This place is always packed, and for good reason. I usually find myself waiting to snag a table as others are leaving, but it's worth it. The wine selection is on point, and the food is definitely worth a try. Wow! What a treat! We had spent the day driving and hiking all over the Badlands National Park, exhausted and on way to the Black Hills. We found this amazing place and relaxed fully on the enclosed patio area with our little dog. The wine was refreshing and light. The charcuterie board was incredible! We couldn't even finish eating all of it. In addition to the wine and charcuterie, we ordered the beet salad! Now here we go! This is gourmet! Perfect flavor combo with leaves, beets, candied pecans, sprinkled with feta then tossed with a light vinaigrette, perfection! We even ordered a flat bread pizza to try a little of everything. Completely satisfied and wishing we lived closer to this little gem. read more

We stopped by for happy hour after a day of checking out the monuments. We ordered a bottle of Angels and Cowboys which was not too sweet that ended with a dry note which was refreshing and really good. They have a really nice selection of wines and beer. We also ordered- Meat and cheese charcuterie board- great cheese and meat selection. They paired the meat w crackers, had large slices of cheese, dried fruit, sliced almonds, cornichon pickles, olives, and a couple chocolate options. Such s nice selection. Would love a card or something that identifies the cheeses. Would def order again. Roast beef crustini- I thought this was amazing. I felt the flavors were really balanced and popped. So much flavor. You have the savory, hint of spicy and a hint of sweet. YUM!! The Pear essential flatbread. We knew we were taking a chance w this one. It was either going to be amazing or the Gorgonzola would be over powering. Unfortunately it was the later. The chunks of canned pear just couldn't hold up to the Gorgonzola. We could hardly taste the prosciutto which was a shame. The Gorgonzola was just too strong for us and we just didn't feel like there was a balance. Service- service was great! Super friendly, great personality and over all a great experience. We would def come back to try more items on the menu. I would def recommend stopping by for a drink or two and try some of their amazing food. read more

We are back in the Black Hills and heard Bin 605 was now offering lunch service. Since we were so impressed with our last visit to Bin 605 we decided to give them a try for lunch and we were so happy we did. Lunch was great. Each of the four of us ordered something different and we all were very pleased with our selection. Food was great and service was friendly and very good. This is a great place. It was when I first visited it and now with lunch service it is even better. Whether you are a local or visiting the Black Hills I strongly recommend you stop by and enjoy Bin 605. read more

Not actually Tapas. If you are going here to expect tapas, you won't find any. They do have good food, a great wine selection, and good ambiance, but it's primarily flatbreads (pizzas), which are very over done in Rapid City. The Bin flatbread is a copycat of independent Ale House's Bob's Popper pizza. I enjoy Bin 605, but I just wish they did actual authentic tapas, like Barcelona Wine Bar in Denver or Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba! in Chicago. The service has always been good, and the outside patio is nice. When they first opened in Rapid City, I was so excited that they advertised being a Tapas Bar, finally something different!... but they aren't. I primarily go here for the good wine selection, as they do a great job with their wine. read more

I've had on my list for a while and had an opportunity to try. Felt a bit like we shouldn't have been there upon arrival and then lost 2 servers during our stay (literally watched them walk out the door) with no one else stepping in to help. Hard to follow menu via QR codes to phones so asked for recommendations and felt like it was more about the $$ v what our described preferences were. Had to ask the bartender for our check to get out th door. Food was good and portion sizes large for a tapas place. read more

Went to spend my birthday and the vibes were vibing! The place is cozy, relaxed, everyone is as in their zone. I absolutely loved the food. My husband and I had a mushroom and chicken Flatbreads and they were to die for! The service was kind and helpful. We also loved the selection of wines they have, as well as beers. I can't say enough good things about the warmth and friendliest of the this staff. Josh in particular made us feel so welcome with his friendly banter. And the Beer was legit too! My boyfriend and I had a milk stout on nitro (can't remember name but had a red hand in the logo) and a double IPA, accompanied by Jeff's Brushetta. The brushetta bread could have just been a tiny bit more toasted (for my tastes, anyway) but the topping was sheer perfection with a very nice balsamic reduction. Really nice vibe there.
