What I like is that they've always been very reliable and flexible with us (we have a lot of schedule changes). I like my dashboard on their website - I use it frequently to move my appointments around. I've had a regular cleaner through them for a while now but today they sent someone different. In…read moremy profile, it's marked GREEN CLEANING and CATS. This means no bleach should be used as that's TOXIC to cats. Today, the substitute through GetClean - her name is Natalia - decided to skip reading my preferences and used bleach to clean my bathroom. Thankfully, I take my cats to a neighbors house while cleaning is happening so I was able to catch this when we returned before the cats got in the bathroom. I am now cleaning my bathroom AGAIN and airing out the house. In addition to having cats, I have breathing issues - hence the reason I ALWAYS have requested GREEN CLEANING. Will not be rebooking. It's totally unacceptable to ignore these preferences and put people and animals at risk. Find another company to book through.

This was a fast turnover, with tenants moving out and new tenants moving into a 2 Bed 2 Bath which required a rigorous deep cleaning, and they finished in less time than we had imagined, even removing mildew from corners of both showers and an extremely greasy kitchen exhaust vent. The entire apartment was spotlessly cleaned in a matter of about 2 hours, giving us time for crucial adjustments before the new tenants took possession. I have referred OCD to many clients over the years and the service, timeliness and quality of work performed exceeds those of their competitors at a competitive price.

This was the first I had heard of any issue, and when I asked for specific examples so I could understand what had happened, none were provided. I respect any company's right to discontinue service. I previously had a positive impression of this company, but the way management handled this situation left me feeling embarrassed, uncomfortable, and deeply disappointed. Unfortunately, the two crew members who came to my unit did the bare minimum. Equipment and supplies: Our place was vacant so I had no cleaning supplies, was told the crew would bring it all. They didn't bring a vacuum. They brought limited cleaning products. What they did well: - Windows and floors What they did poorly: -Closet and kitchen cabinets, completely uncleaned. I did a walk through and asked them to wipe down the kitchen cabinets and closets. They just used a dirty wet rag for all of it and still missed the mark. -did not clean the shower walls (tile / grout) or the tub AT ALL. completely dry. Even dust still on the top of the tile. They were responsive and nice when I texted the manager. Offered a 10% discount which I took, and they offered to send the crew back but I declined (I had to get back to work, and didn't have trust or time to walk professional cleaners on how to clean). I basically paid to get windows and floors cleaned and am now cleaning everything myself again and have to call in another service that actually cleans. $300+ wasted.
