They do need to update the online menu. Filet listed online for $40.75 was $55. Date listed $6.75 were $10. Filet Mignon w/veal Demi glaze was awesome, you could cut it with a butter knife. I didn't like the small potato bites. Should have mashed potatoes $55 Bison ravioli was good (not made in house) but the sauce was on the salty side. Medjool dates filled with blue cheese were great $10. $10 is too expensive for these though. Overall a great place for a relaxing dinner. Or just have wine and appetizers.

Apparently, they don't serve actual wedges because it causes too much waste. The owner agreed they need to change the name of the salad. My beet salad was tasty. Now after waiting 50 minutes with only one other couple in the restaurant, our entrees were served. They should have some games to play at the table for the long wait times. We were actually planning to order dessert but ran out of time. My salmon was cooked very well and tasted fresh. My husband's vegetable lasagna was saved by the mushroom gravy otherwise it lacked flavor.

Very nice wine list! My husband and I were both craving cream based pasta so he had the classic fettuccine Alfredo and I had a fabulous green base tortellini with a blue cheesy sauce that was absolutely divine. Oh and we also shared a phenomenal beet salad and their bread set up with the olive oil and balsamic was fresh and delicious and the perfect compliment to dinner. While we did not have dessert, they had some lovely-sounding tiramisu and gelato - definitely on the docket for next trip. We would highly recommend this lovely Italian restaurant in downtown Rapid City for a night out when you are craving good Italian food! We had a five star experience ***** We will definitely be back soon!!

We ate at Sabatino's our first night in town. The wait staff was very kind and prompt, and the…read moreambiance was great. Our water was quickly replenished and food served quickly. However, the main purpose (the meal) left a lot... quite a lot.. to be desired. The complimentary bread was stale and dry, and was a square style bread. It wasn't sourdough, focaccia or ciabatta, I really couldn't put my finger on it but wasn't appetizing. It was also served on a stained wood cutting/serving board which immediately turned me away from it. My husband gave it a go and gave the above feedback. The pasta, while al dente (my husband noted his was actually too al dente) was unfortunately really bland. Typically when I come across this, I can make with salt and pepper or chili flakes in this instance to make it more appealing, but that wasn't the case here. It just seemed overall the quality of ingredients were low and the meal was bland. I was looking for garlic, olive oil or something to add flavor in our dishes (he got a seafood pasta and I got a pomodoro with meatballs) The meatball portion was truly underwhelming. While not dry, completely lacking in flavor. Just a really soft texture with ground beef taste and nothing quite else. I couldn't quite taste the tomato in any part of either of our dishes. While I understand there could be a thought that it was meant to be a more "authentic" style as written in a prior review, one of the key components when making an "authentic" anything is quality ingredients and unfortunately this was not the case here. While convenient and cost-effective to source from Sysco or U.S. Foods, pricing above $20 a plate for a pasta dish that doesn't have flavor is a disappointing experience for most diners. At minimum, we would've loved a better quality bread, a more fresh, flavorful sauce for my husband and I's dishes, and for the noodles to be cooked in salted pasta water or until no longer crunchy. I got about 5 bites in before I unfortunately gave up on the dish. I'll give the same tip I give to all with flavor concerns: taste the food you're serving. If you find it doesn't meet at least 1 of the 5 pillars of taste (salt, fat, acid, heat, umami) then I recommend some tweaks!

A soothering and quiet ambiance exudes a relaxing vibe. Bin 605 gets it and so should you. The small plates of high quality and well developed flavor profiles are simply OUTSTANDING! The horse radish dressing with the delicious tri tip and cheese made this crostini note-worthy. The pepperoni flat bread was good. The beet and mandarin orange salad with goat cheese crumbles, red onions, shivered almonds, and blood orange vinegarette was rich, scrumptious and a definite must order.
