    Pickled radish

Pretty cool spot! Ordered 10 Wings half and half which is Spicy and Soy garlic. Also ordered Chicken Katsu Curry. I ordered this to go so didn't really stay long. I did get my food in 28 mins which was perfectly fine with me. Everything was packaged well and got back to the hotel to smack on these! The chicken was super crispy but was a little dry. The soy garlic was good and the spicy was really the star for me! The chicken katsu curry was a little disappointing as it just came with katsu and didn't really taste any curry if it was in the batter. I thought is was going to be like a curry gravy with rice but only got pickled radish. Even though it was not curry, the chicken was still good and it was really tender. They did give a huge portion. I give it up to them and would definitely come back and try something else.

I had an opportunity to try this restaurant. It is a new restaurant in the area, and it was really nice and modern inside. I placed a phone order as it was my first time ordering. When I asked I was told that they do not use egg or milk for their chicken which are allergens of mine so I was eager to try it. I think there may have been a miscommunication, I asked if they served whole wings and was told that they did but I was given traditional wings which was fine. I ordered original and asked for them well done(extra crispy) the wings weren't super crispy so I air fried them when I got home. When I made them crispy enough I tried it and it was super spicy. I got instant heartburn. I called and asked if I had the right order which I did and he told me their their original season still has spice to it. I couldn't eat it but for those that like spicy food, you would enjoy their wings for sure. The curly fries were good, they give you a big box for $5 and their rice was also moist which is rare for most restaurants when you order white rice.

    Fried Calamari (regular)

I was having a good day, and wanted to try some new soy and garlic flavored chicken wings. BonChon is my usual spot, but I feel that their stuff is too pricey. I decided to give this place a try, because of the ratings on DoorDash. I got the Soy Garlic chicken (wings) for $18, and a calamari dish for $12. When they arrived both items were piping hot and smelled great. The wings were sticky with sauce and quite large. I thought I was going to love it -- I was very disappointed when I took a bite of the calamari and found a rubber band-like texture running all the way around the whole piece of calamari. It was like this for Every Single Piece in the box. Calamari is easy to screw up when you're cooking it, but this is just an inexcusable oversight in preparation. Moving on to the main course - the chicken wings - I took a bite, and instead of having a wonderful tasty and well-seasoned bite to enjoy, I got a mouth absolutely FULL of garlic. It's not just a little over-seasoned, no. It's a full-on 'i just ate a whole roasted garlic clove' taste. It tastes like I took a jar of minced garlic, put some on a spoon, dashed a bit of soy sauce over the sink onto the spoon and ate it, type of taste. After that, I was hit with a burning hot fire-ball of heat in my mouth. I had to double-check my order receipts to make sure I hadn't ordered the spicy version. Nope! Regular... Admittedly, I'm a horrible judge of spicy flavors when it comes down to it. But, when you offer a spicy version and a non=spicy version, you should have ZERO spicy flavors on the one that isn't designated as spicy. It was so bad in the spice and overwhelming garlic flavors that I couldn't finish it as-is. At this price point, I really expected more, and I truly did want this place to succeed and wow me with their food. Sadly, it will never happen.

I heard they recently opened a CM Chicken on Liberia so several of us stopped in for lunch on weekday. They allowed us to moved tables together to accommodate our large group. They quickly greeted us at our table and took nice care of keeping our water and supplies at the table. Everything we ordered tasted great and was promptly prepared and brought to the table. They have nearly everything the other locations have, except Tikkudak Chicken, as the don't have the smoker to make it. Their snow chicken was amazing! Fries were also excellent. We'll be back!

Food: the chicken was crispy. Sauce was delicious. They cook just right, the meat still juicy not dry. Even the free drum stick was tasty no plain. We order spicy soy garlic, it's spicy but it taste delicious. Services: they checked up on us couple times. So friendly and nice. Whatever we ask them, they alway nicely answer us back and bring out what we ask. I love the fact they give us individual bottle instead from fountain. Make me feel this place so clean. I usually go to centerville location but now they open in manassas. here is bigger so I would come here more. Especially clean water bottle not fountain.

Really tastey spicy garlic chicken!! Its seems fresh! The people who work there are nice too! Cute mini restaurant vibe but I usually get takeout

    Not crunchy at all
    Fergie L.

I dunno man I been wanting to check out this place cuz I heard it was better than BonChon. Maybe it's just this location but my chicken was not crunchy like people say it's supposed to be. I got the hot whole chicken and snow chicken tenders. It wasn't good enough for me to come back again. The meat was hard and chewy. Nah. I did not like it at all. I'll stick to BonChon.

We went on a Sunday for lunch, so it wasn't packed and that's how we like it. Our waiter was so nice. He gave us a gadget to press a button whenever we needed him. I thought, "I need one of these at home." LOL. Anyways, this is an all you can eat restaurant, so we ordered a little at a time and our waiter cooked our food. We started with miso soup, kimchi and salad. Then we tried most of their sides, fried vegetable dumplings (crisp to perfection), corn cheese (the cheese pull on this), rose deokbokgi, kimbap, japchae (clear noodles). Now the cooking begins, we ordered fresh thin sliced pork belly twice. It was soooo good. If you want that crisp, you need to let them leave it a little longer. I know we ordered more meats like bulgogi, but I stopped taking notes. It was that good. Overall, the food was great. It was a little pricey, but you're getting a lot of food options. The meat alone pays for itself. Overall, I would recommend this place. Afterwards, you can walk it off at the mall.

The menu was extensive, filled with lots of homey options that I don't usually see in other restaurants. After ordering, we were served six different banchans, all of which were incredibly homey -- light and not too savory. My favorites were the acorn jelly (which was mixed with salted seaweed and sesame seeds) and the white kimchi. Honestly, all six were really solid. AL TANG - 19.99 Super savory with lots of "sea sweetness" and umami, this stew was rich and piping hot upon arrival. I've never had al tang before, but have heard great things about it. Unfortunately, I didn't love the texture of fish roe (kind of reminded me of the texture of cooked chicken lungs). By the end of the stew, I thought it was too salty, so I didn't end up finishing it. Overall, I'm glad I tried it, but I probably won't get it again. My friend got the mackerel which he loved. I'll look forward to other items on the menu next time.

They also have a buffet bar with seafood, dipping sauces, and a variety of items you can add to your hot pot and/or BBQ, which is a nice touch. The restaurant itself is clean, especially the buffet bar. One small note: the high chair could use a better wipe-down. As for the food, the meats were flavorful and delicious, with decent portion sizes. The spicy pork belly is still my favorite -- always a win. I wasn't a fan of the hot pot broth, though; it lacked flavor and seasoning for my taste. The fish cakes and kimchi were a bit salty, but still tolerable. Service was mixed. I really appreciated that the staff handled most of the cooking -- after going to so many Korean BBQ spots, it's nice to just sit back and enjoy the food. Some servers were very attentive, while others weren't as engaged. Overall, if you already love Honey Pig, this location is definitely a must-try. We'll for sure be back, but we'll skip the hot pot next time and stick to the BBQ.
