First time of many that I hope to brunch at the Bloom Room. Seated in a high top near the bar and the garage style doors providing a great view of the local area. The dining area, while dark, was equally beautiful with a decor covered with flowers! A menu with a variety of dishes, the Benny I ordered was delicious! Pillowy bread filled with delectable fresh spinach and mushrooms, topped with a perfectly poached egg, served with a side of country potatoes and delivered with a smile by our promptly attentive server. Only change I'd suggest is serving the Benny and potatoes on the same plate simply to sop up the tasty, runny yolk with the potatoes *and* the bread. A $20 meal for breakfast + coffee -- ideal! My partner took me to Bloom Room Social on April 25, 2026 at 6:13 PM to celebrate our 2-year anniversary, and I'll start by saying--this place is absolutely stunning. The moment we walked in, we were both instantly impressed, literally "ooh-ing" at the space. The interior is romantic, upscale, and very aesthetically driven--think modern luxury with soft, glowing lights, lush greenery, floral accents, heart details, and a dreamy, almost whimsical ambiance. It felt intimate, polished, and perfect for special occasions or date nights. We had a reservation and were seated pretty quickly, which made the start of the evening smooth. Our server, Anayelli C., was wonderful--friendly, attentive, patient, and genuinely warm. She checked in on us consistently without being overbearing and made us feel taken care of throughout the night. Service and atmosphere are easily a 5/5. Once we looked at the menu, we realized it leans heavily into a tapas-style concept with a wide range of global inspirations--Spanish, Latin, Mediterranean, Indian, Greek, Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese influences all in one place. It sounded exciting at first, but it did make us a little curious about how well each dish would be executed. To start, we ordered: - Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice $16 - Quesa Birria Ravioli $16 - Carne Asada w/ Chimichurri Roja $14 - Drinks were simple--water for me and a Sprite $4 for my partner. The Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice came out first, and I had high expectations since I've had this dish at other restaurants and loved it. Unfortunately, this was a major disappointment--1/5. The crispy rice tasted stale, overly hard, and dry, lacking that fresh, lightly crisp-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside texture you'd expect. It felt like it had been sitting out too long. It's not often I find a place I really like so much that I can justify the drive (1 hour) and committing to going back just so that I can try more items on the menu. The inside is beautifully decorated for a comfortable ambiance. Everything was extremely clean from start to finish. Friday evening after 7pm there is love music. Here's what you need to know...this is a tapas style restaurant. Small plates with a variety of cultural influences...so expect to order multiple items...which are meant to share. Everything is homemade and you need to ask about their specials. My favorite was their birria ravioli, but try their Greek sliders and the arepa for sure. The tacos are legit even though they are Asian influenced. The Mexican style sweet corn which is smoked like you would an old fashioned is great also. For dessert, my favorite was their ginger infused creme brûlée. Decent happy hour options which end at 6:30pm if you like to dine earlier. Service...amazing. Super attentive. David was helping us all night to make decisions on what our group of 4 might like. We spent probably 2 hours trying all sorts of different things. The space is beautiful. They have good food and cocktails options for brunch. The downside has been the service. The staff always seem busy and not able to check on their tables. I asked for sweetener along with salt & pepper about 4 times to go with my coffee and food, before finally giving up and getting up and requesting it myself from the kitchen. They also add an automatic 20% gratuity for large parties. Our drinks also took a really long time to be made and some had to be sent back to be made again. But unfortunately she seemed overworked and very busy, she was unable to check on us. We waited for the check for about 30 minutes, and ask the front desk to assist, it took some time, but they were eventually able to help us. The food was interesting and not exactly as we expected. Bloom room is beautiful decorated to feel like you're dining in an enchanted greenhouse. The space is large and can accommodate a lot of guests. The food was average. It took me a while to write this review because, honestly, I've spent more hours here this week than I'd like to admit! The Wi-Fi is excellent, which makes it an easy place to hang out or get some work done. Now, let's talk about the food. The eggs are made from