The biggest issue is that the price of goods listed on the shelf or on the product seems to frequently not march the actual price that rings up. I say this without exaggeration or hyperbole: I would estimate that around 30%-40% of the items I buy ring up for a higher price at checkout. It's normally just a few cents here and there (i.e. $1.09 for something marked as $1.00), but it is something I find pretty annoying. If I weren't traveling for work and had to pay with my own money, I would probably be even more frustrated and would say something about it. But my company is buying, so arguing over $0.50 here and there just isn't worth my time.

Most recently, CVS made a HUGE mistake with my sons medicines. There was an order for a medicine increase, but when i called several times, i was told the doctor never sent an order over. I watched my sons doctor personally send an order over via email as well as talk to someone. the doctor assured me that my 45 minute drive home would give CVS enough time to get the order filled. However that was not the case. When i got there, i was informed that there was no order and that i would have to call the doctor. I did, right in the drive through, only for them to close their window on me, and it was not even closing time. I got mad and i left. I called the insurance company the next morning, to see if they could help with this mater. took an hour but I was informed by the insurance company, there had been an order for the medicine as well as an increase from the month prior, that had been sittin in the voice mail, unchecked, as well as their email, also unchecked. this is a big mistake as for the lack of medicine that my son need to have, my son went through a manic spell. Now CVS is still filling automatic refills, after i was informed they would stop. They have medicine my son needs, to prevent him from going manic, and refuse to give me what there is, because i have switched and told me the docotr just called it in the night before. I know this to be untrue, due to i just updated records with the doctor 3 days in a row just to make sure this would not happen. CVS is by for the worst, most incompentent pharmacy and the entire staff as well. Blaming a customer for their lack of accountability, and their lack of concern. I am glad i switched pharmacies and will NEVER return, not even for a quick stop. Worst customer service from the Pharmacy, and the store.

I've moved back to the area and needed to stop in here today. It wasn't busy at all and I found what I needed quickly and was on my way. The inside of this store hasn't been remodeled in years and it shows. The parking lot is filthy. There's a lot of garbage and giant pot holes. And nearly every cart corral that I saw was busted. It's obvious that corporate has forgotten about this Walmart. It's a shame because the people in that area need that store and deserve it to be remodeled and the parking lot safe. And the workers deserve a better store too.
