If you're looking for something classy, move along. This is the bar you go to late at night when you've had one too many. It's great for what it is. Drinks are cheap and drunk college kids are plentiful. They have pool and slot machines and an outdoor area to hang out at. I really don't have any complaints because my bar was so low and they were slightly above that. It's a college town, what do you expect. Bottoms up! read more

Loved the fish tacos and smash burgers! Service was friendly and efficient. Beer taps are limited, mostly "light" choices but that seems to be the trend. Two pool tables. Dedicated parking. It's perfectly divey, loud AF and not "cozy", but a fun vibe. read more

I have never experienced such an unwelcoming bar. The food was okay but even sitting at the bar in with maybe 15 people in the whole place it took forever to get a menu and I had to pay up front. I ate and left and wouldn't recommend it to anyone read more

The bartenders were very nice when I stomped in there to order a burger after a late shift (when precious little else is open). I don't drink alcohol so I was probably not their favorite person. The karaoke entertained me while I waited for the food. The burger was quite good actually and so were the fries. They were even kind enough to keep the cheese off when I asked. All for a good price too. read more

Went for pinball- it was clear there is a regular who felt it was their game but never asked if they could play. Instead of turning the touch tunes off they just turned the volume all the way down so I got to spend my coins without hearing anything. There was definitely a lot of debris in the way of the pinball machines. It was fun till the crowd there made it real uncomfortable. read more

My favorite bar in Corvallis. The karaoke is a fun time. Lotta good memories comin here after work with my friends. Met some neat people here too. read more

Hot spot in Corvallis! Fantastic bartenders and fun and lively atmosphere! Drinks prices are a bit above the rest but it worth it just to be out and living. read more

Harrison Bar & Grill - Bar and drink shot. - Pubs Near Me - Corvallis, Oregon

Wow. What a fun place. Was staying across the street and decided to walk over to grab a late drink, I'm so glad I did. Was met with an incredibly friendly bartender (may) and great drinks. She told me of local spots for food, drinks, and killing time. The menu looked great...i plan on coming back for breakfast and bloody Mary's. I would definetely come back! read more

Where to begin. the bartenders are strongly a hit or miss. There's a male bartender who seems to have connections within the establishment (maybe family?), who is just not it. He seemed to be on something (illicit substances) and interacts with customers in a sexual way while on shift. His bartending skills are also very weak, seems like he just wants to give you a drink as fast as he can, not considering how a proper drink should be made. read more

Drinks were good, although a little overpriced. Both bartenders were very friendly - but they had their masks off while making drinks the entire time I was there (about 30 min). Definitely glad I waited to visit until fully vaccinated, I would have left immediately otherwise. I would highly recommend avoiding the place if you have any covid concerns whatsoever since they clearly do not care. read more

This is the ultimate dive bar! They have great prices on drinks, and the food is awesome. Check out the bathrooms, they have chalkboard walls, and drunk people write some pretty hilarious things up there. Karaoke, video poker, jukebox, Xbox, tons of TVs, pool tables... Lots of entertainment! Plus: most nights, the patrons themselves can be pretty entertaining to watch too. They host some really cool theme nights and events too, keep an ear out for these and be sure to check them out! read more

Bleh. I don't like this bar. Sure, if you're into dive bars, this is one of them, but in my experiences coming here, the bartenders alone have creeped me out. Sure they have food, tables, and pool tables, but this is not the place you take your friends to show off the awesome nightlife in Corvallis. This is the place you end a rough pub crawl or where you take your friend for the latter part of her bachelorette party when all standards for the evening have headed south. I know. This review alone is making you want to visit this bar. Oh well. We all end up there some nights. read more

As a bar, this place is divey and definitely friendly. The bartenders are REALLY busy, so expect to wait to order your drink. You have to ask them for the food menu, which mainly consists of loaded fries, tacos, and sandwiches. My friend and I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and a beer. The sandwich consisted of two chicken tenders drenched in hot sauce - not what I expected. The fries were pretty good though - they remind me of McDonald fries. Definitely coming again, but will order something other than the spicy chicken sandwich read more

