There is a small pay for parking lot next door. Their pay for order credit card machine asks for a tip. I do not put tips on my expenses. The staff sees no credit tip, gets upset, then makes the order. I always do a cash tip - I guess I'm stupid. Requiring me to pay an additional tip for substandard performance is an insult. I do, but $3.50 for a bagel and $8.00 for a cup of coffee with steamed milk should be enough. Of course I gave another$1.00 tip. The staff appears to not be very knowledgeable of the area. - I asked how to get to the bridge to Covington, which is a few blocks from the shop, and apparently has a secret entrance that you need to say the secret word , and since I don't know the name of the bridge (the secret word) - she couldn't help.

This time around I chose the honey pistachio latte to go, so nothing to get in photos. There is seating if you'd like to stay and chat or read a book.
