They gave me a hard time to claim my free drink after I already bought 2 large pizzas online, worker young boy was not very helpful and frankly not very friendly. First time here and it was okay I've never been to this Blaze so I had to check it out. I love a great pizza but here the pizza was just alright yes the price is $8.25 or something but my pizza felt like it hand sand on the bottom of it. The beer selection is not good at all and the breweries they have in the area you would think they would have a decent beer selection. Also this place and can get crowded so beware!!! read more

Pizza was great. Love the food but won't go to this location for a while. The guy that puts the pizza in the oven took this place from 5 stars to 2 stars. Very bad energy and he didn't want to talk to anyone. Avoiding any conversation and he would just stare at customers with an angry face. Didn't make anyone feel welcomed. I want so bad to give it at least a 4 star as so many people love this place. But alas I can't because this is my review and rating and honestly I prob won't come back. Let's talk about the good things about this establishment and then we can go to my personal feelings. Price is right on. It's affordable and I see this place as a good value. We were served as quickly as one could be in an assembly line fashion. The employees are all friendly. This place was clean. So right there one could say it's is a 4 star establishment... please by all means treat my review as a 4 star review, I have no issues with people disagreeing with my opinion below. I know people's taste and experiences are different. It wasn't good pizza to me. Sometimes even cheap food and a good deal doesn't automatically means 4 star. Yes I'm a NY snob when it comes to pizza but I have decent attempts of good pizza out here in California. This is not. Growing up more than a few friends spent their junior and senior years working part time at pizzerias. You don't use a press to Spread the dough. Being delicate to the dough allows for air pockets to stay in the crust allowing for a light firm and airy taste. This is so important!!! There are two places in town that are a bit more expensive but makes a good pizza. Sadly this place is lacking on how I like my pizza and won't be back. To me, it brings back childhood memories eating a slice of good pizza, this is just something different and not to my taste. Please feel free to disagree, that's why reading reviews are important. The toppings were OK but not overly generous. The White Top was flavorful, bacon and arugula made it. My first review of 2018! Blaze Pizza is so great. I really enjoy all the different options to customize your pizza and how fast it's fired up! Things I like: - Super friendly, helpful, and smiling staff! - Plenty of space - It's fast! - Fresh toppings with good variety. I saw lots of plant based ingredients that go into the food. - Meat alternatives such as Tofu My personal favorites: - Goat cheese - Turkey meat balls - Artichokes - White cream sauce - Garlic I'm not a vegetarian, but I had to give up meats from other pizza chains because it always makes me feel ill afterwards, limiting the flavor and options of my food. I haven't had that problem here :) Suggestions: - Offer turkey pepperoni and more beef or tofu based meats. - More power outlets for us tech nerds on the patio :D I noticed a yelper suggested that they offer plates, but I thought about the amount of trash and plastic that would build up. I've come to this location a few times. Pizza is always great. This time the service made me uncomfortable. From the moment we arrived we were treated as if we were interrupting their conversation. We were the only ones in line and didn't realize until we asked for help that the ones up front were on their break making their own food. Understandable but communication would have been nice since we felt ignored. When asking for ranch to go we got an eye roll from the manager with blue hair and she threw it on the counter and continued her conversation with another employee. The whole experience was just weird, no eye contact, and a lot of attitude. I'm so glad we got our food to go because it made my husband and I so upset after an already stressful day. read more

Still my favorite fast food pizza chain. The things that set it apart are the thin yet chewy crust, low price, and variety of ingredients. I appreciate ingredients like roasted garlic and ovalini mozzarella. And you can ask for fresh arugula when you pick up your pizza AFTER it's already baked. Maybe it's because I got a two topping pizza thru the app. If I ever go back, I will definitely order in person instead of through the app so I make sure the order is correct. I complained when I came in to pick it up. The pizza was burnt on one side and almost no toppings. You could see the dough through the lack of toppings and sauce. I was told it couldn't be corrected. I ate 2 slices, then went and complained again, to again be told no, that it wouldn't be corrected. So I left without the pizza and without a refund. It was all sauce and VERY little cheese. They also failed to put several toppings that I ordered it with. It was completely missing toppers of arugula and pesto drizzle. I usually don't do this, but I wanted another pizza. I was so excited about it today and was so let down. So I called to get another one. They fixed it for free. However. The second pizza oddly also had barely any cheese. It was also just red with sauce. The other toppings did make it on that time though. Based on my previous three experiences of going in and ordering being a success, I unfortunately feel like if you aren't watching them make the pizza, they put less care into it and really short you on ingredients. Great variety of drinks and awesome prices. $7.95 for unlimited toppings on what appears to be a medium size pizza. One has to stand out to survive and, in my opinion, of the 4 total choices, Blaze Pizza is the best. Their dough is the perfect thin crust consistency, they have plenty of tasty toppings, the pizza is not greasy, their pizza cooks quickly and evenly, and they serve Coke products. During both of our visits we have encountered friendly and hospitable staff. They will continue to pile your pizza with toppings, at your request.
