Bloom Room Social is a total vibe for brunch, featuring a stunning, photo-ready interior that makes it one of the most aesthetic spots in town. The atmosphere is energetic and stylish, perfect for catching up with friends over colorful cocktails. While the presentation of the brunch plates is top-tier, the actual flavors and food quality are fairly standard and don't quite reach the same level as the decor. It's the kind of place you visit more for the experience and the photos than for a groundbreaking culinary journey.

The space is beautiful. They have good food and cocktails options for brunch. The downside has been the service. The staff always seem busy and not able to check on their tables. I asked for sweetener along with salt & pepper about 4 times to go with my coffee and food, before finally giving up and getting up and requesting it myself from the kitchen. They also add an automatic 20% gratuity for large parties. Our drinks also took a really long time to be made and some had to be sent back to be made again. Best food and drink options: candied bacon, melon salad, bennys, espresso martinis.

Beautiful interior decoration with real appearing (but fake) flowers, live music provides upbeat background noise. Martha our server was very good and thoughtful. But unfortunately she seemed overworked and very busy, she was unable to check on us. We waited for the check for about 30 minutes, and ask the front desk to assist, it took some time, but they were eventually able to help us. The food was interesting and not exactly as we expected. Food we liked: The nutty professor crepe and fresh pineapple juice Food that was nice but different: Salmon and crab Benedict, could not taste the crab, and the bread for the Benedict was more like a challah bread instead of traditional Benedict. The burrito and veggie bowl were okay, lacked sufficient flavor.

Bloom room is beautiful decorated to feel like you're dining in an enchanted greenhouse. The space is large and can accommodate a lot of guests. The food was average. I felt that the hipster toast (avocado toast) was a bit too mushy. Their cocktails were very unique and tasty. Be aware that they can't serve alcohol until 11 on sundays though. Our server was very attentive and the food came out quick.

It took me a while to write this review because, honestly, I've spent more hours here this week than I'd like to admit! The Wi-Fi is excellent, which makes it an easy place to hang out or get some work done. Now, let's talk about the food. The eggs are made from scratch -- not powdered or poured from a carton like at many brunch spots -- and you can definitely taste the difference. They were fluffy and delicious. The potatoes were perfectly cooked: crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, just the way they should be. I'll definitely be back. Hopefully one day they'll be on OpenTable, which would make snagging a reservation even easier.

The restaurant is super cute and the food is great but the service was not so great. They are not very allergy friendly at all. I asked my server for a gluten free menu and was told they don't have one so I asked what on the menu is gluten free and she said she doesn't know. She did not ask the kitchen what is actually gluten free as I do have a gluten allergy. She told me the potatoes are not gluten free but you can see in the photo, they were still served to me. I made it very clear that my food needs to be gluten free but she brushed it off like no big deal. I love the restaurant but I do wish they would update the menu to clearly show what's vegan, gf, etc for dietary restrictions.

Visited The Bloom Room in Suwanee and loved the ambience, it's absolutely beautiful and very well designed. The food was okay overall, but it felt a bit lacking in flavor compared to the presentation. It's a great spot for the atmosphere and photos, and with a bit more seasoning or boldness in the dishes, the food could really match the vibe of the space.

