I loved this place for a couple of months my nails were so good and would last a while. However I had one person that did my nails and 3 have them have chipped in not even a week. He was rushing through them skipping steps. I went in to get 2 fixed because it was 3 days after- when I got them fixed he took his time and those nails are perfectly fine. I went here due to the convenience of being close to home. My girlfriend and I were seated at tables far away from one another instead of next to one another as requested when we booked our appointments. They were very rude when we asked to move next to one another. We both got the SNS dip.'Within days our nails were chipping. I did not have time then to go get them fixed. I decided to give them another try with a different nail tech. This time it was even worse! They overfilled my nail beds then and was very blobbed on. I went on a Friday and my Monday I had several chips. Generally, I get 4 weeks out of the dip. I called and they said they would repair. I saw a third tech who repaired but I got the exact same results: SNS lasted 3 days!! Save your money and nails, do not go here!! read more

They do a fine job here. Polish selection is good enough, technicians usually do a good enough job that I go back. The low star review is because I handed the technician a $20 bill and asked for change so I could tip him, he brought me a $10 back (tipped himself ten dollars). I would have likely tipped around $10 for a pedicure, but I really didn't appreciate that he didn't ask and just tipped himself $10 out of the $20 I gave him. If I ask for change for a $20 so that I can tip someone, I expect that I get $20 back so I can tip what I'd like to tip. read more

Expensive , quality was okay but the vibe ruined it. We had a reservation for pedicures for four people. They took us all back leaving one person just sitting there with their feet in the water. We made appt almost a week prior so we could all get done at the same time. The staff was not willing to do what you asked for....Awkward, my friend asked for French tip but the guy was trying to persuade her to do something else. Assuming he didn't like doing French tip. In the end they looked good. They also tried telling me shellac was the same price as polish. I asked for a standard pedicure , they did the next step up and charged me for it. Wanted to try this place for the first time. I went to get sns with tip. I just wanted the tip colored, but he told me I couldn't and proceeded to dip my whole nail. It wasn't even the color that I wanted and I told him that, but he kept telling me this was the color. I accidentally broke a nail a day after and went back. The guy literally asked me if I was drunk when I broke my nail, which I thought was highly inappropriate. When he fixed my nail it was the wrong color. Came in and wanted a mani pedi, was sat for a pedi first and waited 20 mins while the water got super cold. Then the man told me we were going to do my hands first and hurried me to a seat, I had trouble understanding him when he asked if I wanted a manicure or just sns and when I asked him to clarify he was extremely rude. He did a horrible job and I have literally done a better sns mani myself. I'm livid and wasted so much time at this point. I got to give a huge shout out to Brandon. After waiting an hour at another nail place and still not being acknowledged I called here to see if they could squeeze me in. They close at 8 but I got there at 7:58 and Brandon stayed late to do my nails. I really appreciate that and he did such a good job. It's nice to see a nail place to above and beyond what they have to do. I'll definitely be coming back here in the future. Thanks Brandon! Edit: second time here I wasn't as impressed. First he made fun of the nails I wanted, asked if I was "one of those middle eastern people" then told me my tattoo written in Arabic would get me arrested for terrorism. He then started asking me about my job (social worker) and saying that I "want to take children away from their families". It was an older lady and she basically said she wouldn't do me a coffin shape because it was too hard. It was the way she said it was rude. I said ok fine, There was a lady standing next to her and they just talked back and forth and made me super uncomfortable about not wanting to do the coffin shape.Which sent my anxiety through the roof. I asked about a soak off because I got the nails done elsewhere and had a fill in. She didn't want to answer my questions. I wasn't requesting a soak off, I just had a general question. I went in for French Tips with regular polish. My nails are very healthy with no polish. He proceeded to use the nail drill and it roughed up the surface of my nails. I signaled for him to stop and he didn't understand and kept going. After buffing them they still had noticeable roughness all over the surface. He could sense my disappointment and asked me to pay before painting them (something other customers weren't asked to do). I love this nail salon! The staff is very friendly and attentive. I've never had to wait to get service and I've never had any problems. I've been going to get pedicures during my lunch break every month for about a year now. It's nice going back into work pampered and relaxed--a perfect stress reliever! I also got acrylic nails for my moms wedding in October. It was so nice having perfect nails everyday that I've been going back every two weeks to get them filled. What I like about this place is they have an "Express" mani option. I mean its not a huge time difference, but it does allow you to get in and out on a lunch break. With the Express they skip the normal pampering and hand massage, which I can't attest to, as I've only done the express. Its a cute smallish shop, about 6-8 mani tables and 5 or 6 pedi chairs. The staff are friendly but not overly in your face. If you don't feel like mindless chit chat, they won't. The person who did my nails was nice and did a decent job but cut me twice (once was the area under my nail which really hurt). But the best part was when I went to pay. It was $60 for an SNS dip plus tax. I asked her why it was so expensive and she said because it is $50 for the dip and $10 for the manicure.
