Since the start of the pandemic I have needed to be cautious, so I try to stick to grocery pickup as much as I can. The Krogers closest to my house have been an absolute disaster at this, so much so that I have stopped giving them my business. I try to purchase from other stores or if I know I am going to be in another part of town, I place an order at a Kroger there instead. I dont know why I hadn't tried this location sooner, as its not that far away, and I go to Target next door often. I placed the order online and everything went smoothly. My only out of stock item was a newer one that is a great immunity juice. I arrived to find very little signage on the front side of the building as to where to go for Clicklist. I finally saw that you need to go around the left side of the building to all the way behind it for pickup. I checked in upon arrival and a sweet lady named Mary came right out. She actually asked if I wanted the groceries in the bins in my trunk, which I did (shockingly this never happens). She loaded everything with care. She then mentioned the out of stock item and how interesting it sounded. I told her about it and she said her brother was the manager of that department so she would ask him about it. The very next day she called me to let me know they had gotten 4 bottles in, as it was a new item for them, and that they still had pickup openings for that day. I could not have been more impressed with her high level of service. I think this will be my new pickup go to! Great job!