This place has a lot of room for improvement. It may just be that they are understaffed, both wait staff and kitchen staff. When I arrived at 11:30 AM on a rainy Saturday, I was told there was a 35 minutes wait. However, looking around, there were 8 tables open, but they just weren't seating other people who were already waiting. They also don't have enough host/hostess staff, because there is no one permanently at the hostess stand to greet you. It appeared a hostess and a manager we're going around trying to figure out which tables were available. (The restaurant is connected to Suwanee Social at the front of the building with a separate hostess stand there, but no one was at that host/hostess stand.) When you come in the door, there's a sign that states "2 hour table limit", which seems unfair based on how slow the wait staff are to take your order and how slow the kitchen staff are to send your order out. Since it was a birthday brunch, we tried to order the $60 mimosa flight, because we saw another table order one, and it looked fun, but the restaurant didn't have enough mimosa glasses! Such a weird choice to decide to be a brunch restaurant that serves liquor and to not have enough glassware to serve it in. We had eaten our entire meals before the waitress came back to tell us that they couldn't find enough glasses. Two of us ordered a regular mimosa, and were told that it would be brought out in an old fashioned glass. I tried a strawberry mimosa, and it was tasty. I felt that the food tasted good, but was also disappointed that the waffle was a mini-waffle, and not a full-sized waffle. Do note that the Potato Hash is seasoned with what tasted like steak seasoning, so that might not be to your liking for a breakfast side. The inside is very Instagram friendly with its flowers and greenery, but to me, service is what makes or breaks your business.

The aesthetic of the restaurant is gorgeous and the food was pretty decent. The reason for the lower rating is purely based on the poor service and their false advertising. The wait was long which is not really something they can control so that wasn't a big issue. The biggest issue that was off putting was the lack of communication and the slow service. It took about 30-40 minutes to receive drinks after ordering them. The lack of communication came when I ordered bottomless mimosas, I specifically asked for the bottomless mimosas and pointed to the advertisement on their website. We were a party of 3, so I made sure to ask if we were all required to order bottomless mimosas, as the other two members of my party simple wanted to order them individually and I know that some restaurants require everyone present to order bottomless. I was told no it wouldn't be an issue. I asked which flavors were included in the bottomless or if they were randomly given. We were told it'd be a random assortment unless otherwise requested. The bottomless was 30$ so you can imagine my surprise when I saw that I was charged 120 especially after I specifically used the word bottomless several times. They charged me for 2 flights instead of bottomless, despite the fact that I asked for bottomless several times. I even stated it wasn't necessary to bring a full tree, I stated that I preferred one but I understand if they couldn't deliver them individually. The waiter brought out the tree again. The wait staff did not clarify that the bottomless was not the tower, despite the fact that it was advertised that way on the website (see photo for reference). When I asked her about the discrepancy, she claimed that I did not ask for the bottomless, which was not true; I was very clear. I asked her to fix the charge, and she said she would consult the manager, which was fine. The manager came over and stated he was only willing to take off a certain percentage which ended up being 30$. He seemed nonchalant about the issue, which made me curious if this was a semi-recurring issue. It honestly seemed as if the staff didn't really care. I didn't press the issue; I simply let it be. I really shouldn't have left a tip because this issue was 100% avoidable but I did nonetheless. The likelyhood of me returning is slim to none.

Very pretty and upscale restaurant with a greenhouse garden-room vibe. The roof and garage doors open during warmer days, which adds to the beautiful atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We tried the berry crepe, hipster toast, and the beet salmon--everything was delicious, and the beet salmon was colorful and flavorful. A fun bonus is that you can build your own bouquet of flowers. We will definitely be back to try more!

I came back with a group of friends on a Sunday. We had a reservation so our table was ready right away. However, I did not know they have live music on Sunday and we were sitting right next to the guy. It was extremely loud and very hard to hear. I asked the server if they do music on Saturday and Sunday and she said only Sunday so I will definitely not come back on a Sunday. The guy kept walking right by our table, despite us trying to shoo him away. None of us could hear one another, and everyone was wanting to move tables, but there was nothing available for six of us. The margaritas and crepes were good and things got much better when he stopped playing the music.