Showed up to listen to bad karaoke and enjoy a few drinks. Drinks were made right and with the right ratio was just right. When those the bar was busy the bartenders were quick with the drinks. I will be returning in the future. The only con is the bathroom. No door on the stall and dirty. read more

For the 25 to 40 crowd this is the place to have a great time. The bartenders are very good looking and have customer service skills. The sound system is great, for karaoke, dance or live shows, The singers of karaoke....eh...well. I will focus on the customer service. Mei Lee, Robin, Sarah, Brian, Adrian, and the Owner Jason are very keen on what you need. They are the fastest in customer service in Corvallis. This is the hometown bar that people will shout your name when you walk in. (See "Cheers" 'NORM!'") Here is what is different from other bars in Corvallis. If you have a complaint....They actually listen. The Owner, Jason cares about his patrons. There is a Family atmosphere in that bar. If you spend time there, you are accepted as a member of the Harrison's Family. Everyone gets to know everyone, and even the geeks and freaks are allowed in. The food? eh. Other then that, I love this place. read more

Love the karaoke, and Dave is the best bouncer in town! Gogo Jelloman!

Read a review on Yelp this was a good place to have breakfast so off we went. Got there about 8:10 am, no one else in the place so we thought this is good, we'll have fresh everything. Wrong. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with bacon, hubby ordered the bacon-eggs-hashbrowns-toast. The bacon was very overcooked, toast was almost burned, the gravy was adequate. The service was good except for discussing personal things at the bar that we could overhear. The carpet needs some serious attention. It may be a good night place for entertainment, but I don't recommend dining. read more

I decent dive bar with lots of lively action. Karaoke every night. Cheap drinks. Decent bar food. Try the fried cheese curds.

Poor service, or no service? Walked in expecting a decent meal but walked out with not even being acknowledged. Your best bet, head over to Block 15 for a great burger in Corvallis! read more

You know, this place is always solid. Burgers, Asian tacos, fries buried in any assortment of toppings, I just really dig it here. It's pretty divey (which I like), the beer is cheap ($12/pitcher), there's always sports on TV, and an eclectic mix of music. My favorite times to come are morning or early afternoon on the weekends -- either to work one off or start one up. read more

Stopped in for a late lunch. Had the sliders and fries. They were solid. Hit the mid afternoon barfly crowd. Most of the people there had no where else to be, service kind of met them where they were. I wasn't in a hurry, so it was fine. Kind of a quiet neighborhood bar between the university and downtown. Had it's own pace. I'd go back. read more

My FAVORITE bar since moving to Corvallis. Great atmosphere, friendly staff. A great place to meet some of the locals. Karaoke some nights, good food, reasonably priced drinks, televisioins to show sports and movies, very diverse selection of music!! i love coming here at any times of the day the hosts and bartenders make this such a great place. if you love dive bars this is definitely the place to come!! This place is like a home away from home, it's like Cheers has come to life!! haha!! read more

Legend has it that decades ago, a truck full of light beer collided with a train transporting human waste on the corner of Harrison and 6th. From the nutrient-rich wreckage sprouted a hop tree, and in that hop tree, a magestic bald eagle made a nest and raised 69 beautiful bald eagle babies. After the bald eagles flew away to grow old, make sweet bid-love and birth more magestic eagle babies, the tree was chopped down, and used to build Harrison Bar and Grill. Harrisons is arguably the most illustrious fine dining establishment in the greater Benton County area. From its lofty ceilings to the wall art that would make Michaelangelo jealous, this place oozes class. I once saw a beleaguered man with a beard to his waist and a blanket-stick holding his worldly possessions over his shoulder waddle his way into Harrisons. Upon making his way to the bar, and placing his lips on the ice-cold rim of a chilled lager pint, a curious miracle occured! In a puff of soot and hobo-grease, the man transformed into a handsome prince. "This beer has freed me from my curse! Now I must return to my kingdome, whence I came." He bolted from the bar, naked but for his crown, only to be hit by a train and die instantly. read more

