We were there yesterday for an early dinner and we watched as a young gal got up on a ladder, took pizza boxes off a shelf, and proceeded to SPRAY cleaner on the shelf and wipe the shelf off OVER THE OPEN AND UNCOVERED DOUGH AND TOPPINGS!!!! 1. You never spray chemicals over the top of the food and 2. You don't wipe off a grubby and dusty shelf over the open containers of food!!!!! You move or cover the food. This is disgusting and awful and the health department should be notified about it!!!! read more

As a veggie lover (but not a vegetarian) the Herbivore pizza is where it's at! Very similar to MOD Pizzas, with the build your own option, plus a handful of signature pizzas. The Herbivore is loaded with quality toppings such as arugula, garlic cloves, cherry tomatoes, banana peppers and spicy red sauce. I added balsamic drizzle and it became my new favorite, instantly wishing we had a franchise in my home state. Also ordered a spicy pepperoni, which was good, but sitting in lots of oil (could've been the addition 'drizzle' they add), nothing that a good dab didn't solve. Both were their 11" personal size, lasting us a meal with extra slices to snack on later. Casual, order at the counter, cafeteria style topping station and pay at the end with self seating area. It's Blaze Pizza, so you know what you're getting since it's a chain. The guys working there were friendly and took care making our food too, not just throwing them together! Good Italian, New York style oven fired pizza. Pretty good value too. Service was pretty quick too, with pizzas taking maybe 5 minutes to come out. A great spot for a quick and easy meal. read more

I used to go here when it first opened and it was wonderful. Now the staff needs constant monitoring and seem careless. I've been pretty grossed out by the staff watching them prepare orders. Not sure how sanitary they are. The pizza is okay depending on what you get. Ambiance is hard and uninviting. read more

Amazing food, fair prices, friendly service and delicious vegan options! I tried a couple of pizzas with vegan cheese and I was blown away! My favorite was the high rise dough, but if you like a thin crust, go with the regular dough. There are plenty of different toppings you can add and unlike some pizza places, they don't jack up the prices here when you load up! By far, my favorite thing was VEGAN cheesy bread. This was nothing short of incredible. I ate the whole thing in one sitting and would come back just for that. To top it off, the service I've had on both occasions here was also delightful. my experience with this place was shitty my friend order pizza the frist pizza was correct. The second two pizzas were messed up my friend. the manager. Got her pizza. Remade and then my fiancé's pizza they couldn't remake because they they messed up and put Frank's red heart on there instead of barbecue sauce. These guys used to be really good in-service. I do like Blaze and try to hit them up while on vacation since the closest one to me is an hour away. Friendly service and good selection of toppings. Prices are reasonable but there is a coupon in the BH Visitor guide get a free pizza when you buy another pizza and drink so it cost about $12 which was enough for 3 of us for lunch. It is a build-your-own $8 range assembly line wood fired thin crust pizza. They take your order you get your drinks and wait briefly for your name to get called when your pizza(s) are done. They are pretty good considering the price. Lot parking. Free WiFi. Masks and social distancing being practiced. Very clean. Nice stop when your out of town and to keep the price point down. My teenage son has very severe food allergies which has always made traveling and finding places to eat a challenge. For this reason I plan out all our meals weeks if not months in advance. I came across Blaze Pizza during some searching for allergy friendly restaurants and have to admit I almost skipped over. My son had a food challenge 3 years ago to cheese (dairy) and ended up in the ICU after an anaphylactic reaction. I did quite a bit of research on Blaze Pizza (far more than the other dozen restaurants I had planned) and we decided it might be worth a shot. So we decided to try this location Sunday, my son ordered his own pizza explaining his allergies. They documented it on the receipt and on the paper under the pizza notating his allergies. Having a separate area for this prep/cheese and different utensils was amazing to see. He absolutely loved his pizza and his smile was amazing to see as he ate his pizza. Some restaurants say they are allergen friendly then just handle like any other food, glad to see Blaze Pizza go above and beyond. We hope you come to Omaha, NE very soon! read more

I had to wait while the second was made and left 1/2 hr after my online order was scheduled for pickup. They are very busy and make great pizzas. I ordered two large pizzas and a salad to be delivered to a hotel room. They said they deliver through Door Dash. OK, No problem. My pizzas arrive and there are no plates. No utensils. I call to complain to the manager, and his excuse is that they don't deliver, Door Dash does. Hey, the only thing I'm paying for from Door Dash is the delivery service. If you don't deliver, why does the tag you put on your box say "Phone Delivery Order"? Using Door Dash as an excuse for your shortcomings is a sad excuse. No matter who is picking up the take out, you should provide accoutrements so they can eat it. You expect your customers to graze the salad out of the plastic clamshell container, or maybe grab it with their hands? To add insult to injury, the pizza was terrible. Soggy, spongy crust, like a pancake. Worse than Chucky Cheese pizza. Despite the atrocious customer service, and excuse making, I recommend you pass this place up, for the terrible pizza alone. Ordered 2 pizzas. First one went in oven immediately. Second about 10 minutes later. Boxed first and set on top of glass divider. Second pie came out 10 minutes later. Pizza artist squirted BBQ sauce instead of hot honey on second pie. I caught it as he was boxing it. He offered to make it again, then caught an attitude when I asked to have the first one replaced as well since it would have been boxed on the counter getting cold for over 20 minutes, minimum. I decided to ask for my money back. Was told it would be 3 days to get a refund. I PAID CASH. Manager took over and offered both initial pizzas for free. Decent gesture, but employees are a reflection of management and the disrespect I was shown is unacceptable in my eyes. Got the refund and chucked a deuce. I don't go to Blaze for gourmet pizza. I go for a quick bite, which took 30 minutes to get it WRONG. All good. I'll never go back. read more

I love the options to build your own pizza. I usually get the gluten free crust and dairy free cheese. It's amazing to be able to eat out at a place that allows this type of flexibility! My husband gets the keto crust and my kids love their simple cheese pizza (it's large enough to split). I would be remiss not to mention that they also have an amazing blood orange lemonade. Yesterday I went in and my name was miss heard, I was skipped through the cheese section, and a handful of ground beef was thrown on my pizza instead of Italian sausage. I was the first in line and there was only two others behind me. I would have said something but I of course had to use the restroom and didn't want to have my pizza completely made over.
