We usually get the boneless wings with the sauce on the side, a side salad, and onion rings. The food has always been fresh, well-packaged, and ready quickly. There's always plenty of sauce for the wings -- something we really appreciate since that's a big complaint we have with another "big name" wing place. The wings themselves are a great size and always cooked perfectly. I came in to pick up my order and she was rude to me and then I saw her bring food out to someone at the curbside and basically push the baf through their window and walk away. I'm used to much better service at this particular chain. When we opened our bag, we realized that we hadn't been given the salad for one of our entrees and we were only given one set of utensils. We ordered appetizers, entrees and dessert so I'm not sure what the issue is with the staff here, but it wasn't worth us driving back for, especially just to have to deal with miserable employees. I would definitely not return to this location and if I had to I would take everything out of the bag and check it before leaving.
