Tried out Blue Bottle Coffee because of Too Good To Go. Got a variety of pastries and they were delicious. Tried the: Croissant 8/10 Guava Pastry 9/10 Sorry I forgot the other 2 but I'd go back again for them (:

If i could rate 10 stars i would do it in a blink. As someone who prioritizes good aromatic espresso in my au lait coffees, blue bottle is the best and beyond for me. I only use their hayes valley espresso at home and every time i visit them, is a celebration itself. My order is: iced sweet latte with their regular oat milk with nola foam (do extra muscavado sugar if you like it really sweet) and thank me later. I've been to many blue bottle locations and each of them had their own specific vibe with great friendly stuff who make the absolute best coffees. Truly grateful for your work

I drank lots of coffee from all over USA and while I travel the world. If I have to rate Blue bottle coffee based on the taste from 1 to 5 and 5 being the best. I will rate it at 4. As for the price I will rated at 3. Good try it yourself... remember this is only my opinion based on my taste buds... Happy coffee foodie

I enjoy the simplicity of this location - both in terms of its interior and menu. There's nothing too fancy here that feels inaccessible, the coffee is solid and interesting enough to keep you coming back. I've tried several items here and so far everything I've enjoyed. Service is helpful and patient, and on our first visit they suggested their popular drinks for us to give a try. Great location, too, in the heart of Old Town Pasadena.

Came on a Monday morning and it wasn't too crowded. I got the iced latte and a bag of beans to try at home. Service was quick and I think there are very cute sitting nooks to enjoy your coffee. I felt like my iced latte was solid and I felt nicely wired for the day.

I love their chocolate croissants, latte and mocha latte. Their apple danish and guava danishes are also super yummy. Waffles are equally yummy but on the sweeter side. Their lattes are stronger in flavor compared to Copa Vida, intelligentsia, and Jameson brown coffee roasters. No sugar necessary :) This is my go to after my morning swims at the Rosebowl, I highly recommend!!

New Orleans style coffee? Ok I'll try some. Not too sweet not to strong. It was a decent cup of coffee. Great for a stroll around Pasadena on a hot midday. There wasn't anything particularly special about it. Other than a blue logo. Didn't try any pastry's. Maybe next time. Service was quick. The shop is small mostly designed for take out.

iced americano goes hard after a run at the rose bowl stadium. the lot nearby lets you park for 2 hours for $1 (no validation though in this area). iced americano is super light not too acidic and just really refreshing. hot tip: iced americano 12oz and 16oz have the same amount of espresso... do with that what you will when weighing those price points. not a huge fan of the chocolate chip cookie here (not chewy enough, they use weird chocolate) but the BANANA BREAD makes me go bananas

Blue bottle is such a good go to coffee. It has a strong caffeine boost. I got the Nola Shakerato and it was sooo good. I also scored on 2 of the too good to go pastry bags. It was such a good deal. Their cookies are to die for.

Trying to find a new spot for my pre workout coffee is not easy because most places open at 8 a.m. Luckily, Blue Bottle opens at 6:30 and is in the general vicinity of the gym. I received an enthusiastic greeting from Raffi. He was very personable and made me feel welcomed. Glancing at the menu the NOLA caught my attention. Upon reading the description it sounded like their take on Café au Lait. Described as sweet, creamy, & mellowed with Chicory - this was my choice because I love chicory coffee. Raffi informed me that their lattes are made with oat milk, but you can substitute almond milk for an additional $1.25. I wanted to try the drink as it was meant to be served so I stayed with the oat milk and I also ordered a cranberry scone. In order to preserve the quality of their brew, Blue Bottle only sells coffee within a peak time frame after roasting. They create a custom roast for each blend that best expresses the desired flavor profile. The aesthetic of the shop is minimalistic with merchandise and bagged coffee available for purchase. There is a small indoor seating area and an outside patio area, which is dog friendly. Both are great for people watching. I couldn't wait to get back to the car so I could try my beverage. The foam was luscious and creamy and had a slight sweetness to it. Underneath, I could taste the nuttiness of the chicory. It was smooth and not overpowering. In fact, it was subtle and delightful. I savored the quality and freshness of the beans in every sip. I'm not sure if they add any sweetener but it was perfect and didn't need added sugar. The scone had a nice flavor. It was soft but still a bit crumbly. It was good but, I'm not gonna lie, I would have preferred a Beignet to go along with this delightful spin on a Café au Lait. *Conveniently located next to the School House Parking Structure.