Great service! We had breakfast and the prices were reasonable and the food tasted good! I had the breakfast plate that only costs $6.00 for two egg, hash browns, toast, and two pieces of bacon or sausage. My boyfriend had the breakfast bowl for $7.00 and that came with country potatoes, bacon and sausage, topped with gravy and two eggs, and toast! We looked at the whole menu for future visits and they have a $5.00 section that has a classic burger with option of fries or tots and also $1.00 mini burgers. Great prices! I love the free pool they offer on Sundays and tuesdays and the Xbox kinect that they have for customers to play with. They have a variety of people that show up there but, for the most part everyone seems happy and very friendly. It's a very homey bar and I will be making this my regular spot. read more

I used to consider Harrison as my go-to if I decided to go out. Not anymore though. I recently went there with my wife to get a beer. I got a mug of heff, which not long ago was $6. Well the owners of the business have raised the price to $9. So a 30% increase in cost. My major problem is, I know for a fact that they are not paying their kitchen staff 30% more. They can make more and more profit, but the people doing the actual work will struggle to survive. It's a lousy way of life to offer the people devoted to your success. read more

Solid choice for cheap booze and bar food. Plus, it's a perk to go somewhere that isn't overrun by undergrads!

Oh my, I've literally been here almost every Thursday for about two years now, and I can definitely tell you that this is the most friendliest dive bar in town. Cheap drinks, good music, good bartenders and a game pool. I wouldn't ask for more from a dive bar! read more

Worst Management I have ever encountered. Steak was rare, when it was supposed to be well done. After pointing out the poorly cooked steak, management refused to confront situation, leaving server to take matters into her own hands. Rolls were good though. read more

my favorite watering hole probably EVER.... i've moved away and found new places to go, but this is where i wish i was most times..... great staff, nice patrons, good food and drink, awesome people watching, my all time fave place to get daydrunk.... very laid back vibe. i love you harrison's!!! xoxoxoxoxox read more

I dont Know whats happened exactly in the past year, maybe the change in bartenders and their attitudes, things have changed and I dont feel for the better. A shame, this place used to be my go to when I wanted a beer or two. read more

I think the drinks were way over priced! I ordered three vodka and red bull ( double) and I payed 61$!!!!!! Doing the math every drink was like 20$!!!!! Harrison's is the definition of dive bar. Fun place to go every once in awhile to met some interesting people. Normally an older more rugged crowd. Karaoke there is pretty fun, good luck playing pool the regulars usually have the tables tied up. The bartenders and the bouncers are about as friendly as a bunch of crocodiles especially the one female one I'd rather be sober that as for a drink from her. read more

What a great 'Happy Hour' spot! Everyone is so friendly... it reminds me of "Cheers"! The food is good and very reasonably priced. With a full bar there's something for everyone! There are numerous televisions with Cable and Satellite... so they're sure to have your favorite sports. There's an outdoor patio where you can have a smoke with your food/drink. They offer Oregon Lottery gaming, pool tables, jukebox, etc. And... the 'Happy Hour' staff are attentive and really want you to enjoy your visit! read more

After a busy morning of packing, my husband and I decided to stop in at the Harrison Bar & Grill; it may have been the $1.99 biscuits and gravy that caught my eye, plus the fact that I'm not a fan of other "breakfast" establishments in the area. As we entered Harrisons, the smell of spilled beer was pretty overwhelming and the place didn't look so clean. However, I have been to enough clean restaurants with crappy food, so I might as well try this place, right?. I'll tell you, I am glad we did! The service was slow but very friendly. The biscuits and gravy were awesome, especially for the price! I had a large biscuit smothered in well seasoned country gravy. My husband ordered the Red Neck Benny ~ biscuits covered with chicken fried steak, 2 eggs cooked to order, all smothered with country gravy and a side of hash browns...all for $6.99! Our total bill, tip included, was less than $15.00. If you can get past the smell of beer, and don't pay too much attention to the scummy looking patrons visiting the poker machines, then I highly suggest this place for breakfast. It's just as good, if not better than the place down the street and you can't beat the price! read more

Went with a group of about 20. There were about 8 other people in the place, I tell you this because it it took up to 1hr and 45 mins to get a sandwich, and if you wanted drink service at the table ( 7ft from bar) think again it will not happen. Food was OK and the prices were very reasonable, as long as you do not mind waiting on yourself for drinks while you slowly starve. read more
