NW beef burger with sweet potato fries
    Winter B.

My boyfriend and I have tried to come here multiple times but the wait has been too long. Tonight we realized they have a waitlist you can get on online but we didn't even need it because there was no wait a little after 8pm on Tuesday night. Servers are very friendly and attentive here. Prices were very reasonable. My boyfriend liked his Mac and cheese and the burger I got was good. I do like my sweet potato fries to be thicker these were thin and crispy. Menu has lots of options. Overall, good option for dinner in Corvallis and to come with friends or on a date or something and solid food but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here.

This was my first time going, the spot was very busy but it was a holiday evening (Labor Day). We were still able to get seated relatively quickly, and they offer both downstairs, upstairs and outside seating. The food and drinks from start to finish were absolutely amazing. Everything was exactly as advertised, cooked perfectly and tasty. I can't wait to come back and try more off the menu. The passionfruit lemonade was my favorite, they used real passionfruit, not just the syrup. The place is relaxed and modern. Something cute I liked was that they had chalk tables you can draw on which helped pass the time until food came. I'd definitely recommend this spot!

My review may be skewed because I was starving when I ate here haha (hence the missing food photo, I dug right in), but I really enjoyed Block15!! Excellent location right in central Corvallis with indoor and outdoor seating options. Was very lively on a Friday night in July but we were seated quickly. The burger and fries was just solid. Staff was super friendly. Loved the vibes. Really no complaints and would definitely return.

Do you remember a time when there used to be menu, not QR codes or counter ordering? Where you didn't have to bus your own plate even though you pay same price as sit down? And the servers were fast and nice and competent? I do and this place gave me the nostalgia feels. The food was good but really, the service was outstanding. Nothing fancy but just regular pub sit down style. I enjoyed my beer, we get Block 15 at our store. I tried their chicken special, smoked bbq chicken with hushpuppies and a light vinaigrette style coleslaw. My husband said his chicken sandwich was good and my son enjoyed the burger. I would come back if I'm in the area. They know what they're doing!

Grilled NW natural beef burger with bacon & pub salad with buttermilk ranch dressing

Block 15 Downtown Pub is one of those places where everything just seems to click--location, food, service, and atmosphere. We were there on a perfect summer afternoon while touring OSU's campus. It's within perfect walking distance from campus with street-side patio couldn't have been more relaxing. We chose to sit inside since it was a bit warm outside. A beautiful sunny summer day, light traffic rolling by - mostly calm biking instead of cars, and an easygoing feel to the whole scene. My teenager went for the Grilled NW Natural Beef Burger with bacon--served on a toasted Bread Stop brioche bun with shredded iceberg lettuce, sweet onion, pickle, and mayo. It came with a pub green salad and buttermilk ranch. The burger had great flavor and texture--the lettuce gave a nice crunch, the pickle and onion added just enough bite, and the bun held up beautifully without getting soggy. The salad was crisp and fresh, and the ranch dressing tasted like it was made in-house. My wife ordered the chipotle black bean enchiladas--flour tortillas filled with black beans, zucchini, tomato, green chiles, and seasoned rice, topped with smoky chipotle enchilada sauce, sharp cheddar, queso fresco, sour cream, radish, and cilantro. She raved about it for the rest of the day. I'll admit, once I saw it, I had a little order envy. The smell alone was incredible, and the flavors were layered--smoky, cheesy, and bright from the fresh veggies and herbs. I had the beer-battered fish & fries, made with wild-caught cod (I think) fried in Green Truck beer batter until perfectly golden. The fish was flaky inside with a light, crisp batter that didn't overpower it. The fries were spot-on--hot and crispy--and the tartar sauce was fresh and tangy. The real surprise was the slaw--hands down some of the best I've ever had. Perfect balance of creamy and tangy without being heavy. Portions here are generous without being over the top, and the prices feel fair for the quality. Our waiter (Miles - with the tiger socks) was friendly and attentive without hovering, and everything came out at the right pace. The only downside was a lack of a souvenir "dad" cap I could buy. Bummer. If anyone is read this, it's worth investing in having some of these for purchase - it's good low-stress advertising. It's rare to find a place where each of us is equally happy with our meal, but Block 15 nailed it. Great spot, great food, great vibe--I'd come back in a heartbeat.

Good variety of good beer! Plus several cocktails for me since I'm not a huge beer fan. Good service, fun environment. Good choice in a small town.

This place was so good! Everyone was so nice and our burgers, salads, margs were all delicious. We were in town for a college visit and wouldn't hesitate eating here again!!!!

    Roast beef and Tuscan sandwiches

We had a great experience at Block 15, even on a Monday evening it was packed. My wife and I each split the roast beef and Tuscan sandwiches. Both were good. Tuscan was a bit sloppy with dressing. Regular and sweet potato fries were very good, as was the oatmeal stout and s'mores cheesecake. Every plate that went by our table looked yummy! We'll be back!

I love block 15, whenever I'm in Corvallis and want a good cocktail and some lunch or dinner this is my go to spot! We got the fish n chips and cheeseburger, fish n chips were typical but the burger was delicious and the passion fruit margarita is always my fav.

The food here is very good and reasonably priced. The ambiance is local bistro chic. The service is prompt and attentive.

Good beer but the waiter very clearly showed his annoyance with us just ordering beer and not dinner. It was a Tuesday evening and not busy.

Stopped by here for dinner on the way to the coast. Great fish and chips and beer. Had fun drawing on the table with the provided chalk.

Everything on our plates complemented the steak and fish. Both were cooked perfectly and literally melted in our mouths. I've been in the food industry for years and have found a place that really knows food and the process to make it an experience. I almost forget the server who took the time to help us with our food choices and drinks. Get in here my friends. You won't be disappointed Cheers The Dutchman

A full-blown masterpiece. This isn't your average slice of cheesecake. What Craves serves is a velvety, rich, and luxuriously whipped creation perched atop pillowy-soft brioche toast that's lightly crisped to perfection. It's drizzled in a deep marionberry reduction that strikes the perfect balance between tart and sweet, and topped with plump, juicy blackberries that taste like they were picked fresh that morning. Add in the subtle crunch of a graham cracker crumble dusted over the whole plate, and you've got a dessert that's indulgent, elegant, and dangerously addictive. The texture contrast between the creamy cheesecake filling, the light toast, and the rich berry drizzle is unforgettable. It's like French toast met cheesecake, fell in love, and had a baby--with Oregon marionberries blessing the union. Whether you're a local or just passing through Corvallis, make Craves your dessert destination. I'll be coming back for another round (or three) of this marionberry magic. Bravo to the team--this place is a sweet tooth's dream!
