I do not wear a lot of makeup, mostly because as I've gotten older I have just gotten lazy. However, we Asian girls NEED our eyeliner, and I don't care what anyone says, ain't a woman alive who doesn't look better with a smidge of makeup on. So women who brag that they don't wear makeup - 'BYE FELICIA. Time and time again, MAC products demonstrate why they are superior to just about any of their competitors. I've been using their products since I was a college student - I chose to spend my spare pennies on Plushglass, not beer;) and I just love them. Specifically, MAC makes quality lip products and eye shadows. They smell wonderful, don't damage my skin, they aren't unreasonably priced, their staying power is unbeatable, the packing is tasteful but distinct, and their blendable, subtly multi-tonal colors are gorgeous. Although they aren't cheap products, I don't feel ripped off and the products last me A LOOOOOONG TIME. I think it's because I don't have to use a lot to build intensity, plus I I never have to touch-up because their stuff stays put without breaking out my skin. I betray my frugal, discount-loving side with my fondness for MAC. There are no discount cards or rewards points program. The loyalty program is kind of nonexistent (return 6 empty containers = 1 free lipstick) but I don't cry about it. What I do get 90% of the time is an actual skilled MUA who knows what s/he is talking about. I have always liked the company's nonchalantly rebellious stances on raising AIDS awareness funding and LGBT rights. And the makeup just plain kicks arse. Uh, yeah, so if you shop at one of the two MAC counters at Kenwood, they're both pretty good, and they both seem to run out of the same products at the same time. Nordstrom is definitely a bit sexier (Macy's, get a facelift alreadyyyyyy, you still look so Miracle on 34th Street-old school). But at Macy's I was helped by this fabulous girl named Ginie, she was a living, breathing doll and the EPITOME of customer service. She was sweet, helpful, patient, made excellent suggestions (I bought all three of her suggestions). And when the counter didn't have an item I wanted she first called Nordstrom's MAC counter to see if they had it in stock (they didn't, *sigh*), then she had it shipped to my house free of charge. So yes, Kenwood. Macy's. MAC. Entire paycheck. Ginie. Huggable in Rich Marron. You're welcome.

She told me no they absolutely do not allow anyone to sit except if they booked a service. It has a beautiful chromatic copper shade and with Morphe shadows, you can intensify the color by dampening your brush. They blend well and last all day. I also love their Lifeproof setting spray. They were able to get me in a couple of weeks. I didn't have to wait long. There is a $25.00 fee for new patients (non refundable) which I understand incase of no shows. They sent me a questionnaire and health info information to fill out online so I didn't have to do it at the office. Very easy and quick. This place is pretty big, not only do they do dermatology, it's also a place they do Botox and other cosmetic procedures. It's so clean and the staff is attentive/ super friendly. My dermatologist was Emi Dougherty, CNP - Certified Nurse Practitioner. She was very patient and answered all my questions. They prescribed me Opzelura cream for my eczema. It's worker so far and I scheduled another appointment for follow up and skin test. Overall I am satisfied with my visit and recommend coming here.

She never pressures you into any treatment and listens to your concerns. I had several cosmetic issues I wanted corrected and a number of dentists throughout the years rolled their eyes at me like I was being so superficial. After getting my braces off over 10 years ago, I had number of yellow stains on my teeth that were very bothersome to me. Two previous dentists told me there was nothing I could do and I should have flossed better as a young teenager. The damage was done and I was stuck with these stains. Dr. Hayden was the first dentist who was willing to help, and not only that but she explained how simple it was to correct the problem (honestly, it took her 30 minutes). I've also had a problem with Novocaine wearing off on my upper row of teeth. Other dentists acted like I was faking the pain I was feeling. Dr. Hayden explained that it's not uncommon for some patients to metabolize the Novocaine faster than others. Whenever I'm in a procedure with her, she always checks on my comfort level and administers more Novocaine before the pain sets in. I liked her so much that I brought my four year old in to see her and he actually likes the dentist! Can you believe it? Also, when you refer a new patient, you get a set of professional grade teeth bleach for free! They are awesome! All of her bleaching procedures are done at cost and are shockingly inexpensive. Thanks to Dr. Hayden, I'm no longer afraid of the dentist and I'll be a patient with her until she retires!
