Typical tasteless pizza. They look pretty coming out of the oven but the sauce is gross, clearly just poured straight from the can & the dough is doughy & chewy, not cooked through. The first time I visited this location the pizza and service was actually very good. The second visit was just ok. The staff was very friendly but the pizza was needing some help. very bland and over cooked. we got the order to go and did not realize the poor quality until we drove home and started eating. My wife showed no interest after eating the first piece and then moved on to mine which was not much to brag about. The third and last time we will go there, The counter person could not answer my question in regards to my toppings, i got two meat selections, choice of sauce and cheese and off into the oven it went. It would have been nice to have some greens and other misc toppings but no one asked they just put it in the oven. This went back to my original question that the counter person could not answer. WOW, must be a tuff job building the pizza the way the customer would like. Pizza Bar, right? The order was requested for take out on both pizzas but was placed on trays to dine in. Again, must be pretty hard to read the order which clearly states TO GO! We got home we both ate a slice and the pizza wound up in the garbage. Terrible. ENJOY! read more

I come to blaze quite often. Usually I have a wonderful experience here. I came with my friends who have not been here before. It wasn't busy at all, in fact it was very much dead. When we walked in, we were greeted by Amber S. She was fantastic!! She made the store feel like a home away from home. My three friends were helped at first and it took a while for someone to help me, but Tyrus noticed and immediately stopped what he was doing to help me. The cashier, Adam, was super polite and even joked with me. When it got to finally getting my pizza from the oven, Antony, the pizza cutter was the rudest person I have ever encountered. He practically threw my pizza at me, leaving me speechless. My friend had asked him to put her pizza in the oven again because it was soggy and he responded, "it's not going to do anything." I had asked him if everything was okay and he just looked away. I then asked if I could speak to the manager and he completely ignored me. Brad, who I then learned was the shift manager was standing right next to him and did not care to let us know he was the manager. It's unfortunate because AMBER, ADAM, and TYRUS were amazing but ANTONY ruined it for the entire staff. I will simply walk out of the store the next time I see Antony working. I visited the Temecula Blaze Pizza a few nights ago with my brother . I went to Blaze specifically because of your Vegan options for crust , cheese , and toppings . I was really excited to see that you now carry Vegan Tofu "chicken " , so of course I asked for it to be put on my pizza and my brother did as well . When we sat down to eat our pizzas I noticed a few of the pieces of tofu didn't look right , so I picked it off and examined it and they were real Italian sausage . I am vegan and I immediately told the man working the oven that night and he directed me to another man and when I told him he didn't apologize or offer to get me a new pizza he just ran to look at the tofu to see what had happened . So I walked back to my table expecting that he might come over and offer me a new pizza but he didn't . So my brother tried eating his and he noticed more and more little pieces of Italian sausage on his pizza . So he walked up and told a girl who's name I didn't catch but wish I did , all I can tell you was she had pink hair . She was very rude and didn't seem to care at all . She said that " these things happen and there isn't anything we can do about it " and continued to aggressively make my brother a new pizza and didn't make me one . Your employees didn't seem to care that a person who chooses to not consume animals ended up with them all over their pizza . I'm not sure what you can do about this but I'm hoping you will at the very least make sure that this doesn't happen again to someone else . I want those vegan options to continue but I think that your staff needs to know the importance of why you as a company offer those options and how serious it really is to cross contaminate food and not apologize for it . read more

i enjoy coming here often. i love being able to select what i want and how much i want on a pizza. the way the pizza is made is amazing. i love the taste every time. their BBQ sauce is to die for. i recommend coming here whether you are alone or with a group. although there is a line most nights they move swiftly. read more

I wish I didn't have to give this place 1 star but the service was terrible. Love the pizza and the cauliflower crust but couldn't get past the rude and very unprofessional manager. There were four of us: 2 of us ordered the cauliflower crust and the others ordered the regular. When it came time to pay we specifically said the cauliflower pizzas were together on one check. We couldn't figure out why they were the same amount. When we checked the receipt she rang them up on different receipts. I went back to complain and she (Chelsea) said there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak to a manager and she said I am with a smirk. Didn't say anything else. When I said ok I'll just write a review and turned away to go to my seat she just rolled her eyes at me. I know this because the people I was with saw her. You do not treat customers like this. Compared to Pieology or Garage pizza this place is a failure. With too many employees running around you'd think it's a fully speedy operation,however, it took us 20 minutes to get to the counter the employee who helped us was very skimpy with the portions (that's why the pizza had no flavor). Mine was dripping a watery oil every time l bite into it. We had to wait about 5 minutes to pay because the person handling the register was having issues with the machine. When we get to pay l asked for a receipt snd of course he couldn't get me one blamed it on the system. A supervisor came to help and she tried with no luck. She said go have a seat and l will bring it to you. We finished eating and of course she is no where to be seen. I went and asked the register guy and he said no we haven't done it yet. The tables were dirty l had to brush the crumbs of our table. While eating l didn't see anyone cleaning the tables or sweeping the dirty floors. My experience was horrible l think one star is sufficient. Next time l will definitely go to Garage pizza it's way better and the pizza has more flavors. read more

Very disappointing. I went to the other location in Riverside and enjoyed that pizza, the meat lovers. My family and I went after church here today, and it was extremely disappointing. It was nothing like the one in Riverside. The sauce here is lacking flavor but has plenty of heat. The crust also has no flavor. They kind of taste like an English muffin, with just the plain crust. The only good thing about it was the toppings. Honestly this Pizza tasted like cafeteria school or hospital pizza. It was nothing like the one I had at Riverside like I said. The Riverside pizza was thicker crust, and the flavor of the sauce was much more rich and creamy. Don't waste your money on this place. I store-bought tombstone pizza that you put in the oven yourself taste better than this place. This is almost as disappointing as California pizza kitchen. Save your money. Get a store-bought pizza and put it in the oven at home yourself instead. read more

I have been to this location twice now. The first time my friend and I ordered a pizza to share and the pizza was pretty good. Not the best by far but good. I went in for a salad the other night and while the staff is amazing at greeting you the ball drops there. I was ignored when waiting to order and after my salad was boxed for me, I stood in front of the cash register for a few minutes while the manager counted out a drawer and about three employees stood behind him talking. The manager finally nodded out one of them to come help me and without asking me anything she rang me up for somebody else's Pizza and the manager had to void the transaction. He did not look up at me or even acknowledge my presence or the mistake that was made using my credit card. I paid for my salad and without saying a word the girl walked away. When you're a new business with semi good food you really need to be on your A game all the time. I wish them luck! read more
