She refused to look at my bank records, threw a receipt at me, and maliciously accused me of stealing their tray. She then kicked me out of the store, claiming I was disrupting her business. I was polite the entire time and have never been so insulted in my life. Chase Bank has officially confirmed that the payment WAS successfully processed and transferred to Cream Pan. They took my money twice, refused to check their accounts, and accused me of theft. This hostile behavior is terrifying and unacceptable. I am permanently boycotting this business.
