in the bathroom lines . read more

Tldr : Nice club, BS securities. Been coming here on a regular basis but last night was awful lot. Me and my friends got a table, opened five bottles and while my friends (two guys and a girl) are sitting on the couch, the security came and drag the guy friend out of nowhere, with no reason stated. Time to tear up the dance floor! The sound system, smoke, lights, and lasers were all so fabulous and had the amazing effect of grounding us in the moment and synced to the fabulous beat! Dancing is perhaps the best way to do cardio...for me! Felt like at any second John Wick or an X man would pop in and join in the frolic! Pure is surreal! Something about jumping to the beat in a crowd is so exhilirating! But the best part was being able to take a break back at the table! The security was top notch. Felt super safe! And most importantly, the dancing could continue. And as an apex predator wannabe like Deadpool, I had to show off to the IG supermodel that this Mike had plenty of Magic as I Channing Tatumed my Selma Hayek. We spent 1k+ on a table and bottle service. I went into the mens restroom because it was open and the security tried to barge in and I said no because I was mid-pee. The white security man, Jeff, put his hands one me and I pushed his hands back and then they kicked me out. I was not overly drunk and their aggressive force was unwarranted. DO NOT COME HERE. this has never happened to me before, i've been here numerous times and we have brought our pen in with no problems. today pure club security didn't let us in because we had a wax pen. we were going through the pat down and the security noticed my bf had a pen. my bf offered immediately to go and put it back in the car. we didn't make it into the door so i don't know why they didn't let us out back in the car. they physically took it from my bf's hand and said we are confiscating it. it's not like he was being dishonest and hiding it. the security guard said it's either they confiscate it and "destroy it" or we had to go somewhere else. we already paid for our tickets and we didn't wanna go somewhere else. i 100% think they were just going to take it for themselves. i asked him why my bf couldn't put it back in his car and come back. they said you can only smoke it in the designated area. i said well we're going to go smoke it in the designated area. he replied how would i know if you're gonna smoke it in the area? i didn't even make it into the club yet let alone the designated smoke area. how you expect me to smoke in the designated area if i can't even bring my smokes in. everytime i asked them why? they gave me a different answer, i bet they just say it's the policy and dont even know their own policy. there is nowhere on their website or page where it states any policies that prohibits BRINGING IN vapes/pens. maybe there's one for prohibiting smoking anywhere BUT the designated area. but it's not like we were in the club smoking it, we haven't even WALKED IN YET. how are you gonna tell us it's just policy if you don't even post it or tell us what that policy is. the only policy i see is your dress code. idk why they didn't let us go back to the car and put it away. like cool that's your policy? i'm going to respect it and not bring it in. instead they rather be difficult and rude. security's excuse was they wouldn't know if he was going to bring it in again. how you call yourself security if you can't pat down a guy again. we could've went to put the pen back in the car and security can check him again when he comes back. then we asked again why they couldn't just let us put it back in the car, they said it don't matter, this is a private establishment and we have the right to not provide service for anyone LOL. security switching up his story so many times, we didn't even know what policy he was referring to anymore. seemed like he was making up every excuse to take away our pen. we said alright we aren't desperate to be here, asked security to give us our pen back and dipped. we went to another club and they had no issues with us bringing in our smokes. our group of 4 bought tickets for their halloween night and we want our money back considering we never stepped foot in the club to begin with. this happened on october 28, 2023 and it seems like we weren't the only ones having issues with security that night either. don't come here cause the security here acting like they got something to prove. i don't know if you noticed Pure, but most of your bad reviews are because your security. it seems like a repetitive issue at this club. pure you better check your security because they be telling me 4 different things when i asked what the policy was. they rather turn people away from your establishment than be reasonable. read more

Went here for the first time for a birthday and we had a blast! The energy on the dance floor was so good and the djs were even better, even the opening djs were playing some great edm classics. We heard kaskade, audien, subtronics, and dom dolla. We had tons of fun and getting a table was great because people came by all the time to take empty cups which was really helpful. Still one of my favorite clubs! Been here twice after their reopening and the staff have all gotten much friendlier IMO. Security are all really nice and communicative. My last visit, we got bottle service and Monica was extremely attentive and patient with my friends and I when we were trying to book the table. It was my first time ever getting bottle service at Pure but it went really smoothly. Our hostess was a sweetheart, but I did not get her name. She was patient as well and helped us order and get everything started. Everyone is so nice here! We paid roughly $1,250~ for two bottles, Don Julio Anejo & 1.75L of Belvedere, BUT that's including fees and tip. Out chaser was NEVER half empty due to the amazing staff. Our table was cleared immediately after every shot and napkins, cups, and all were stacked! Phenomenal service and can't complain!
