Late at night it's not the safest place to pump gas and there are some scary characters walking by and hitting you up for money and making kinds of vague threats so just be careful if you're here at night. I knew that there would be a mark-up on any items purchased, given the convenience, but even with that I was a little sticker-shocked to see that a single roll of off-brand paper towels cost $3. I took it to the register and was told that they could not run my card for less than $5. Yikes....so I left spending $6 on two rolls of paper towels (where anywhere you could get 6 rolls for the same price). I understand that we pay more for convenience and that cornerstores like this have to have a higher profit margin....but this seems a bit excessive....partnered with the fact that they won't run a card for less than $5... I think next time it will be in my better interest just to hop in my car and take my business elsewhere. If you need something in a pinch, though, this place seemed to have most of the basics (Household, beer, drinks, etc.).

We combed through the aisles and found the items we needed. After paying we quickly went on our way but got a Lyft back to the hotel. Again the guy let us stay in the store until Lyft picked us up.

My rating is based on my experience and interactions with the workers in this store…read more I came here looking for hair oil to help with my summer hair- dry and frizzy hair (some women might relate). Anyway, I was overwhelmed because there's a lot of choices, but one of the sales associates was very helpful explaining the differences of the products. Regardless, I ended up buying a product I'm familiar with- Argan oil by Hask. The checking out was very fast and efficient, the cashier was even kind enough to keep my bag while I asked to use their restroom. I am very disappointed with the outside of the store- it's full of trash and cigarette butts, I even noticed 2 people that appeared to be homeless outside the store (they have bags and other stuff next to them, they seemed to be getting comfortable sitting under the awning). This is one of the newer Walgreens in the area, from the outside it starts to show how it's accommodating itself to the city, but the inside seemed to be well organized, clean and well stocked. This also helps that Kroger partnered with Walgreens calling the program Kroger Express.