scratch -- not powdered or poured from a carton like at many brunch spots -- and you can definitely taste the difference. They were fluffy and delicious. The potatoes were perfectly cooked: crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, just the way they should be. I'll definitely be back. The restaurant is super cute and the food is great but the service was not so great. They are not very allergy friendly at all. I asked my server for a gluten free menu and was told they don't have one so I asked what on the menu is gluten free and she said she doesn't know. She did not ask the kitchen what is actually gluten free as I do have a gluten allergy. She told me the potatoes are not gluten free but you can see in the photo, they were still served to me. I made it very clear that my food needs to be gluten free but she brushed it off like no big deal. This place has a lot of room for improvement. It may just be that they are understaffed, both wait staff and kitchen staff. When I arrived at 11:30 AM on a rainy Saturday, I was told there was a 35 minutes wait. However, looking around, there were 8 tables open, but they just weren't seating other people who were already waiting. They also don't have enough host/hostess staff, because there is no one permanently at the hostess stand to greet you. It appeared a hostess and a manager we're going around trying to figure out which tables were available. (The restaurant is connected to Suwanee Social at the front of the building with a separate hostess stand there, but no one was at that host/hostess stand.) When you come in the door, there's a sign that states "2 hour table limit", which seems unfair based on how slow the wait staff are to take your order and how slow the kitchen staff are to send your order out. Since it was a birthday brunch, we tried to order the $60 mimosa flight, because we saw another table order one, and it looked fun, but the restaurant didn't have enough mimosa glasses! Such a weird choice to decide to be a brunch restaurant that serves liquor and to not have enough glassware to serve it in. We had eaten our entire meals before the waitress came back to tell us that they couldn't find enough glasses. Two of us ordered a regular mimosa, and were told that it would be brought out in an old fashioned glass. I tried a strawberry mimosa, and it was tasty. I felt that the food tasted good, but was also disappointed that the waffle was a mini-waffle, and not a full-sized waffle. Do note that the Potato Hash is seasoned with what tasted like steak seasoning, so that might not be to your liking for a breakfast side. The aesthetic of the restaurant is gorgeous and the food was pretty decent. The reason for the lower rating is purely based on the poor service and their false advertising. The wait was long which is not really something they can control so that wasn't a big issue. The biggest issue that was off putting was the lack of communication and the slow service. It took about 30-40 minutes to receive drinks after ordering them. The lack of communication came when I ordered bottomless mimosas, I specifically asked for the bottomless mimosas and pointed to the advertisement on their website. We were a party of 3, so I made sure to ask if we were all required to order bottomless mimosas, as the other two members of my party simple wanted to order them individually and I know that some restaurants require everyone present to order bottomless. I was told no it wouldn't be an issue. I asked which flavors were included in the bottomless or if they were randomly given. We were told it'd be a random assortment unless otherwise requested. The bottomless was 30$ so you can imagine my surprise when I saw that I was charged 120 especially after I specifically used the word bottomless several times. They charged me for 2 flights instead of bottomless, despite the fact that I asked for bottomless several times. I even stated it wasn't necessary to bring a full tree, I stated that I preferred one but I understand if they couldn't deliver them individually. The waiter brought out the tree again. The wait staff did not clarify that the bottomless was not the tower, despite the fact that it was advertised that way on the website (see photo for reference). When I asked her about the discrepancy, she claimed that I did not ask for the bottomless, which was not true; I was very clear. I asked her to fix the charge, and she said she would consult the manager, which was fine. The manager came over and stated he was only willing to take off a certain percentage which ended up being 30$. He seemed nonchalant about the issue, which made me curious if this was a semi-recurring issue. It honestly seemed as if the staff didn't really care. I didn't press the issue; I simply let it be. I really shouldn't have left a tip because this issue was 100% avoidable but I did nonetheless. The likelyhood of me returning is slim to none. read more