Great coffee. Soo much better than Sbux. After you have blue bottle, Sbux is really crude coffee.

They serve breakfast, pastries, coffee and tea (hot/cold) drinks. Their coffee bar is centrally positioned that offers a 360 degree view of the lobby. Seats were very comfortable with a relaxing atmosphere. I ordered an Iced Coffee ($3.27). And it was simple in taste and in appearance but refreshing nonetheless. Service was spot on. Staff was affable and competent. Prices are fair. Offers free wifi and street parking. What captivating for me was their interior design because it kinda reflected that of your own living room with flat screen tv, bookshelves, bar stool, love chair, sofa and a coffee table. Overall, I had a nice experience and somewhat enjoyed my iced coffee; I really like their chill living room vibe. I still recommend this coffee shop.

On a Friday morning was not too busy at 8:30am and waited for 5-10 minutes to order my Americano. But it was a wait that didn't feel like minutes, rather it felt like seconds. The warm atmosphere of a modern Coffee Bar with minimal decoration and soft music playing in the background with the soft morning sun gleaming a tad through the window made from some cozy and cinematic vibes. My coffee came out and tasted so smooth and heart warming. It was hot but not too hot, just enough to get the cold out of my hands and heart. I sat outside where there were some chairs and enjoyed the peace of a Friday morning. Definitely a 10/10 morning for me. Parking is relatively easy and free around the neighborhood and plaza across the street, so if your nearby, please come through and enjoy a cup and relax!

The crisp taste of well-brewed coffee and chai is refreshing. (Important: Cash is not accepted. Bring card or contactless payment. Also, this is a "Laptop Free Establishment." They have no available electrical outlets and no customer internet.) I arrived at Two Kids (South Pasadena) on Tuesday (around 12:28PM). Parking is free and available. Two Kids (South Pasadena) is located across from South Pasadena City Hall. There's a competitive, free lot in the rear; it's a "4 Hour Parking Limit." Also, there's available, competitive free street parking. Staff is very mellow, professional, and respectful. Staff politely answered all my questions, and Staff felt very low stress. This location is surprisingly popular, and Staff easily breaks into friendly conversation. My drink took about three minutes. As mentioned, I ordered the Espresso w/ Milk & Chai ($6.75 - Iced). The drink is very underwhelming, but it's 1000% better than any chain coffee joint. The Espresso w/ Milk & Chai had a light enduring caffeine, and its flavor is very basic and simple. I would not drive a long distance for these drinks, but if I lived in the immediate area, this business is an easy spot to incorporate into a daily routine. It's affordable and good enough. On ambiance, Two Kids (South Pasadena) happily embraces its "just good enough" features. It lacks many basic amenities; there's no restroom, no customer internet, and no electrical outlets. They proudly have MANY little signs proclaiming how it's a "laptop free establishment." The location is also small; there's about two counter tables and three tiny stool tables. However, Two Kids (South Pasadena) is comfortable. I especially appreciated the air purifier and the strong ventilation. The place felt airy and refreshing. Also, the stereo system is very clear and with chill music. They even had one tiny bottle of hand sanitizer by the counter. It's also very animal friendly since I saw customers walk inside with their dogs on the leash. Overall, Two Kids (South Pasadena) feels built to serve the local community. It's not an impressive spot, but there's glimpses of passion for locals. If you live nearby Two Kids (South Pasadena), I recommend. It's not bad at all. 4.3 out of 5
