Getting a spot in a class is very hard since they are limited to 6-8 people, but if you get the chance I absolutely recommend it. The classes are 2 hours long each and are extremely intimate. Bryan and Justin will meet you at the door and will introduce you to their workshop. There is a spread of antipasto to snack on which was curated very well. Each person gets to make 4 (four!!) dozen raviolis each. The class is extremely informative and fun. I personally haven't ordered any of their ravioli drops before, but from eating the batch I personally made, I know I will in the future. Here are my opinions about the individual foods: Pastas: The bigoli noodles were very thick, and the mafalde noodles were very long ribbons. These two pastas were very fresh, consisted of several serving sizes, and were a much higher quality than what you can purchase from a grocery store. Sauces: The four sauces--marinara, boscaiola (mushroom), bolognese (ground meat), and arrabiata (moderately spicy)--tasted delicious. Desserts: I ordered the cinnamon rolls twice. The first time, they had no icing on top, but they did have icing the second time. They were little (a couple bites in size) and contained the right amount of cinnamon.