Very pretty and upscale restaurant with a greenhouse garden-room vibe. The roof and garage doors open during warmer days, which adds to the beautiful atmosphere. I came back with a group of friends on a Sunday. We had a reservation so our table was ready right away. However, I did not know they have live music on Sunday and we were sitting right next to the guy. It was extremely loud and very hard to hear. I asked the server if they do music on Saturday and Sunday and she said only Sunday so I will definitely not come back on a Sunday. The guy kept walking right by our table, despite us trying to shoo him away. None of us could hear one another, and everyone was wanting to move tables, but there was nothing available for six of us. We came here for in the afternoon brunch. My boyfriend had found it online and thought it looked like a fun place to check out. There were lots of groups there and it definitely does have a good vibe. The music playlist was pretty good and the decor was adorable. It was definitely in line with Valentine's Day. When i read the reviews, I noticed a lot of complaints about the service. Unfortunately, I think we had sort of the same experience. The weight for the food was exceptionally long. Also, I had asked for more chipotle sauce, and that actually never came from our server. The general manager had stopped by the table, so I ended up asking him because my boyfriend was long done with his meal. He got the sliders and said they were just OK. That's pretty much high about my meal. The quinoa was extremely bland and that's the reason why I wanted more sauce for it. I added a side of chicken and that was pretty good, but I certainly would not rave about the meal. I also got them in a latte, which was OK but again not great. I guess nothing really stood out for us and with the long wait times to eat, unfortunately, even with the nice atmosphere, I definitely would not rush back here anytime soon. The menu really wasn't bad and maybe it's what I ordered, but we both left somewhat disappointed. If you're coming for the scene, it might be worth checking out, but if you want a really good meal, I'd go elsewhere. read more

There were many great options on the menu but I ended up settling for The Brunch Bounty and my husband got the Beet the Salmon. Both were amazing! Instead of offering any alternatives, we were asked to close out our drink tab if we wanted to stay and open a new check later. Essentially, we could drink -- but not eat anything with it. Tucked along the back side of the buildings at the town center you walk up to a gorgeous garden room with floor to ceiling windows bringing in so much natural light. I made a reservation for a small celebration and specifically booked the main Bloom Room. When we arrived, there were two large tables in that room marked "reserved," but we were told the remaining tables were taken by walk-ins or other reservations. Our options were to wait for a table to open or sit at a high-top in another area. The staff also didn't seem apologetic about the situation. That was really disappointing. The whole point of making a reservation--especially for a celebration--is to have the space you reserved available. Instead, we were seated in a corner at a high-top table, which completely changed the atmosphere and made it hard to actually enjoy the celebration we had planned. Our waitress was kind and the food was good, but what was supposed to be a celebratory breakfast ended up feeling rushed and cramped. The food was good, but the service was quite slow. The kitchen messed up one of our orders, so it had to be remade. It took awhile to flag down the server as she was super busy and the people that brought my order said they couldn't help and to wait for the sever. They also forgot my syrup for my chicken and waffles. So it took about 20min from the time the food first came out for me to get my syrup and for the new order to come out. Don't know why it takes that long to get some syrup but okay.... By the time it arrived, my food was cold and I'd lost my appetite. We kept it simple coffee with cream and Diet Coke... coffee cup was warm, coffee was not. My husband added cream and it tasted rancid! The cream was spoiled!!! The Diet Coke was not good either-very watery and not Diet Coke... and why did my drink have a lemon seed???? The food was the bright spot! Loved the names and the food was cooked as ordered. Finally another cup of coffee arrived with unspoiled cream and after drinking about half of it, my husband noticed lipstick on the rim opposite where he was drinking... to which the staff said "oh" and I simply returned the Diet Coke and had a glass of water. Mushroom Morning Benny, the Hen and the egg, we ordered waffles, and morning glory for the kids. We informed waitress of our kids allergies and they were so accommodating to alter the waffles toppings. We also ordered adult beverage tequila smash verde, and espresso martini.
