Don't go thru the drive thru after 430pm or you will more than likely wait an hour to get your food like I have done too many times including this evening I got in line at 722pm and didn't get my food until 813. A review of a fast food restaurant... I never thought that I would do such a thing, but "these times, they're-a changing". Ha! So, as this is the first (maybe, I'm old and I don't recall) and probably, probably-maybe, the last let's talk about it. It is a Taco Bell, but the scene that they paint at this location is one on level with Chipotle... They have a patio, but not what you'd expect at an older TB. I mean scenic lighting, a gas fireplace, and also those sweet summery cushioned chairs that you'd see in a CB2 (for those that know) catalog. It's a pretty nice setup and not one I'd have expected when "running for the border". Other than the above I must say that the customer service has always been solid. Friendly, accommodating, and quick and efficient. Do you need much more? The entire experience likens of the great tales from the historical documentary 'Demolition Man'... and if it all holds true. I can see why in the future of 2032 they are the survivor of the fast food wars. For my first-ish fast food review I'd say I did it justice, and I have to say that it's all because of the impression that this local Taco Bell left upon me. Literally the worst Taco Bell we have ever been too. Today was the last straw and I will never go back to this location. The woman that took our order was very rude from the get go. I asked if f the knew how to make an enchirrito and she stated they weren't "allowed" to. Ok whatever... So we proceed to order chicken quesadillas and are informed that they were out of chicken. Ok whatever again.... So we order steak instead, and when we get the food there was no sauce in the quesadillas. When i went back up to the counter to ask about it the same rude cashier (Sierra is the name on the receipt) said they were out of the sauce when I ordered the quesadillas but somehow sauce was now available. When I asked if we could get some on the side she threw her hands ip and said rudely "I'll see what I can do." I just got home from going to this Taco Bell, I asked for a supreme Doritos locos taco with no lettuce. I looked at my receipt and it said no cheese instead of no lettuce. So I told the lady at the window and she said oh *she was visibly pissed* and closed the window. If you don't know a supreme taco *usually* comes with sour cream and lettuce and tomato. I still wanted the tomato and sour cream just not the lettuce. If you look really closely at the top part of the taco meat, there's a piece of lettuce in there, so they obviously, broke my taco apart, dug out the lettuce (with no gloves) and added cheese. Where are my tomatoes and sour cream? How the heck am I supposed to eat this taco when it came broken? The name on my receipt was Bruce. But there was a tall dark haired girl that took my money and gave me my food. This really sucks. I love Taco Bell but I'd rather drive across town to get actual quality service than this garbage. So happy to see Taco Bell opened up on the east side of Rapid! We stopped here before leaving town. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. The gentleman that brought our food out, was extremely friendly and polite. The only odd thing I noticed, the cashier was sweeping when we walked in, and as he took our order and others', he continued to hold on to the broom. read more

Workers were literally retarded. Open dining is closed at 11, so the drive through was the only option. I was moving with a Penske truck and couldn't fit through the drive through, so I got out and physically walked to the actual window.
