Now let me explain, I'm a 76 year old, white haired, Army veteran. I explained that I did not have my wallet but I did have photo of my driver's license on my iPhone. The clerk was emphatic that without my actual driver's license she would not sell me the wine, "corporate policy". I offered to show her both a photo of my driver's license AND my US passport. She refused both and again stated it's "corporate policy". Had not a lady behind me offered to use her driver's license I would not have been sold the wine. Where has common sense gone, if anyone saw me, they would say that "old dude", he's definitely over 21. I'll leave it like this, Walgreens just lost a future customer. I will not purchase anything in there stores in the future. To Walgreens, you can shove your stores and your "corporate policy" up where the sun doesn't shine !

On Saturday I was sent an email saying that one was out of stock...would be a few days. Last time it was 9 days. I went to pick up the other two..and the pharmacist said. We don't have any others. I told her the automated line was used..she said..don't use that. Its now Monday and I still don't have my meds. Ive tried the automatic refills..that doesn't work either. Easy to navigate, great recommendation for places to go from the cashier, typical pricing. The issue is, when we got there, Walgreens was not open. We got her 10 minutes before opening. It was freezing as it was 40 and we were feeling it even with our coats. Thankfully, a store employee let us in a few minutes early. He totally could have let us freeze out there. I really appreciate he let us in. Typical Walgreens in regards to what they have inside. We combed through the aisles and found the items we needed. After paying we quickly went on our way but got a Lyft back to the hotel. Again the guy let us stay in the store until Lyft picked us up.

Schaeper's is the best! Recently my cat was diagnosed with cardiac disease. I am still getting used…read moreto giving her the heart medicine every day. I woke up on Saturday morning and didn't realize til late that I had run out. I never wanna be the person that is calling a business right before they are about to close asking them to do something for me. But I know the heart medicine is serious business! Long story short, they were sweet and helpful and accommodating to my last minute request. Won't happen again on my end, but I really appreciated it.
