Even though the close at 8 they let me schedule an appointment at 7:30 because it was convenient for me. I was out of there by 8. Ryan was nice and did a great job. The pricing is very affordable as well. Update: I went here again quickly after work and I had Sam. He did a great job with what he had to work with. My nails are so weak and they were so short but he made them look great. And he was very gentle as well, especially since one nail is so painful. Bad experience. I had acrylic nails put on, and they were so thick, crooked, and looked like they were going up in the air I had to ask to have them fixed. The cost was $65 plus tip. No hand lotion, oils, hand massage. It was just nails and polish. This picture is the "fixed" outcome. Owner did not apologize, or even come over and take a look or anything. Ambiance cool then came pedicure. Well water started cold then as It went on got worse i think my person was in training had no idea what she was doing. She kept asking what it looked like boss lady for advice. I should of paid training prices for mediocre ass pedicure. If you go beware confirm experience. Then the clerk tried to bs me although had already confirmed she just started there. Never ever again. There was a girl doing a mani and she was upset also with her service. This is literally the VERY best nail salon I have ever found. I've lived all over the country and have spent upwards of $200 on a manicure, to go to an Aveda salon for about triple the price and Passion nails does a much better job!! Ryans work is absolutely amazing and so is Jimica's for pedicures. I highly recommended this salon and can't wait until they reopen soon!!! I go at least twice a month. read more

They do a nice job but watch your wallet. The prices online are deceiving. They charge for a fill in and they charge to shape your nails that are already shaped. They do not tell you about the additional charge until after your nails are done. My nails look nice but there are other salons out there that are upfront about their pricing and you will not leaving you feeling like you were mislead. read more

Won't be coming back. I get SNS (dip nails) done often because I love how they last me two weeks and are more durable than gel nails. It hasn't even been a week and the tips of multiple nails have already begun to crack and have broken off. Frustrating to have to go get my nails done again so soon. I also felt like they were just done very messily, the top coat was clumpy and uneven. Overall, wouldn't recommend and although the manicurist was friendly, the nails sucked :/ read more

Just rude! I walked in... I wasn't acknowledged although the older gentlemen looked right at me. I even said "hi"... he just looked at me and went back to doing the lady's nails. I thought maybe I was looking too much into this but this was not the case or a language barrier. Totally ignored not spoken to for ten minutes while sitting in front of two nail techs... no hi, what do you need today , we are busy...after about ten minutes I thought why am I waiting to give my money to a nail shop who clearly doesn't want my business. So I got up -- went to the counter... scratched my name off the list ( still no one spoke to me) and left. If I could do zero stars I would. This was my first time at Passion Nails, immediately I was turned off because I was not greeted upon my walking into to the salon. No one looked up to even say hello. I checked in, and requested Stacy. A few minutes later, one of the technicians walked up and told me there was ONE PERSON ahead of me. I waited with my friend, and it was fine. A while later, I asked what was the status of Stacy and the ONE person ahead of me. I was appalled to see that she had taken a walk-in after this one person ahead of me. I wasn't waiting anymore so I was taken care of by Ryan. Throughout the entire time of my fill-in, I had doubts that he could do the design. But, he assured me that he was able to. When he was done, I was DISGUSTED with the way my nails turned out, as you can see, they're extremely lumpy and uneven and they have a lot of bumps. In addition to that, he charged me $10 extra dollars for my fill-in and when I asked why, he said that it was because I have wider nail beds and because I asked him to trim them down to cancel out the growth. Went for SNS manicure because this location is super close to my office, quickly changed my mind. The person removing the old shellac from my nails was extremely rough, cut finger with the dremel then expected me to put my finger back in the acetone. I have had shellac or SNS many times, never had my hands hurt so bad in the removal process. The salon is extremely clean and pretty, too bad I couldn't take the torture! read more

this is a photo of my nails 6 days after i got a full set, shellac polish. i used to come here all the time when they first opened and they were pretty good, which is why i gave it a 2 star rating instead of 1. the man seemed in a rush and very rough on my hands. they told me and my friend we couldn't get our nails the length we wanted them. then, made my nails about 3 different lengths and shapes. i'm not pleased at all with my experience here. i do not recommend coming here. read more

I rarely get my nails done and have usually been disappointed when I have. I had a wedding coming up and went to Passion for a mani/pedi. The salon was very welcoming and very clean. I explained to one of the techs that my finger nails just don't last. The last time I had my nails done at few days before the event, they were eroding and I had to re-do them myself. The nice lady suggested I get lacquer on my fingers and said it would last two weeks. I was skeptical but the cost wasn't much more, so I went with it. Also, I had a thumb nail which had to be repaired. A very nice young Vietnamese man did an absolutely fantastic job. I believe his name was Tom. He was so very conscientious and took the time to make them perfect. It's been over two weeks and the lacquer is still perfect. I would absolutely recommend them! This place was fantastic. They were very polite, and took photos of our group for us without us even having to ask. Nails look great, it was a very relaxing and an all around pleasant experience. Since we were a wedding party they even let us put a few decorations on a table in our room to help set the mood, and even moved a vase of flowers they had to the table to help out.
