Quite an extensive menu to which I ordered their Hazelnut latte with oat milk. YUMMY! I also got their Bacon Breakfast Burrito and it was quite filing as I wasn't even hungry until dinnertime. Overall, good place to grab some good coffee and food. Staff was friendly and welcoming, with baristas who took time to answer questions about the menu and recommend drinks. Their menu is extensive and full of really unique items, like their caffeinated chicken ciabatta sandwich (espresso bacon jam, who knew??) and the Hokey Pokey latte (with honey). My favorite items are the strawberry croissant (HEAVENLY, YOU MUST TRY, DON'T MISS OUT) and their iced chai latte with oat milk and a shot of espresso. The chai itself is a bit "weak" if you like a darker chai latte, but I've found that adding the espresso shot perfectly balances the flavors. Their strawberry matcha is also pretty good. I can't really speak to the coffee since I'm a tea drinker, but I don't think you can go wrong! The cafe itself is clean and spacious with plenty of indoor and outdoor (partly shaded) seating. In terms of parking, the two closest rows are usually full since there are so many businesses close by, but the lot is huge so it's never more than a short walk from your car. I ordered a regular hot latte around 7:00 AM before work and somehow my order was completely forgotten. Multiple people who ordered after me got their drinks while I was still waiting. I finally had to go up and remind the barista and ask where my coffee was, and suddenly it appeared around 7:30. Before I asked for it, I asked to cancel it, but she said she was working on it so I had to stay unfortunately. And the crazy party wasn't even busy at all, Waiting almost 30 minutes for a simple hot latte is honestly frustrating, especially when I ordered before so many other customers. I understand places get busy, but completely forgetting an order and needing the customer to remind staff is not okay. Disappointing first experience overall. My friend did not even finish it. The green salsa was clumped and didn't taste any better. He paid $16 as well for the burrito and a medium iced latte. What can I say about Reborn Coffee! For starts their coffee is very smooth. Big plus in my book when coffee shops have smooth coffee. The Americano is very good and I highly recommend it. I haven't tried their food yet but will give it a chance later next week. The customer service was very friendly and on point with their service. Okay first of all, I forgot my glasses so I couldn't see the menu, and I asked the lady about what they had and she started listing things off the menu for me, and then proceeded to take a picture of the menu on her own personal phone and gave it to me. On a jalapeño and cheese bagel: my friend said it was just average Turkey and avocado on a jalapeño cheese bagel: also just average Caprese panini: I thought this tasted good but wish the bread was a little more crispy. Deducted one star because I felt the blueberry matcha that I ordered was way too sweet and the matcha flavor was not quite there since the blueberry syrup was so overpowering. My friend got the lavender matcha however, and that one was a lot better. Loved the ambiance of this space. Plenty of tables to study at with outlets along the walls. The music wasn't too loud. I had some business to attend to in the area so I stopped by Reborn Coffee to be closer to my final destination and avoid being late due to California traffic. Reborn Coffee is located in a big plaza with plenty of parking. They had both outdoor and indoor parking. This coffee shop was bright and modern with friendly welcoming service. They looked fairly business when I arrived. The lovely barista and cashier informed me they'll be right with me. I studied the menu for a bit and by the time they were ready I figured out what I wanted. I opted for the 2 piece Empanada ($7.00) and opted for the Chicken Florentine and Ham & Cheese empanadas. And if you know me, of course I needed coffee, I ordered their Iced Vanilla Latte ($7.00). These are all only one size, at 16 oz. I would have ordered a larger cup if it was available. Setting is self-served, and some of the tables had crumbs from prior guests. The empanadas were definitely no frills, reheated empanadas. Don't expect to be impressed. For me it was a quick snack so I wouldn't be too hungry for my upcoming obligations. The iced vanilla latte was very enjoyable and well balanced. Not too sweet and good balance between the coffee and the creaminess. If I was back in the area, I wouldn't mind stopping for coffee. Less excited to try any more of their food. I had a coconut mocha with oat milk and I couldn't put it down. Hubby had a hazelnut latte his favorite but they also make a fantastic Nutella latte you gotta try it! We've been to other Reborn coffee locations and this is our favorite. Close to home, clean, quiet and friendly staff. Great place to work in the morning and have some great coffee paired with breakfast. I am a black coffee drinker and I love how they have different origins of coffee to choose from for their cold brew. The coffee is not too acidic that is typical of a cold brew so you can really enjoy and appreciate the subtle notes each type of coffee has to offer. I usually get their breakfast burritos and decided to be a bit different and grab their House Special on everything bagel. It was really good and maybe my new go to. This would be the second time coming here and probably the last. I'm sitting here writing the review. Came in this morning 6/14 at 8am after my obgyn appt at Kaiser. The 2 workers did not greet me and my family as we came in. There was 1 customer being helped but he was paying already. When it was my turn the male worker walked away still without greeting. The phone rang and he came to the register and took the order over the phone, still not acknowledging me. Went here for a mid day pick me up, & their matcha was SO GOOD! the chaga matcha was a lot better than i expected it to be. i've had chagaccinos before, but never chaga matchas. There's a bunch of tables to study at or to just sit and chat at with friends. Lot of choices. Definitely a lot more thorough with coffee here than Starbucks is. They have different blends that you can choose from and or you can go with a preset drink from the menu. I work by this location and needed some cold brew. I got the cold brew with some oat milk and hazelnut. It wasn't overly sweet like Starbucks and it gave me the boost I needed. The matcha strawberry wasn't overly sweet either. More matcha since the purée fell to the bottom. But at least it tasted fresh. I don't know how much syrup and sugar are in these drinks but I didn't end up having a sugar crash. read more

I've visited twice and both experiences with the employees have been pretty unwelcoming. They barely greeted me and I felt like a bother coming in and ordering a drink? I don't know I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt which is why I returned but I experienced a very similiar interaction. My strawberry left me with a strange after taste that I couldn't figure out. I tried the Nutella latte during my second visit and that one was pretty good. 8/10. The shop itself is pretty nicely lit but is just your typical franchise coffee shop. It is unfortunate because this is close to work but I don't think I will be visiting anytime soon.
