My feet soaked for less than two minutes before the technician got started. The last regular pedicure I had (at another local salon four weeks ago) left my feet feeling baby soft and pampered. While I may have had to use a personal hotspot to connect to wifi there, I didn't need to worry that the tech was taking advantage of my distraction. I've been rushing around today, preparing for vacation, but now that I've taken a moment to truly look at my feet: I spent nearly $50 for a polish change and a chair massage. I won't return to Top Nails.

This was, hands down, the worst manicure experience I've ever had…read more It was my birthday, and I left crying, with two bleeding cuts and blood visible on FIVE total fingers. It honestly left me questioning if I'll ever get a manicure again. From the very beginning, the manicurist was moving quickly like he was rushed, even though there were more employees than customers. He was so aggressive with the cuticle clippers and file that he cut my finger right away. It was bleeding pretty well, but I didn't say a word. Accidents happen. When he clipped me a third time, though, I yanked my hand back. He asked if it hurt, and I said yes. He STILL did not slow down or change his technique. Moments after that, I felt a sting AGAIN, and I started crying. A manager came running over and tried to help clean up the blood. To his credit, the manager apologized repeatedly and didn't charge me. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've left 90's Nail & Spa bleeding. My fingers still sting a day later, and it's upsetting that the manicurist did not adjust at all, even after I told him it was painful.

Customer service sucks, Chloe doesn't know how to handle resolution, and the customer is not their priority. DO NOT GO. Also, previous reviews state they all are not licensed, and I'm inclined to believe that. There was also no apology, or more training for him WORSE EXPERIENCE IN NAIL SALON. Don't trust the good reviews, when the ownership changed Chloe wouldn't let you leave until you left a review. She and Tom are scammers!!! There are so many other salons in the West Chester area, go to them!!!

I walked in wanting my outgrown gel nail polish removed (from a different salon) and replaced with regular nail polish. I don't know if that made them give me the least experienced man in the salon or what, but I've never had such a poor job done on a manicure. He was very friendly and very nice - but his hygiene was not great including having dirt underneath all of his nails. I know nail technicians don't have great nails because of the work they do, but it made me feel very uncomfortable that he was not very clean. He made one of my cuticles bleed, and it was a sloppy job complete with nail polish all over my fingers when I left. He also completely cut my fingernails down to the point where he barely had to file them. I've NEVER had anyone completely cut my fingernails off. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because he was a genuinely nice person, and I don't think he meant any harm. But unfortunately, I can no longer come here, especially since I was told at least 3 times while I was there why it would be so much better for me to get gel nail polish instead of regular. I should be able to get whatever I want at a salon and still have the same level of service. I couldn't wait to get out of there, and I wish now I had asked for a refund.
