She was quite confused by my request. It was not busy for a Saturday night before Easter, however there were 4 people on the line and we had to wait for Chicken and rice. Too many people without things to do. One attendant was playing with the cilantro and tongs while the, assuming, manager fussed about the trash needing to be taken out. I'm a special needs mom and my kiddo loves his "guac and tacos" In general I don't love QDoba per se but this particular one is always so kind! They are also working hard, cranking out hot food and kindly serving even when we can be a little loud and out of the ordinary... I feel like I just see teamwork behind the bar, employees that are serving kindly with a great attitude/compassion and the food always meets my kiddos expectations (and he can be particular!) It's also clean and they move the line nicely! I rarely take the time to review things and especially more of a chain restaurant experience but the service industry has been slowly dying... and I wanted to take a moment and commend this team for doing a great job. read more

The pictures say it all. This is supposed to be the new Cheese Crusted Quesadilla... first of all show me a cheese crust??? Secondly show me a quesadilla????? This is just a pile of mush that IF eaten would have to be fork and knife eaten. There is no excuse for this, this day in age after every restaurant in America had a crash course on carry out during covid. Even before Covid Taco Bell packaged better than this slop and at least they didn't charge almost 13$ for it. Without a Moe's local I gave this place a shot despite never eating at one in any other state because Moe's was available. I know now why I never broke away from Moe's or Chipotle. I don't even understand how this place is in business they charge more than other similar restaurants and give you nothing more than exactly the single item you order. Friendly People, good service, good food. This restaurant is located in a strip center near one end of the row of stores. There is plenty of parking. They were open and observing COVID guidelines: masks, distancing and closed tables. The restaurant appeared clean and the staff was friendly. We ordered a chicken bowl and a beef bowl with chips. It was a Friday night and busy, but no excuse to be rude to anyone. I asked politely for two burritos. When asked about rice and beans, I asked for both please. Then it looked as though the servers nose had dripped nasal discharge into the burrito as he had a runny nose and it didn't even phase him. Server was super aggravated with me and I didn't do anything wrong or ask for special accommodations or anything. After he passed me on to the server doing toppings they were immediately nice to the next customer in line. I will not be going back to this QDOBA location. How do you not feel your nose dripping? Doesn't look like much when you drive by because it's in a strip mall. But when I looked at the menu, everything looked good. I finally settled on nachos and the rest of my family ended up getting nachos too. We all loved what we got. There was an option to have chips in the bowl or on the side too! We've been here multiple times and we love it. We usually get the 2 for $22. It is two meals, two drinks, and chips and queso. We've also tried a kids meal and he youngest loved it! We love this kind of restaurant and will definitely come back. The dining area is spacious so it doesn't feel like you are sitting on top of others. The bathrooms have always been clean. Even during a busy lunchtime, we still got our food quickly. This is a great place for a quick lunch. read more

We ate at another Qdoba in another state and it was delicious and a great size. When we went to this one, the portions were very slim. When my husband wanted a 1/2 order of shrimp added to his steak burrito (I think it was an extra $6-8)they said he had to pay full price for shrimp burrito. He said my son ordered a shrimp burrito, can't we just pay for the extra shrimp for his burrito, but just put in mine? He looked at us like with an empty grin and said " we can't do that! I understand labor costs and the price of food going up. But instead of an increase in price, they skimp on the portions. Was very rude when taking our order the employees didn't listen to either myself or my boyfriend's order...then the manager also didn't listen when he asked us if we wanted two bags of chips he only handed us one which he had crumpled up like it was garbage and then after he asked if we were dining in he sighed....we come in to this location alot due to it being close..while sitting and watching the staff take orders for others they were doing the same to them...the one gentleman thought it was hilarious when he had dropped a bunch of food when the manager said you should of tried stopping it the gentleman said oops I tried then laughed about it...everything they messed up, they laughed about...they had no care in the world about working ...it's very disappointing... read more

This location gets a thumbs up for quality, quantity, affordability and for being deaf friendly. You get a lot of food for such an affordable price and the selection is wide. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I'm often there over the lunch hour and even though they are busy, they always take the time to make sure they understand me and have my order right. I use a combination of signing and pointing and some days I'll pre write my order on my phone and show them. I never feel rushed by them or disprespected, they are always kind and take their time, and they sign "Thank you" to me when I'm done paying. Even this small effort goes a long way in an attempt to be accessible, respectable and to meet me where I am . Thank you workers @Qdoba! It matters to me! read more

food is good but had a very bad experience two days ago. ordered a mango chicken salad and a bowl both togo, one employee asked for the mango chicken salad to be made and started on the bowl. Alex grabbed the bowl to finish it and ended up making the bowl into the salad, I had to tell him I wanted the salad AND a burrito bowl, I was very nice about it, he got very mad at the other employee over his own mistake and so he grabbed the bowl and threw it so hard into a trash can and started yelling at the other employee. it was very awkward and awful and I wanted to say something but I didn't. I feel awful for the other employee and Alex needs some training on customer service as well as how to treat coworkers. I'm disgusted on the way Alex treated this other worker. read more