We had the most wonderful time checking out this beautiful new restaurant that serves brunch/lunch. The food was excellent and the service was top notch!!! We will be back for sure!! The manager was super nice and the hostess was very kind and the staff made great recommendations which we tried and loved

We came here for in the afternoon brunch. My boyfriend had found it online and thought it looked like a fun place to check out. There were lots of groups there and it definitely does have a good vibe. The music playlist was pretty good and the decor was adorable. It was definitely in line with Valentine's Day. When i read the reviews, I noticed a lot of complaints about the service. Unfortunately, I think we had sort of the same experience. The weight for the food was exceptionally long. Also, I had asked for more chipotle sauce, and that actually never came from our server. The general manager had stopped by the table, so I ended up asking him because my boyfriend was long done with his meal. He got the sliders and said they were just OK. That's pretty much high about my meal. The quinoa was extremely bland and that's the reason why I wanted more sauce for it. I added a side of chicken and that was pretty good, but I certainly would not rave about the meal. I also got them in a latte, which was OK but again not great. I guess nothing really stood out for us and with the long wait times to eat, unfortunately, even with the nice atmosphere, I definitely would not rush back here anytime soon. The menu really wasn't bad and maybe it's what I ordered, but we both left somewhat disappointed. If you're coming for the scene, it might be worth checking out, but if you want a really good meal, I'd go elsewhere.

Showed up at 11am on Sunday for a birthday brunch. The hostess said there was a wait but could not give us an estimate. We got on their wait list which was on the toast app and texted to us. We sat in the car and waited as people shuffled in and out of the door. There were 7 tables ahead of us according to the app. We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes. We noticed so many people were doing take out orders. We went inside to inquire about the remaining wait time to consider take out instead. When we asked the same hostess who put us down on the wait list, she seemed alarmed when I gave her my name and was like "oh you're (my name)". We asked if we missed something for the wait list and she said no. A table was leaving and she said we could have that one and this was when the wait list said there were 2 tables ahead of us left. My group felt that she may have skipped us or forgotten about us based on her reaction. Our server was very nice. We waited another 30 minutes for food after being seated. My sis wanted to go here for her birthday because of the brunch vibes and mimosas. This was a part of the reason why we just waited the long wait. Turns out this suwanee location does not serve alcohol. :( Food: The shrimp and grits and fish ($25) and grits were pretty good, but I was surprised by how many onions were inside. I have never seen so many onions in grits before. It was in every bite. There were a lot of half cut bulbs of small onions in my grits (as pictured). I also felt that the presentation for the fish and grits was really messy and rushed. The fish and grits ($26) did not have that many onions in comparison. They also asked if we wanted cheese on our grits. We both said yes and it turned out there was a dollar charge added to our receipt for each one. I noticed mine didn't have cheese once I looked back at my photos, but my sister's did based on the color and taste. Hers was yellow on top and more savory. Mine was plainer and white, so I think they forgot my cheese. The shrimp was blackened and seasoned well though. The salmon was also a little dry and didn't pair as well with shrimp since it wasn't crunchy according to my sis. The chicken and biscuit ($18) had a lightly fried and crispy chicken that was very good. However, there was very little gravy just on the bottom of the plate, which was different from the photos where it was covered with gravy sauce on top. It made the dish a bit dry without more gravy. The side of potatoes for $5 was incredibly bland and plain. We barely touched them. The server automatically gave us 10% off our check because our food "took a while to come out" when we did not say anything to them. I wondered if its because they really did forget to seat us from the wait list. The food was pretty good outside of the lack of gravy on the chicken and bland potato side. But the wait time and overall experience to actually dine really took away from the overall experience. The seating is pretty limited to 2 seat tables and bigger groups would take up conjoined tables, which I believe is why the wait was so long. I think we would have had better luck with timing to going our food as so many people were picking up to go orders. The hostess also kept coming to our table to take the menu qr sign and would say sorry and interrupt our meal and then bring it back to interrupt again. She did this twice. The strange thing was that every table had one and we were seated furthest from where she was standing at the front door. I didn't understand why she couldn't have taken it from a closer table or why they didn't have a copy up front. It was disruptive. Overall, the potential for all of our dishes to be really good was definitely there. Some stuff was forgotten on our plates and the long wait really took away from the experience unfortunately.
