When it comes to service, the staff of the pharmacy at this store are pretty good. I've had questions, and often, they have answers. I'm usually in and out of there in about 5 minutes. There is a drive through, but I've only had occasion to use it one or two times. Even that is fast, and I'm on my way in 5 minutes. The plus on Walgreens is that they can alert you by text AND email when your prescription is in. I really like this because I know that it's in and I can go get it at the first opportunity. My experience with the pharmacy staff is enough to take this review to a 5/5. Keep it up, Walgreens.

I was told it was expected today and I said fine but still wanted delivery today on the available one. I called & was told i was the 4th caller & waited 21/2 hrs as 4 became 1 and then another 1/2 hr or more with no reported calls in front of me & was then told the other one hadn't come in did I want the other one delivered? I paid for same day delivery. And now they ask if I want it delivered? This isn't the first time this has happened & I'm pretty over the incompetence it their staff! No apology, concern, nothing just do you still want it delivered? I asked if it could still be delivered today & she said yes. There were a couple other issues but it is supposed to be delivered today. We will see. They used to have free 2-3 day delivery. Now there's a $3.99 delivery fee for it and a $5.99 same day fee for terrible service & totally worse customer service. This isn't going to happen again. I've had it! I have them 1 star because they didn't have a lower rating. just so youre aware!

The Pharmacist will not ask you and then once you've transferred your prescription they will want you to pay out of pocket. To make it extra helpful they then act unprofessionally when you comment that this should be a part of the dialog BEFORE transfer of prescriptions AND hang up on you. Almost my first, definitely my last time at this business.

Now let me explain, I'm a 76 year old, white haired, Army veteran. I explained that I did not have my wallet but I did have photo of my driver's license on my iPhone. The clerk was emphatic that without my actual driver's license she would not sell me the wine, "corporate policy". I offered to show her both a photo of my driver's license AND my US passport. She refused both and again stated it's "corporate policy". Had not a lady behind me offered to use her driver's license I would not have been sold the wine. Where has common sense gone, if anyone saw me, they would say that "old dude", he's definitely over 21. I'll leave it like this, Walgreens just lost a future customer. I will not purchase anything in there stores in the future. To Walgreens, you can shove your stores and your "corporate policy" up where the sun doesn't shine !

This Kroger locale has a bit more of a suburban feel than the one in Bellevue. However, its aisles…read moreseem small and it's pretty crowded. The entrance way, especially, is congested. Decent sized, not huge, parking lot. The place is clean and neat, though. And the selection of produce, meat, and frozen foods is large. There's also a large salad bar and deli section. Can't think of anything I can't find here. With Kroger being a Cincinnati-based company, I'm sure they have lots of loyal, local shoppers.

This is a good Kroger's for the most part. Most of the employees are really friendly, but their…read moremanagement doesn't typically seem terribly friendly to be honest - it seems to mostly be this store, but they seem a bit on the arrogant side. It's a clean store and pretty well organized; although they seem to switch out items too often. One week an item you like was there - next week, it's not. It is a smaller store and maybe that has a lot to do with item availability, but I prefer that overall. The larger Kroger's are an absolute nightmare to get in and out of, in spite of their larger variety. And honestly; I can live with a more limited selection - it's them changing what they have that is annoying as heck. Overall Kroger's can be annoying with their supposed 'sales' - like Yogurt that was 89 cents is now "on sale" - 10 for 10. It's an 11 cent increase, but they'll slap 'sale' and '10 for 10' on it, and people think it's a deal... some of us notice though Kroger's.. lol Mostly - it's convenient to my location.

We stopped in to this CVS in Cincinnati to grab a box fan to use in my hotel room so I can actually…read moresleep at night and this CVS was clean and well stocked. We had to ask the cashier to help us grab the box fans because they were on the stop of the shelves and he went out of his way to do so. Good job CVS!
