We went on a Sunday for lunch, so it wasn't packed and that's how we like it. Our waiter was so nice. He gave us a gadget to press a button whenever we needed him. I thought, "I need one of these at home." LOL. Anyways, this is an all you can eat restaurant, so we ordered a little at a time and our waiter cooked our food. We started with miso soup, kimchi and salad. Then we tried most of their sides, fried vegetable dumplings (crisp to perfection), corn cheese (the cheese pull on this), rose deokbokgi, kimbap, japchae (clear noodles). Now the cooking begins, we ordered fresh thin sliced pork belly twice. It was soooo good. If you want that crisp, you need to let them leave it a little longer. I know we ordered more meats like bulgogi, but I stopped taking notes. It was that good. Overall, the food was great. It was a little pricey, but you're getting a lot of food options. The meat alone pays for itself. Overall, I would recommend this place. Afterwards, you can walk it off at the mall.

I would not order the Grilled Shrimp since it was over-cooked. Even this js an AYCE style, the waitress actually cooked all the meats for me. It was not as good as KPot which is very close by.

What feels like a hidden gem serves some of the best Korean cooking I've tasted. The bossam was incredibly aromatic and came with a massive portion of fresh kimchi that was cut tableside, making for a fun dining experience. Together, it was more than enough to satisfy two hungry diners. The banchan selection was equally impressive and paired beautifully with the meal. The restaurant itself is cozy, clean, and welcoming, while the service felt warm, genuine, and comforting, almost like dining in someone's home. My only suggestion would be to offer a more fermented kimchi option as a side dish. All of the kimchi we tried was very fresh, and I personally would have loved a tangier, more developed flavor. Overall, this is an easy 10 out of 10. I would absolutely recommend it and will definitely be back.

The menu was extensive, filled with lots of homey options that I don't usually see in other restaurants. After ordering, we were served six different banchans, all of which were incredibly homey -- light and not too savory. My favorites were the acorn jelly (which was mixed with salted seaweed and sesame seeds) and the white kimchi. Honestly, all six were really solid. AL TANG - 19.99 Super savory with lots of "sea sweetness" and umami, this stew was rich and piping hot upon arrival. I've never had al tang before, but have heard great things about it. Unfortunately, I didn't love the texture of fish roe (kind of reminded me of the texture of cooked chicken lungs). By the end of the stew, I thought it was too salty, so I didn't end up finishing it. Overall, I'm glad I tried it, but I probably won't get it again. My friend got the mackerel which he loved. I'll look forward to other items on the menu next time.

They also have a buffet bar with seafood, dipping sauces, and a variety of items you can add to your hot pot and/or BBQ, which is a nice touch. The restaurant itself is clean, especially the buffet bar. One small note: the high chair could use a better wipe-down. As for the food, the meats were flavorful and delicious, with decent portion sizes. The spicy pork belly is still my favorite -- always a win. I wasn't a fan of the hot pot broth, though; it lacked flavor and seasoning for my taste. The fish cakes and kimchi were a bit salty, but still tolerable. Service was mixed. I really appreciated that the staff handled most of the cooking -- after going to so many Korean BBQ spots, it's nice to just sit back and enjoy the food. Some servers were very attentive, while others weren't as engaged. Overall, if you already love Honey Pig, this location is definitely a must-try. We'll for sure be back, but we'll skip the hot pot next time and stick to the BBQ.

But upon walking in, our hostess/server immediately rolled his eyes and let us know the kitchen closed in 30 and we let him know that's ok. From the moment he sat us he was rude, cold, and unprofessional. He never gave us his name, Never brought us sauces (we had to ask) and everything he brought was slammed onto the table and walked away without a second thought. I'm used to being asked how everything is going, if we need anything, etc. None of that happened during our interactions with him. He barely checked on us, we had to keep calling him over. Then when we get the check once again no thank you for coming enjoy your evening anything. The lack of customer service made the experience unenjoyable to say the least. I understand we came in a bit towards closing but with still an hour I feel like we deserved better service and shouldn't have to charge that behavior to "we're about to close". Despite that, the food came out quick and was very good. The rice was a bit overcooked but I let it go. Overall, I would go back and eat there again, just maybe with a different server.
