I'm not in a hurry to come back and don't find the weekend wait (about 30-40 minutes for two people on Sunday) to be worth it.

I think it would be better if they served it unsweetened (or lightly sweetened) and let customers adjust the sugar to their own taste. The eggs were made wrong anyway, the sausage patty was burnt to a crisp like a hockey puck, the English muffin was hard as a rock, the side of sausage links was overcooked and dry, and the hash browns were burnt and barely there despite explicitly requesting them soft. It honestly seemed like it was someone's first day ever stepping foot in a kitchen. Easily the single worst breakfast I've ever paid for.

One time I went in there I did not order anything and walk out! Because I remember that they do not accept cash so they lost a customer! I feel like when business only accepts credit cards it discriminates against like people with disabilities or seniors that may only have cash and to me I think any business should be fine that does not take cash because the reason I say that because cash is a us currency and I remember a coffee shop where I live is they had a sign No Cash on Premise and when I was at Starbucks inside Vons we started with only $200 and when it went over an amount we had to call for a manager to do a pick up and it was quietly I really do not like any business that do not take cash, if business take cash then I shop and be a customer and if I did have a card I don't like using because there data breaches and your information could get leak so that is why I only prefer cash and seniors may not carry cards because they are afraid of the exact same thing so you see I feel like your discriminating against people with disabilities and seniors! One Restaurant in South Coast plaza accept cash because that was the only currency that are group and they did have the sign Cashless but they did not lose a customer like you did so sorry! read more

I am a big fan of Blk Dot Coffee, so was very excited when the Orange store opened. I recommended that my wife and her friends visit. But instead of an amazing experience their feedback was the opposite. 1). Staff were frustrated at the questions my friends had about different coffee's. There was no one waiting... 2). Male barista was a much too verbally strong when my wife asked over and over for a straw, then finally reached over to get one. Again, no one waiting. 3). The worst part is that they gave one of my wife's friends a caffeinated coffee, when she ordered a decaf. She couldn't sleep at all that night. I was dismayed! I went in and asked for the manager, who wasnt there. I left my number to call me back, and alas never received a phone call. I then filled out their contact form on their website, and never received a response. Blk Dot, please contact me and I will be happy to remove this review. read more

I usually love supporting local coffee shops, but my recent visit to Bik Dot Coffee in the plaza at Orange was beyond disappointing. The atmosphere was ruined by the manager, who seemed to take pleasure in belittling his staff in front of customers. I watched as he publicly belittled a young barista for a minor mistake and making the poor girl visibly uncomfortable. (Putting it kindly). It was downright embarrassing to witness. Instead of fostering a positive environment, he was wielding his authority like a weapon. The coffee was ok at best, but I would have overlooked that if the staff were treated with kindness. Instead, I left feeling disgusted. I won't be returning, and I encourage others to think twice before supporting a place where employees are treated so poorly. If you want good coffee and a welcoming vibe, look elsewhere. read more

So disappointed in this location and the lack of management . Order said it was ready so we go in . They haven't even started. After 15 minutes the cashier tells us they don't have eggs and had to modify our order, then just walked away. Giving no option for extra potatoes or changing my option. After 20 minutes of waiting after pickup time we finally get our food . Get home and open the bag and none of the food was even what we ordered. I love blk dots tustin location and it seems that this orange location is just a complete no go. Paying 50 dollars for incorrect food and lukewarm lattes is not worth it here. read more

BLK DOT Coffee in Orange is hands down the best coffee spot around. The coffee is strong, smooth, and full of flavor, exactly how I like it. I've tried plenty of places, but nothing compares to the consistency and quality here. Anytime I have friends or family visiting from out of town, this is the first place I take them. The staff is always friendly, the vibe is relaxed, I just wish they had more seating. I ordered the avocado toast, but unfortunately the avocado was already turning brown and didn't taste good. It was disappointing, since it was pretty clear the avocado wasn't good. It would be much better to let customers know or adjust the order rather than serve it that way. Overall, not the best experience. read more
