When it comes to service, the staff of the pharmacy at this store are pretty good. I've had questions, and often, they have answers. I'm usually in and out of there in about 5 minutes. There is a drive through, but I've only had occasion to use it one or two times. Even that is fast, and I'm on my way in 5 minutes. The plus on Walgreens is that they can alert you by text AND email when your prescription is in. I really like this because I know that it's in and I can go get it at the first opportunity. My experience with the pharmacy staff is enough to take this review to a 5/5. Keep it up, Walgreens.

I was told it was expected today and I said fine but still wanted delivery today on the available one. I called & was told i was the 4th caller & waited 21/2 hrs as 4 became 1 and then another 1/2 hr or more with no reported calls in front of me & was then told the other one hadn't come in did I want the other one delivered? I paid for same day delivery. And now they ask if I want it delivered? This isn't the first time this has happened & I'm pretty over the incompetence it their staff! No apology, concern, nothing just do you still want it delivered? I asked if it could still be delivered today & she said yes. There were a couple other issues but it is supposed to be delivered today. We will see. They used to have free 2-3 day delivery. Now there's a $3.99 delivery fee for it and a $5.99 same day fee for terrible service & totally worse customer service. This isn't going to happen again. I've had it! I have them 1 star because they didn't have a lower rating. just so youre aware!

This particular Walgreens has gotten worse on its customer service to the point where they…read moredeliberately refuse to run a person's prescriptions through the person's insurance and they are nasty about it, when they are asked about it. On top of the unprofessionalism of the pharmacy, they take excessively long to fill prescriptions, when it should take them about 30 minutes to fill a script up. I have also noticed that the staff is standing around in the pharmacy, when they have 3-6 customers either at the drive thru window or inside to be waited on by the staff. Both my husband and I have decided to take our prescriptions elsewhere, because of the constant, unnecessary delays and the unprofessionalism of the staff here. Be aware of the lack of wanting to actually do their jobs at this pharmacy and stay away from them here, if you can and go to a different pharmacy in the area!!

Then when I got the message that my meds are done we driver back through and when getting my meds they once again came back and rudely said is that all. I get it's busy but all the staff was very rude when I was trying to get my meds. I don't understand why they had to be so rude while doing their jobs.

There are two awesome features of getting a Covid test here: (1) You never have to get out of your car. The entire test procedure takes place in their drive-up window. And (2) This location offers rapid Covid testing, so you will get your results within 2-6 hours of the test. I got my results (negative, phew!) in under two hours. The test itself wasn't bad. It's self-administered while being supervised by the pharmacist. I definitely tried to get that q-tip "UP THERE" as I wanted to be sure that if something was there they'd find it (I'm sure they were super impressed with my q-tip efforts, my eyes were watering). The staff were super friendly and helpful. Big virtual hugs to the frontline staff who are keeping us safe and healthy.

It would be great if you could call the pharmacy and reach a pharmacist or at the very least…read moresomeone working at the pharmacy but what you get is a call center that can't help with anything. If they have any issues with your prescription they just cancel it instead of calling to let you know. They also ship "maintenance meds" from a central warehouse which takes 4 business days which means if you don't call in your medications a week early it will likely be late. Most insurance companies won't even allow you to refill a 30 day medication a week early. Pretty much everything about the way this company does business is downright awful. Find any other pharmacy or use Walgreens in an absolute emergency if you must.

Anyway, I was overwhelmed because there's a lot of choices, but one of the sales associates was very helpful explaining the differences of the products. Regardless, I ended up buying a product I'm familiar with- Argan oil by Hask. The checking out was very fast and efficient, the cashier was even kind enough to keep my bag while I asked to use their restroom. I am very disappointed with the outside of the store- it's full of trash and cigarette butts, I even noticed 2 people that appeared to be homeless outside the store (they have bags and other stuff next to them, they seemed to be getting comfortable sitting under the awning). This is one of the newer Walgreens in the area, from the outside it starts to show how it's accommodating itself to the city, but the inside seemed to be well organized, clean and well stocked. This also helps that Kroger partnered with Walgreens calling the program Kroger Express.
