Food was fine. Coffee was not good yet it was always fresh. The service wasn't great but the staff was sweet. It seemed as if it was everyone's first day. Hi. I was here today with my family for the third time. I loved it first time. But now everything was terrible. I asked for menu. Nobody come to us to take an order. In half of hour I ask administrative about how can I make an order she said She would ask someone to come to us. It was might empty in restaurant. We waited long for everything. They served us Texas fried with regular fries not like they had home cutted before and it said in menu. There was missing lots of ingredients. Especially visible no avocado and no ranch dressing. Officiant said sorry only after I asked where is this. Also I ordered some dinner food with pork and extra home cut fries to go. He changed us and with half of hour said they out French fries are we ok with balls. We tried it at parking lot. It was under cooked . At home I opened my dinner and it was terrible! The meet smells terrible. They cooked rotten meat. So everything was disgusting. I'm so frustrated because I'm still hungry and don't have time to cook. Double whammy. Poor service. Less than mediocre food. This restaurant has bitten off more than it can chew. Don't let the duck confit fool you. Ordered the egg/steak bowl - steak medium rare. Salmon avocado toast. Short stack of pancakes. After almost 40-45 mins after placing our order, the wait staff mentioned all they were waiting on was the steak (which confused me...medium rare...). There were only 5-6 tables in the entire restaurant. Finally, food comes out. As assumed, steak was cooked all the way through. Toast was barely toasted. Pancake toppings looked and tasted as if it sat under a heat lamp for 20 mins. To top it all off, my bf's coffee was served without cream, my steak without a serrated knife, and my no-ice water refilled by our same waitress that I asked for no ice. Very poor beginning to our day but... Can only get better from here. read more

Such a disappointing experience at this place. There was barely anyone in there on a Sunday afternoon so we thought they would be super attentive. We almost left because they took like 25 minutes to bring our drinks back. Then as we got up to leave he brought them so we decided to see it through. When they finally brought the food it seemed like it was sitting out for a bit (unacceptable for a nearly empty dining room). The fries were stale and the burger was so bland and burnt on the outside. They get one star for the cute decor, but I won't be back. read more

Had a really bad experience here. Looked like one person was working while the manager and other staff stood around. Food took forever and when it came, the potatoes were RAW. The power bowl was cold. The avocado toast was good but took 45 minutes to come out despite the restaurant not being very busy. The best thing about this place is the house ranch. I've tried this place twice and they're either out of an ingredient or the food is bland over overly salty. It's been disappointing every time. Nice space and pleasant wait staff, but this place is struggling. They don't have ingredients for a number of items on their small cocktail menu. The rum drink I was served tasted like suntan lotion. Showed up to some of the worst service I've had in a long time. Waitress spoke in a mumble, and had to be prompted to initiate basic service. Fryers were out, each successive item we tried to order was a "oh, we don't have that." Dead fish service on a Sunday morning, in Mueller. There's a reason it was 60% empty. Upon arrival around 11am on a Sunday, the aesthetic of the restaurant was very appealing. There was barely anyone in the restaurant yet, so we assumed service would be pretty quick. That being said, the service was extremely slow. It took a while to receive our drink orders (mine was a drip coffee, not complicated). And after we ordered our food, it took an hour and 15 minutes for my food to come out (a club sandwich, again not complicated). While I was waiting I went up to the bar and asked for a status and the chef rudely explained that other people had just showed up to order...even though I had ordered an hour plus ago. The food was fine, but not worth the wait. Overall, I'm not sure if the team was just short staffed but the current operation at this restaurant does not have me desiring to come back at all. read more

We had a great experience here. After we were across the street waiting for 17 minutes at BD Riley's Irish pub and not getting any service! So happy we landed at the Blue Lacy. Sat at bar- Kevin was the most friendly, kind bartender ever, we also ended up chatting with a waitress (I think Katherine) she was just a delight! We had the sliders which were seasoned amazingly, and pecan pie (slice was small), took chocolate cakes home and let me tell you those were the jam! We will be back for the staff, and secondly for the food! read more

We were a group of 6 adults and 4 kids who walked in for lunch on a Sunday. Everything from the food to the drinks to the coffee (HOW do you mess up coffee) was bad. The server was sweet but either new or inexperienced and did not do a good job of handling our table. No water, no silverware. We had to ask for it. The food all tasted stale and flavorless. I do not recommend this place. The only reason I gave it a 2 star is because of its ambiance and the fact that they have some games to kill the hours before they bring you your food. read more

I just wanted to thank y'all for such an enjoyable evening. We came in after an event tonight with our 3 kids (3 year old twins and 5 year old). The staff were all awesome but especially Eric and Christian who let the kids watch them cook while they sat in the bar swivel chairs mesmerized. These guys were so kind to my kids and answered all their questions about cooking. Also they all ate every bit of their food (kids pancakes for the win). It was literally just diner food. It seemed like they were relatively new, everything took a long time, including just to get our waters. We came for lunch, it was not busy. We ordered three adult entrées, and one child entrée. My mother ordered the meatloaf, and after a while, maybe 30 minutes or so we asked what was taking so long. They said that the meatloaf takes a longer time to cook, which is understandable, but I wish they would have mentioned that, as my toddler was extremely hangry. After the food was delivered, my mother was not happy with the meatloaf, she doesn't like vinegar and there was some kind of vinegar taste on top of it. I thought it was fine, but she asked for a cup of chili instead which she said was very salty. They ended up charging us for the meatloaf, but not the chili. My dad got the burger and I got a salad, both were fine and edible though nothing out of this world. By the end of the meal, my child needed to go home to take her nap, and we couldn't find our waitress, we had to ask the manager to ring us up at the end. Overall a very subpar experience. read more
