Dropped in for a mid day pizzas crave. I got the cauliflower crust dough. The vegetables and ingredients were fresh. The restaurant is set up for dining in. I really enjoy Blaze's pizza. But as of late, I have been getting some real unpleasant service with poor food quality. My last two pizzas purchased in November were returned. The first pizza was returned because it was burnt, and the second returned/garbage because it has no cheese on it despite ordering 4 different types of cheeses. I was told the first pizza was burnt because of all the ingredients piled on top of it. The second pizza was non refunded because I ordered through the apt & had it delivered to my home. I was told refunds are issues in the way in which they are purchased (UberEats). Earlier this week I stopped by the store and just walked out. There appeared to be 2 workers with the manager working the floor. The appearance of the store was dark, the food containers were unfilled, and food dropping were on the counter. There was also a a man in front of me complaining about how he purchased a $14 chicken caesar salad and had no chicken in his salad. Instead of the manager remaking the salad. Our second great experience here!! The workers are always so friendly (and patient, because sometimes I take way too long figuring out which direction I want to go with my pizza ). I asked for a gluten free crust, and she asked if it was a preference or allergy, which I appreciate! I'm only gluten-sensitive, but know several people who can't get near it. I don't know any other pizzeria where you can have unlimited toppings for $8. And I'm not talking about boring toppings like pepperoni and sausage. I'm talking about gourmet toppings like oven roasted garlic, Gorgonzola cheese, and turkey meatballs. My suggestion, go online, look over the menu and have some idea of what you're going to get it before you get here so you're not backing up the line trying to figure out your choices. My delicious creation began with combination of sauces. I chose white sauce plus pesto. Then I moved on to a combination of cheese. I got mozzarella, goat cheese, and Gorgonzola which was followed by meat toppings of bacon and chicken. I did the responsible things and loaded to my pizza with delicious veggies. I chose mushrooms, roasted garlic, cherry tomatoes and purple onions. The pizza artist put my pizza in a fire brick oven for approximately 60 seconds and then I topped it with arugula and the most delicious balsamic vinegar I've ever eaten. From start to finish the process took less than five minutes. I feel I want to go back once a week and try a different combination. I heard it through grape vine that LeBron James owns Blaze pizza but I haven't done my research to confirm that or not but if it's true kudos, and good job bringing pizza with unlimited toppings for $8 to the masses.
